They did everything they said they would do. The work was of high quality. They were both professional and timely. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. My house required a lot of wood rot replacement to include window sills, trim, and siding. I am very pleased with the final result.

We highly recommend Patrickâ s Painting for home repair and painting jobs. They performed extensive wood rot repair, carpentry and full home repainting for us in June, 2021. This was a large job requiring the replacement of about two dozen rotted panels and hundreds of feet of old cedar trim with new rot-resistant engineered wood products. Patrick was very prompt in surveying the property, providing an estimate, and walking us through all the issues he spotted and answering questions. He provided a full portfolio of photos detailing each of the items needing repair, accompanying the total estimate. Both he and his operations manager, Jennifer, were available and responsive during the project. His site team proved to be very good carpenters. Lisandro, his site lead, proactively identified and suggested how to solve issues discovered as the project proceeded. Each day they cleaned up and organized their supplies, tools and scrap materials in an area we asked them to use. At the end of the carpentry work, they hauled all the demolition and scrap away. Before they painted, the team power washed the entire house, including the doors. They caulked thoroughly. The painting itself went quickly and smoothly, with proper attention to details. Overall, they did an excellent job.

We recently moved to Olathe from out of state and needed the entire interior of our home painted. Neighbors had positive experiences with Patrick's painting, so we went with them. The price was what we were expecting for the size of our home and project. We are so pleased with the work that Patrick and his guys (Gerardo was the lead painter) did. Our interior looks so much better and lighter. In our previous home, we had used a painting company that was a bit sloppy. Not Patrick's Painting! They did an excellent job near all the trim, cabinets, etc - very clean lines and not a drop of paint anywhere! We highly recommend.

We met with Patrick and subsequently hired his company to paint the outside of our home. Patrick's communication throughout the process was incredible. Patrick said in the very beginning that he "will make this the best painting experience we will ever have." And, he did. Couldn't have been more pleased and our home looks gorgeous. Absolutely the most pleasant experience Iâ ve EVER had with home help. From the moment I reached out to Patrick, he was polite, thorough, fair and acted like he actually wanted our business (noteâ thatâ s not my typical experience when it comes to home help. I usually have trouble getting anyone to call us back and when they do, they act like I should be lucky they offered to stop by). His communication is fantasticâ we knew what to expect and why every step of the way. He showed up every day of the job to check in and keep us up to date on the progress. And his crew was equally impressiveâ -hard working, timely, clean, and respectful of our home. The paint job is GORGEOUS. Found them on Home Advisor and was impressed by the number of 5 star reviews. They were a little higher priced than some others we looked at, but still well within our own estimate. The crew was obviously highly experienced and professional. They did an excellent job and Patrick himself as well as his job superintendent were on site each day as the work proceeded to insure everything was running smoothly and that our expectations were being fully satisfied.

From the very beginning, attention to detail, care for my home, quality of workmanship and exceptional communication were key to my experience with Patrick and his team. I had my entire exterior repainted and some challenging wood rot repairs including major weight-bearing posts on my deck. Patrick was hands-on and attentive to my project and his operations leader Jennifer was available at all times to check on progress, help me make decisions and communicate changes and specifics. Lisandro, Denise and Victor did exceptional work during the hottest week of the summer! The entire team was friendly, well qualified, respectful of me and my property. Patrick is very professional. His staff extremely courteous, hard working, and did an excellent job. It seems 2/3 of the paint work is in preparation and replacing wood rot. His men are very good carpenters and did the repairs without problems.

Patrick and his team painted the exterior of our home and repaired some wood rot. We encountered some unexpected wood rot that needed to be repaired and his team worked quickly to get it completed. Patrick was responsive and stopped by the house daily to check on progress. I would highly recommend.

Patrick and his crew were fantastic. Patrick's team has painted several other houses on our street over the last few years and he was the first we called for a bid, which was VERY competitive. His team painted the exterior of our house and stained our fence. Patrick was professional during our consultation reviewing the process step by step and was very accommodating of our schedule. When the crew arrived to begin the job they were prompt, friendly, thorough and respectful of our property. Can't say enough about the communication throughout the project. Patrick's Operations Leader, Cameron, came by each day and provided updates and schedule for the next day. The team onsite were quick to ask if there were questions and, again, beyond respectful. Patrick's follow-up after the job as well as the quality of work was second to none as well. We highly recommend Patrick's Painting and will definitely use again for indoor work too.

Despite being the slightly higher bid we received, the quality of work and 5 star communication throughout made the value excellent. 5 business days to do the whole job. I've seen neighbors where they went cheap and it took 15 and after 3-4 years they wish they had spent a little more...

We had a great experience! They worked hard to get the project completed on time and with great results! Even when so many rainy days put the project on hold, they worked until sunset on the not rainy days in order to have everything done before our party. Also, they made sure we were happy with the color selection. I will always recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Patrick was super communicative. When finishing project, Patrick brought US a punch list that was actually more thorough than yours. The crew was also very careful with our gardens/flower beds all surrounding the house during power washing and taping/painting - after it had rained for days and dad to previously.
