They have been great to work with. Evergy seems to be a bit of the problem but Landis has worked with them to get the breaker box replaced.

This was a very positive experience! Tim Quinlan, the tech and Master Electrician, arrived at the designated time. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at every step including what was wrong with our switch before he replaced it. The repair was completed quickly and the pricing was reasonable.
