Professional Lawn and Tree

I had a falling tree branch cut down , two small Redbud trees , along with some fallen tree branches removed from my property. I was very pleased with how the work was performed. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely have them returned for some future work.

My only complaint was that when they were finished, they didn't walk with me to see if I was completely satisfied. They said they were done, took my check and left. After they left I noticed that there was one more branch I would have liked removed. But other than that, I think they did a good job and the price was reasonable compared to a couple other estimates I had received. And they even removed two old piles of old tree limbs that had accumulated in the back and front yards. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Would hire again for tree trimming. They use tree climbers not bucket truck.

Chad called soon after I posted on Home Advisors. We discussed project and price and I committed to hiring his firm. He promised to call when the job was scheduled. He called about 24 hours later. the service man arrived on time, was helpful in telling me what I should do, answered questions and went right to work. He had the stump learned in less than 30 minutes. He cleaned up very nicely after completing the job. I would definitely h ire them again.

Chad communicated throughout the process and was easy to get ahold of. I liked that after my request on Home Advisor, he went to my house, looked at what I needed done and then left me an estimate along with insurance information in the door. I didn't have to make arrangements to meet him at my house. It saved a lot of time and hassle. He was on it!

So fast! Day after the storm he came for estimate, two days later the tree was cleaned-up.

After spending a week trying to get someone listed on Home Advisors, I finally got assistance from one man who put me in contact with this company. Talked to Chad who was very polite, compassionate regarding my needs and disabilities. Said it would be about a week before they could get to me and I said that was fine after he quoted me a very affordable cost. The next day he called back and said he had a guy who would be in my area that afternoon and could take care of the job. I was elated to know that tree stump would finally be gone. The fellow did a great job, all by himself, and did all that I had asked for at a very reasonable cost. Thank you to Home Advisor, Von, and Professional Lawn & Tree Care. Very satisfied, they deserve all 5 stars!

Very professional and efficient. They cleaned up the mess well and removed several trees some quite large with no damage to anything.
