I found them to be over priced. I could not trust them. Last time they did work for me they broke and item and glued it back together. If I would not have noticed it broken they would not have said anything to me. The most recent time they used a step stool that removed a chunk out of my wall. They did not clean my microwave. I asked them why and they said if you want appliances cleaned you have to request that service. No one made that apparent to me in the beginning so that is why I did not ask.

The owner/manager came to our home.  He described the company and the various services.  As we walked through the home he was very personable and open.  He provided his thoughts about what type of service we may want and how often, based on his experience.  At that point he provided not an estimate but the cost of the service and did so in writing.

Two maids come every other week.  They usually complete the house cleaning within two hours total.

We have had a couple times when the maids set off the house security alarm but in each case the owner/manager and office staff have responded immediately.  The situations have been handled professionally and to our satisfaction.

A couple times cords to the television have been disconnected as they clean but nothing that is not quickly remedied when we return home.

The maids leave a hand written note after each service.  This is really nice
