+ -1 moreOn the morning of 7/12//10, the day the installation was to be performed at 0700 a.m., we got up at 6:30 a.m. and removed the clothes, shoes, etc. from our closet. He said he would have to enter the attic from our closet to install the braces needed for the ceiling fans. At 8:00 a.m., when we hadn't heard from him, we called his number and got the answering machine. We left a message that we were waiting for him, but he did not call back. We called again at 8:30 and got a busy tone. We called a few minutes later and left another message asking him to call us and let us know if he planned to come over to do the job. He never called us back or did the job.
Description of Work: Todd Goertzen was to install two ceiling fans. He came to the house and gave us an estimate on 7/7/10. He never showed up or returned our calls on the day of installation.
