There was never a call to confirm installation time on scheduled install day. I was given thirty minutes notice of their arrival. The installers that showed up were not the same person we spoke with about doing the install at the store. The carpet was not seamed properly, not attached to stairs, and the installers did not follow the installation diagram correctly. So our floor was only half covered with carpet. The installers learned of their mistake, blamed it on the proprietor and left without saying anything to me. The installation was rescheduled for repair. One installer referred to me as "girly" and did not flush the toilet after using the restroom. The carpet was left with a visible seam in the middle of the room to fix the mistake of the first install, so we are left with a shotty looking carpet install job in a house we have spent a year painfully remodeling. I am so disappointed in this experience, and this company has really hurt the finished product of our home and wasted our hard earned money.
