He has always done excellent work

Called Quality Repair/Tom Agnew to install a ceiling fan and replace front door. He called me back that same day and we set up a time for him to come out and give an estimate. Tom was upfront with us about extra problems that may occur with replacing our front door so we decided that we would hold off on that project. He did give us an estimate for the install of the ceiling fan. He explained that he was booked for this month but that if he had a cancellation or a free hour at some point he would call. He called that same week and he came over and installed the fan for us. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and offered alternate suggestions for our front door situation. I will definitely be calling him again when I need some handyman work done. Very pleased. 

We had them work on our bathroom in the past. He does really good work and is very affordable. He takes the time to figure out exactly what you are looking for so he does not misunderstand and do the project wrong. He is very trustworthy, and I have let him in my home while I was not there. It is very easy to schedule him out, as well.

Tom does a great job.  When he gives an estimate, he explains the various options, makes his own recommendations, but ultimately lets the customer choose what work is to be performed.  His estimates are almost always dead on with the final price with the rare exception of running into significant problems that were unforseen.  If he does run into unexpected problems, Tom contacts the customer and allows them the opportunity approve the additional work and any additional expense.

He is very reliable. He does a good job.

He is very responsible. If he’s able to offer a fix by phone, he’s happy to provide that information. I appreciate Tom’s helpfulness.

It went very well. Tom is a pro, and he quickly found the best way to fix the problem. This is the third time that we have used his services, and we will use him in the future.

All went well with that service call. Mr. Agnew of Quality Repair was scheduled to install a new cook top the following week. Through no fault of his, the cook top I had purchased was too small and I had to find another. He eventually had to make modifications of the counter top to accommodate the other cook top, which he did on a Saturday morning since the tenants had been without the use of their cook top for about a week. Lots of sawdust but he cleaned up very well. I couldn't have been more pleased. (Just hope the tenants were).

HE'S USUALLY HERE WITHIN A FEW DAYS, SO I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG. HE IS ALWAYS NEAT, AND CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HIS CHARGES SEEM TO BE VERY REASONABLE. I REALLY LIKE HIM, AND WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE HIM.

ON BOTH OCCASIONS HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE KEEPING HIS NAME AND NUMBER FOR FUTURE WORK!

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND HIS TIMELY REPAIR WAS GREAT. IT DID SEEM LIKE HIS LABOR CHARGE WAS HIGH. THE PARTS WERE ONLY $13.00. THE REST WAS LABOR AND TAX. HE WAS HERE FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR.
