We recently purchased a home in Lenexa KS and needed some work done prior to moving in. We contacted Patrick's Painting to quote doing a significant amount of interior painting. Patrick responded quickly and provided a detailed proposal that included pictures that documented all of the areas to be painted. We found that his pricing was competitive with others in the area. As we were not in town during the work, we needed someone that we could trust to work in our new home- a very important consideration for us. We selected Patrick to do our project as he seemed like a partner we could trust to take care of our home and provide quality results. Patrick and his team met all of our needs- they provided frequent updates with pictures and responded quickly to requests for additional work to be added. Overall an excellent job from someone who definitely earned our trust!

Professional and timely from proposal request through delivery of painting services. Very neat and conscientious workers. Although new shutters are on order, they painted the old ones and will return to paint the new ones when they arrive at no extra charge. While we were a bit surprised at the cost of the work, it appears to be a sign of the times.

I had some water spots on ceilings that needed to be touched up. Patrick's painter did an excellent job of matching color so that the repair is not noticeable. He was very neat, covered everything before starting and cleaned up after himself. Other than the fact the spots were gone, you would not have known he was here!

The exterior transformation that Patrick's Painting Company did on our home this summer was nothing short of amazing. I was really impressed with how they managed the project every single step of the way. They went above and beyond more than any other home improvement companies that we have ever hired. It didn't take long for their crew to transform our entire home on the outside. They were very detailed oriented with every step including priming, sanding, caulking, replacing rotted wood and painting. From the beginning, they always showed up on time, did the work according to spec, cleaned up the job site every single day, and were really responsive whenever we had questions or needed to address any additional concerns that were uncovered when we were replacing the extensive wood rot. Even after the work was completed, they came back to install some shutters that were backordered for 3 months and touched up some spots where the paint soaked into the new wood and was lighter after it completely cured. The before and after photos speak for themselves in terms of their incredible workmanship. Our home will look brand new for many years to come. Amazing quality, customer service, response time

I would highly recommend Patrickâ s Painting! The crew was very professional, attention to detail in there work. Everything from power washing, caulking, wood rot, and painting and cleanup was quality! In addition, communication was exceptional via texting and the proposal describing in detail the work that will be included with photos.. You get what you pay for and you will be happy with there work!!

The job was completed on time and on budget and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Once the job was completed, I was unhappy with the color I chose for the garage doors, shutters and front door. I called Patrick and we discussed it. Patrick was extremely understanding and his team of professionals corrected my color mistake the same day. After completing the entire job, Patrick sent his project manager out to inspect the job. We had our kitchen cabinets repainted and couldn't be happier with the results. They were very meticulous with the prep work and the area was extremely clean after the project was completed. Patrick came over and marked any touch ups that needed to be done and they were completed quickly. Would highly recommend Patrick's Painting!!!

When it came to finding a painter to complete our new custom cabinet project we turned to Sherwin Williams for recommendations. They referred us to Patrick’s Painting. What got me hooked before we even received a price quote was how quickly Patrick responded and he had an estimator at our house the very next day! Once we contacted with Patrick he provided a tentative start date and we were fortunate they were able to be on sight THAT day to do the prep work for the project and started painting the next day. If you have hired anyone lately to paint, install or fix something, the waiting period can be excruciating due to the high demand on these trades. We were thrilled! Patrick came every day to see how the painting was progressing and confirm that we were happy with everything! His painter did a fabulous job painting and given we are living in the house where he worked, the level of attention provided regarding confining the work areas and containing the mess was impeccable! I held off 5 years to have my cabinets painted because I didn't know who to hire. So glad I hired Patrick. They are amazing. The quality and detail was much more than I expected. They improved things I didn't expect. Great communication. He checked in with us and his crew every day to make things were going smoothly. Great cleanup when everything was finished. I love how they turned out. Patrick will be doing all our future painting.

Our house looks amazing and the repairs/caulking will ensure we ll be better protected from extreme weather and insects. Patricks crew did such a great job in repairing our siding and repainting our house, all at a reasonable cost. He cares about them, checks in on them and brought them lunch every day. Patrick came every day to check in with us and he and his crew did multiple walk-arounds with us to make sure we were happy with the work. Ivan, the crew lead, did such a great job organizing and making sure everything got done correctly and in a timely manner. We have a challenging house to repair and paint and were concerned about what this whole process was going to look like. We even had trouble getting people to come out or give us a quote after they had visited. Patrick and his crew made the process easy and we are so pleased with the results.

The team at Patrickâ  s Painting was over the top! They were quick to respond which held true throughout the entire job. The bid was easy to read an understand and it outlined exactly what would and wouldnâ  t be covered (they painted the inside and outside of my house). Unlike the other companies I received bids from they always treated me like a human instead of a dollar. It felt like I was working with my friends (at a professional price).
