Description of Work: Kitchen and door

Description of Work: I had Nick install the tile on my Kitchen floor in a very complex pattern that came out really well. He helped me pick colors and patterns that would work well for the Kitchen and flow into the other rooms. He also helped me do a multi-layer paint job on the old dark walnut cabinets in my kitchen so they look new and modern, but I saved about a $1,000 since I did not have to buy new cupboards. He suggested I just replace the handles and do the multi-layer paint technique to lighten the kitchen up and make it look more updated. He also helped in coming up with the pattern for the kitchen back splash and helped me match it with everything else in the kitchen. He also suggested I go with a new counter top and were were able to use the old sink so I saved money on the job that way. We replaced the faucet to one that pulls out. We also installed new hardwood bamboo floors in the room next to the kitchen and took out the old carpet. I ordered the hardwood on my own and did not know about the problems that can come up when the wood floor is all the same size in the boards. It was much harder for him to install them as the pattern has to remain exact in the entire room to keep it from looking bad. He kept the pattern exact in the entire room and it came out very well done. He also did the stairs as well. Since I was working on a tight budget all the small things we did to cut costs kept the jobs down several thousand dollars and the finished product came out really nice.
