Horrendous customer service! Samsunf ensured they would contact us within 24-48 hours of our complaint. Three days later, after multiple calls to the company, we had an appointment with Vic, the service rep. Vic arrived, removed the oven, placed it in our garage and said he'd be back in touch with us winthin 24 hours with an action plan.Again, after three days of continuous calls to vic, we called Samsung and complained. They called Vic and saifd he'd call is within 30 minutes. Fours hours later, after we called him repeatedly, he answered and said that he had to forward pictures to Samsung. He'd call us by the end of the next day with a plan. He never called back. We tried to call him again and he hung up on us. We called Samsung who said that he forwarded pictures, but couldn't help us any further. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. They are the model for what you don't want in a service company.
Description of Work: TRISEC is a subcontractor for SAMSUNG Inc. They were supposed to repair/replace our new microwave oven that caught on fire.
