Do not use tailored home solutions. They are way overpriced and the customer service is horrible when there is a problem. I appreciate they need you to supply the vacuum and other supplies for Covid reasons, but if your customer is supplying all cleaning products, you shouldn’t be expensive. I had to supply a vacuum, broom, swifter, magic erasers, sponges, and brushes. I also had a shop vac they used and they sometimes used my cleaning cloths. The only thing they supply is some type of ph cleaning soap and cleaning cloths. They also started using my toilet paper and paper towels to clean hard to reach places. I asked them several times not to use theses expensive paper products or supply their own. Instead of fixing or owning the problem, I got a lot of passive aggressive excuses that their people don’t do that. Guess what? When you find pieces of toilet paper on your shower floor and the roll has a forth left on it when you put a full roll, their people did it. The thing that put me over the edge, however, is the damage they did to my shower tile. I constantly am cleaning the floor because residue gets stuck between the black penny tile. That morning, I had no residue or broken tile because I checked. After they cleaned, I went to check the cleanliness. There was toilet paper on the floor they used to clean. As I was picking it up, there were pieces of the black tile crumbling. I tried to work with them on a repair, especially since they are bonded and insured for these things. I got the same passive aggressive excuses and lack of accountability. They offered a mere free cleaning to cover things ($165), which wouldn’t have covered the repairs of $1000. Was just asking for them to meet me halfway on repairs or offer to repair themselves. None of that happened. They typically are $300+ so $165 was for a smaller cleaning.

I love this company. The values they instill in their employees make it a wonderful place to work and it shows in the technicians who clean my house and business. The attention to detail, the promptness, trustworthiness, friendly personalities … great qualities in a business these days. We love seeing Jennifer. Even my dogs love when she visits!
