A Professional contacted me via text from Angi about the job. I shared pictures of the house and proposed work via text and we discussed the price and start date. Reached out to the painter 2 days before to discuss colors, but was not ready to start on the proposed start date. Started 2 days late. Discussed 2 paint colors on the day and the painter said they could not complete the work as originally discussed due to detail on the trim. Did not set up to contain old pain chipped away from trim all around the house. Paint chips were left on the porch patio and in the yard. Discussed clean-up expectations with workmen present but unsure of understanding of the request. Painters were not very respectful of our yard and even poured pain in my flower beds where I grow vegetables etc. After the job conclusion paint chips were not completely cleaned up and are still out I'm my yard. I have tested chips and they contain lead. I have contacted the contractor and they are supposed to come to clean up on 12/6. If the yard is contaminated with pain after clean up I may seek additional compensation to cover any remediation needed.
Description of Work
Scraped loose paint and painted trim facia and soffit board and replaced the molding on the front porch and left side top where some dry rot had occurred. Materials and paint included for two colors - 2 coats

Very well! BMCustodio worked with us and our schedule and were on time and polite and communicated well and worked hard and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend them to anyone. We are also hiring them to fix a counter top mess up that another company goofed up. The quote/cost was less, too, than another well known company.

I had 4 large rooms and high ceilings, even a mural to cover, patching in a few places, and cove base to replace and accent wall in every room. Everything was clean and done in two days. I'm blown away at the timelyness and the quality of the work. I have a much bigger project ahead including things outside of the painting that involves construction items and I will be using them again in the future.

The workers performed the job in an expedient manner, however I was a bit surprised that while the painters removed old chipped paint, they did not fill in and smooth the surface. I was told that that would have cost extra. I would have liked to have been given the option to have that done. Now I have to do it myself. Also painters should always cover the landscaping. Other than this the job was satisfactory.

The crew arrived on schedule and worked diligently for three days. Interior and exterior painted and new shutters installed. Good workmanship. Cleaned up afterward. Will be hiring again.

They did an excellent job. Besides a great paint job, I needed some woodwork repairs that they took care of. Extremely competitive pricing too. Another major plus for them was they keep me in communication all the time. There was a weather delay but they told me they'd be a day late. Told me what time they would come and were always on time. This is unusual for many businesses. Great to work with.

BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting. Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! We had a full crew of the nicest, most patient guys in our home from morning until night, working tirelessly to get our job done as quickly as possible. They used quality paint and applied extra coats where needed with great patience and no upcharge. My husband and I are picky people and this company left us very happy and very thankful for the great job they did in our home!!!! We highly recommend Luis and his team at BM Custodio Painting and Construction and will definitely hire them again!! Thanks again guys!!
