Patrickâ s Painting repaired dry rot and painted our house in October 2023. From the minute we met with Patrick, to his project manager, Jennifer, to the crew that worked on our houseâ ¦ they all were amazing. The communication was at a high level. Combine that with the attention to detail in repairing our dry rot and painting, we couldnâ t be happier. Patrick has teamed up with a colorist, Danielle (a separate cost, but well worth it), who consulted with us to select colors that worked best with our house. She created a color map that the crew executed well. Lastly, I appreciate how Patrick exceeded our expectations beyond the detailed list that was presented in his bid. I highly recommend Patrickâ s Painting and would use them for interior work as well.

I cannot recommend Patrickâ s Painting enough! From start to finish, the whole process was extremely smooth. I never had to worry about reaching out or following up, Patrick or Jennifer kept in great contact with me regarding the project. Jennifer, the project manager was extremely sweet and a true delight to work with! We kept in constant contact throughout the project and she even sent me pictures of the progress when I couldnâ t be at the house to see it myself. Patrick's Painting was phenomenal from start to finish. The initial estimate was extremely thorough, finding all wood rot and other issues that needed attention. The communication was superb and made us feel like we were the most important customer they had. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, professional, and the attention to quality work was fantastic. The cleanup was excellent also, with all materials and equipment removed almost immediately. We were amazed to find only a few tiny things to pick up after the crew had gone. Our house looks the best is has since we bought it 24 years ago.

This company is great at what they do and I recommend them to anyone that needs to or painting. The painters were great and friendly. I will hire them again for all my future repairs or paint. Patrick and his team were very easy to work with from the initial estimate to the final walk through. Having a dedicated project manager in Jennifer made it easy for clear communication throughout, even when we had to switch a couple things up last second. The painting crew was clean, respectful and did a great job. I work from home and it was never an inconvenience to have his crew working during the week.

Patrick's Painting was great to work with from start to finish. From our very first meeting the communication was great, which carried through the entire project. Patrick was up front about the fact that their bid might come in higher than others, but told us they like to find any/all issues, wood rot, etc from the beginning so they don't come across more and have to adjust pricing later - we really appreciated that! There was communication every day, as well as a project manager checking in daily and updating us on progress and next steps. Their work was clean and detailed and the guys were careful around plants and furniture. Everyone was very friendly and courteous as well. During the walk through we marked anything and everything we noticed (which wasn't much at all) and they happily did touch ups, etc, making sure their work was complete. We are so happy with the way our exterior turned out and have already gotten multiple compliments! Overall our experience with Patrick's Painting was wonderful - they were very professional and we are excited to pass their information on to anyone in the market for someone to paint!

Patrickâ s Painting painted our house the beginning of July in some very hot weather. Patrick was very professional and presented us with a bid that was complete, thorough, and easy to understand. He also was easy to work with when talking about our job and making changes. Our house looks like a brand-new house. The paint job is very clean and neat. The crew replaced a substantial amount of wood rot, and everything looks fantastic. The prep work was very thorough and well done. Communication with both Patrick and Jennifer (the project manager) was excellent. Both were very easy to get ahold of when we needed to talk to them. Jennifer was even able to color match our front door with the new shutters we bought for the house. Jennifer also checked in with us personally several times during the project. Patrick also stopped by to see how the project was going. We would recommend Patrickâ s Painting for your house painting project.

Patrickâ s Painting did a fantastic job repairing wood rot and painting the exterior of our house. Our home now looks brand new! The quality of their work was outstanding! The prep work was extensive; the pressure washing was very thorough, and they caulked every single seam and nail (even on the ceiling of our deck!) The crew went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased (they were very professional and clearly took a lot of pride in their work!) Project management and communication couldnâ t have been better, we were informed every step of the way and appreciated their suggestions. Patrick took the time to explain to us the preparation work that was needed prior to painting, and our options regarding quality of materials and approaches to dealing with wood rot. Our project manager, Jennifer, checked in every day and kept us apprised of the progress and any issues. We were very impressed with their customer service! The final product is amazing, we love the new look of our home! We strongly recommend using Patrickâ s Painting for your project!

We were impressed with the extent and of prep work, the care taken to do a neat job, the quality of the finished product, the efficient completion of the job and the professionalism of the team.
