From the first meeting with Patrick, we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He presented information about their services and presented a detailed bid along with thorough pictures of every repair that would be made so that the estimate would be as accurate as possible. The crew was very nice to work with. They went above and beyond and they are very detail oriented. Jennifer was also great to work with and it helped to know we could easily communicate with her about any questions or concerns. She checked in daily and made sure things were going smoothly. I feel like everybody is giving these long glowing reviews, and sometimes thatâ s overwhelming to read, but honestly its hard not to gush about these guys. 10/5 stars, definitely worth every penny. Bid: Not gonna lie, we had a big project. Patrick was not only unafraid to tackle it, but he even gave us options from what he would do at his own house, to what we could skip if we needed to be economical. He pointed out issues that other people had missed (and things that we hadnâ t noticed after living here for years) and he was the only person we got a bid from who actually took measurements (so he was pretty spot on with the end result of what was needed) We had so many people ghost us, and Patrick not only got us a timely bid, but followed up to see if we had any questions or concerns. Booking: Easy. They stayed in communication and let us know where they were at. We werenâ t in any rush, but they even got done earlier than expected. Work: SO. BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely in love with what they did. Everybody was so incredibly nice and they worked so hard and you could really tell they were doing great work. It was nice to be guided by knowledgeable staff that could tell us the right way the project should be done and felt so comfortable with their expertise. Plus, they were so friendly with our kids and pets. They stayed in constant communication so if there were any questions we had they were able to address them promptly, and we never felt worried about their process

I interviewed 8 different contractors until I met Patrick and he was the first one who didn't try to change my mind on what I wanted and he sent a very detailed proposal, which I appreciated. The crew did better than I expected and their communication was great.

From start to finish, our experience with Patrickâ s Painting was exceptional. Contacting them was quick and easy, and the owner, Patrick, arrived on time to provide a bid. He took the time to walk the property with us, identifying all the wood rot in a low-pressure, informative manner. He explained what he was seeing and why it needed attention, which we greatly appreciated. Patrick then spent about 30 minutes with his iPad, taking detailed photos of all the areas needing repair. He loaded these pictures into software and provided us with a comprehensive bid. Each picture was marked to highlight spots needing repair or replacement. The level of documentation was impressive, making us confident that every area was captured and identified. Despite the uncooperative weather, Patrick kept us updated frequently. His report included a chat feature that generated emails and saved our conversations, allowing us to document changes and get estimates on when they would start on our home. When the work began, the first step was to use an iPad to pull up our bid and mark every area of the house as captured in the bid. The team that worked on our house was amazing! They were on time every single day and very professional, treating our home as if it were their own. They were respectful of our yard and property, always asking questions and providing feedback on their suggestions. We asked them to remove all the old telephone lines, boxes, coax cables, and an old security keypad that no longer functioned. They even rewired our fiber line and used wood filler to repair any holes. After 45 years, this was no small job, and now it looks incredible. The carpenter team was detail-oriented and efficient. The wood rot replacement was a significant part of our job, and their attention to detail during both the tear-down and installation was outstanding. The caulk/tape team was unbelievable, working fast, nimbly, and safely up and down ladders all week. Every seam and nail head was recaulked, and we couldn't be happier with how well the house was sealed. Their precision in protecting areas we didnâ t want painted and creating sharp, exact lines for the trim was phenomenal. Project manager Jennifer stopped by our house every single day they were on the job. She was a delight to work with, always funny and focused on answering any questions and ensuring we received top-notch service. She provided her mobile number and responded to texts within minutes. This team felt more like a family, working closely together, focused on the task at hand while sharing laughs and smiles. We highly recommend Patrickâ s Painting for your home. Our experience with Patricks Painting was amazing. I would highly recommend! From our first meeting with Patrick to the final walk through with Jennifer, his project manager, everything was great! His crew did a phenomenal job painting and they were also very detailed in the prep work and clean up. Lastly, Patrick was very patient and understanding as we had to push getting our house painted out several months due to storm damage repairs.

We hired Patrick's Painting at the recommendation of our painting consultant "Color it Current." Patrick's was the most responsive of the painters we approached, returning our call almost immediately, set up an appointment less than a week out, and arrived at the scheduled time. He listened as well as he spoke regarding both our needs and his offerings. He also did a thorough walk-around of our home with us, highlighting areas that needed wood repair along with the repaint. We were also working with a roofer to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts, and needed both contractors to coordinate their timing in order for both to operate efficiently. Patrick gave us a very comprehensive proposal that same evening (11 pages, including thumbnail photos of every area requiring wood/stucco repair). They power-washed the entire house, did all the wood repair, caulked and primed all new wood, then sprayed and back-rolled the entire house. Jennifer, their project manager, was in constant communication throughout the project, including daily site visits. On completion, we did a thorough job walk with Jennifer and her crew and they completed any minor touch-ups needed immediately, prior to final payment. We are very pleased with the communications, timeliness skill and workmanship of Patrick's Painting and his entire crew, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality repaint on their home.

I had a great experience with Patrick's Painting repairing wood rot and exterior painting. I got 11 quotes and they were all over the map. While Patrick's wasn't the most inexpensive; they weren't the highest either and he was willing to work with me. From beginning to end communication was quick and friendly. The crew who did the work was very nice, cleaned up after themselves and were very conscientious. We had a couple bumps during the project (as often happens with any large project like this) and those were handled efficiently as well. It's obvious when a business genuinely cares about doing things the right way, and that was evident with this company from beginning to end. You also can't beat the warranty!! My house looks like a new house - the work done was impeccable. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest and fair company that does amazing work.

Patrickâ s Painting did an outstanding job with the exterior painting of our house. The paint crew was meticulous in every aspect of the job. They took great care to not ruin the landscaping and always kept the work area clean. Jennifer, the project manager, was very helpful and easy to work with. This was the best customer service experience and finished product that Iâ  ve had hiring a service professional! From the very beginning, Patrick and his team were quick to respond and communicated with us consistently during every step of the process. Nelson and the crew that worked on our home were very kind and professional, and they were exceptionally skilled! They even replaced our house numbers when the ones we had broke while they were being removed. My husband and I work hard to maintain our home and have high standards for doing things right, and when it came time for the walk through we couldnâ  t find one thing to ask them to fix! We wonâ  t hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to everyone we know!

Great experience from beginning to end. Surprisingly reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of people and their work. As hard as it is to pry a dollar out of my pocket, it was a pleasure to pay these guys for their excellent work, care, attention and attitudes. Always pleasant, courteous, helpful and eager to please. Just nice people. Also, very efficient. Showed up when they said they would and worked until the project was finished. Will definitely hire Patrick's Painting again and insist on Elder and his crew doing the work.

I can not say enough how impressed I was with Patrick's Painting from start to finish. This is the thorough job all discerning homeowners will want. The digital quote process with the pictures of every board being replaced was the reassurance I needed knowing exactly what I was paying for. The daily visits from the manager to ensure all was going as planned and ensuring I was happy with the work being completed was a great touch. Patrick Painting did a great job painting our entire house. The crew was very courteous and professional...and they did a great job of cleaning up everything at the end of the day -- there were no pails, brushes, wood scraps, etc. on the lawn or driveway after each day. And there were no surprises; the original price estimate held, and any additional wood rot that was found was negotiated fairly. Jennifer (crew scheduler) was on-site at the start of each day ...and she or Patrick were always available for any questions. We are delighted with the results! and would highly recommend Patrick Painting.
