Patrickâ s did an awesome job from start to finish. They did both our wood rot repair and exterior painting for entire 4000 sq foot house. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Both Patrick and Jennifer checked in with us daily, in person, to make sure we were completely satisfied, They were both a pleasure to work with, as well as the entire crew, and easily exceeded our expectations. We even made a change to chosen color on the first day and they were happy to accommodate. Highly recommend!

We were extremely pleased with the exterior house painting done by Patrickâ s Painting. From the estimate to the job being finished, the company shows great professionalism. Patrick, as well as, Jennifer, the Project Manager, answered our many, many questions. Nelson and the others on the crew, did an excellent job of painting and clean up.

I used Patrick's Painting to paint the accent colors of my home. (Garage Doors, Shutters, front door, corbels) due to fading. What a fantastic job Patrick's crew did! They were very professional, courteous, and took great care in prep work, painting and clean up.I am extremely please with the quality of the paint used to complete my project. From the initial visit to my home, providing the proposal, scheduling the job and final review of the work completed, the communication was excellent. Prior to the work be started and at final completion of my project, Patrick came to my home to answer any questions I had prior to start of work and at the completion of the work to insure I was satisfied with the work completed. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship in repairing wood rot and exterior painting exceeded our expectations. Patrick's Painting had completed our interior paint job a while back, so we wanted to see if they could do our exterior. They were great to work with. I wont say they are the cheapest, but I will say they were the only ones that looked at my house and noticed the moisture and some possible areas of wood rot. The other places just quoted what I had asked for which was an exterior paint job. It was good to see that they were looking out for me instead of just completing a job. Patrick, (or his brother, I get them confused) walked me through my paint options, and wood rot options. I liked the style quote they gave me. Each item was broken down, and there were pictures of what we had looked at. They were very detailed. We had originally wanted the project done early in the summer. Patrick stayed in constant communication to explain when their openings were. That was very much appreciated. Once we finally were able to get a time on the calendar, they were on time, and ready to go. They recommended Natasha to help us with our exterior colors. She was a huge help. We told her what colors we were looking at, and walked the block to show her what we liked or didn't like on some of the other homes. She was very helpful in showing us what color options would work based on our preferences. The Project Manager, Jennifer Avalos, was great to work with as well. She came by to walk me through the entire process, talk about the schedule and answer any questions that we had. I had an issue with my outlets on the outside, and she explained multiple times that things would be fine, and told me what I needed to do. When I had questions about the paint and trim, she was available via text to answer and relay the information to the painters. Before the final walk through, my wife and I placed blue painter tape where we wanted some touch ups. The painters arrived before Jennifer, and automatically started taking care of those items. When Jennifer arrived, she saw a few places that my wife and i missed, and started adding the painters tape to those areas. That was greatly appreciated. Patrick's Painting did an awesome job on my house and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I WILL use them again in the future.

Professional in every sense of the word. Patrick's Painting did a phenomenal job of painting the exterior of my home. Everyone involved was courteous, responsive and prompt. The cost of the job was right on the mark too. As the project progressed, they always asked about things I had not considered. When the job was done, it was more than complete and the bill was exactly what they had quoted. For my future painting needs, I would not even consider another company.

I absolutely recommend Patrickâ s Painting. Excellent communication * The initial inspection was done by Cameron (sales rep) and he answered all our questions and explained their process. We had the estimate the next day after inspection. * Jennifer was the project manager for our job. She came by each day to check in with work crew, inspect progress, and answer any question we had. She was available anytime via phone call or text, she responded promptly any time I texted. * Patrick (owner) came to inspect progress two separate days. He gave me his cell # and was available by phone call or text anytime. He responded very quickly to any texts I sent him. He answered any and all questions. *. The estimate was detailed and included photos of damaged trim and siding that was to be repaired or replaced. The estimate was accurate and complete - were no hidden charges or surprises Quality Of Work Repairs to our wood siding were top notch and very precise. The crew caulked EVERY seam, gap, and nail head on the entire house. The paint job is excellent, we are extremely pleased. Work Crew The work crew was terrific. They worked very hard, did high quality work and were very polite and courteous. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area and took away all trash. .

They did a fantastic job repairing some wood rot we had and than painting the whole exterior of our home. They gave us a status update everyday on the project and had a very professional crew who did the work. We would highly recommend them!

We have a very large house and had 3 bids. Patrickâ s was not the least expensive but they knocked our socks off. We were in constant communication with Jennifer, who managed our project with a crew of four guys - Iâ ve never seen a crew work this hard. They were courteous, detailed, experienced and even installed new security lights for us. We also had our deck posts stained, turned out beautiful. Jennifer did the final walk through with us and caught nit picky things we never would have noticed. They also power washed the deck and house. I had to convince my husband to paint the stucco (honey, itâ s really YOUR idea!), turned out beautiful. Two of our neighbors also used them so we had referrals. I highly, highly recommend them. Puts pride right back into our house!
