They were very nice and professional guys. The problem was that my outlet just needed to be reset and that cost me $165, didn't even offer to negotiate or change that. It was disappointing, but others may have better luck.

Loaded HomeAdvisor on Monday and received three recommendations for electrical work, all of whom called that same day. I scheduled Landis Enterprises for Wednesday. The second caller and said they could come right away. Decided if this Company fixed everything I would cancel Landis; regrettably the that first Company spent all day to only fix part of the problem and then suggested an expensive work around for a second day which I rejected. Chris Landis arrived exactly on time, quoted a reasonable price and found and fixed the problem correctly in under one hour. Landis is knowledgeable, personable, professional and I recommend Chris and Landis Enterprises without reservation. I will be recommending them to our neighborhood blog and to anyone who asks about finding an electrician. Very pleased!

Landis did a great job for us! They provided an upfront estimate for what we were wanting done and stuck to that price after the work was completed. Their overall price may not have been the absolute lowest, but was still reasonable. Their customer service was excellent! The owner himself showed up when he told us he'd be there and they presented themselves in a professional manner. Before starting their work, they taped off and set up protection measures for our entire kitchen. Overall, we were very happy with the final product and would certainly recommend Landis Enterprises to anyone, for any electrical related work.

Mr. Landis went above and beyond. I had an electrical crisis on a Saturday and out of 5 other electricians I tried to contact, Mr. Landis was the only electrian to call me back that day. He came to my house at 9:30pm on a Saturday evening and troubleshot until he identified the problem. He was very through. He followed through with contacting my home warranty company in getting authorization to complete the task and kept me informed throughout the process until the parts were ordered and the job was complete.

After receiving many estimates from many electricians, we found this company to be far by the most honest and fair. Cost is not always the factor in deciding who will do the work. Communication, honesty, reliability and trustworthy mean a lot. Chris remained in communication with me regarding his expected time of arrival. He quoted a fair price for the work that they did. They were easy to talk to, did their job and cleaned up after themselves. We will definetly use this company again for our next project! I would highly recommend giving these guys a call for your next job!!
