C & C Drywall

C&C was the company my builder used when we built a new home 2 years ago. They also did some drywall repair for us after a problem with faulty light fixtures in our secondary closets. All of the work done in our home is excellent and Carlos and his team are very professional, prompt,and courteous. I saved his contact information and called him to remove a "popcorn" ceiling from a townhome my mom recently purchased. She had hardwood floor installation scheduled and needed him to do the ceiling work prior to the hardwoods being installed. Even though he is extremely busy, he found a way to juggle his schedule to complete the work on short notice. The results were beautiful, his crew was prompt and and professional, and the price was very competitive. They also took great care to clean everything up before leaving. Needless to say, I would highly recommend C&C for any small or large drywall project or repair. They are one of the best contractors we've worked with through the years.

We were very happy with the service. Carlos and his family were professional, efficient and worked quickly. We've had this same type of work done in other rooms in our house in the past, using other companies, and dust got everywhere. But not with C&C Drywall -- I was amazed at how much time and care they took in taping off the rooms, covering things, etc., to ensure that the mess was kept under control and that dust didn't escape into other rooms of the house. We'll definitely use this company again when the next phase of our home improvement projects starts.

They arrived on time, as always, performed the requested work, cleaned the space afterwards. This particular job required a couple of trips to allow drying time of the mud. Each time they did a terrific job. They are very reliable and pleasant to work with.

C & C Drywall has down numerous jobs at my personal residence to include replacing a ceiling and applying a knockdown on other ceilings of mine. My friends have used them to do their ceilings as well, and many clients of mine have used them for both drywall jobs and knockdowns. I have a client now who is rehabbing a property who will be using C & C Drywall exclusively to do all the drywall and ceilings.

Carlos was fantastic. Showed up on time, completed work faster than expected, and price was exactly as quoted. They were very efficient, took great care to minimize the mess, and finished with a nice looking ceiling.

Simply put, they are amazing! I'm not one to write a review, but I felt like I needed to with how the process took place. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't contact them. They showed up on time every day, the work they did was incredible compared to other contractors we've used for previous remodels. He even completed an area that would have cost us more money, but he finished it for us that wasn't even in the quote. They definitely went above and beyond. The biggest thing for my wife and I is that we trust Carlos. He truly believes in putting his name behind his work. Good find on Angie's List.

Carlos completed the job in two days as promised. Very pleased with the quality of work performed.

They were on time, finished the job in less time than he expected and it looks fantastic. They then cleaned the space better than it was before. We will be using him again.

Punctual (actually came early), professional and did a great job matching the texture of our remodeled kitchen, family room and living room. C&C worked on our basement, upstairs bathroom and upstairs laundry room. The ceilings now all look the same and uniform. There were multiple surfaces, an arch, and part of a ceiling that needed matched with a long run of existing drywall. They skim coated the ceiling so old and new would match and it turned out fantastic. You can't tell. The same thing with the arch. It looks like the rest of them. Carlos' team was fast, efficient, professional, and did quality work. No BS. Great to work with. In the future I won't even check around for bids. I think he is fair with his pricing and trustworthy. Totally recommend him to friends any anyone on the list.

Carlos and his team did a great job. He was easy to deal with and provided clear communications on the work to be done. The team showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They did a professional job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Professional, Organized, Schedule Oriented and respectful. Crew was cognizant of keeping the house clean, and minimizing the mess in the basement. The crew was experienced and got the job done as planned.

Carlos was great to work with. Showed up when he said he would. Checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the quality, every step of the way. Told us that if we saw any imperfections once we started painting to let him know and he would come back and fix them free of charge. Would highly recommend!

I called. He answered phone with "hello" only without identifying himself by name or business. He requested that I text with address and said he would call me back when he had time to provide estimate after checking his schedule. He never returned my phone call or text.

Bid was very professional. Carlos answered all of our questions with offers to show nearby work and share references. All of the drywall was hung in one day with a day or two in between to tape, mud, sand, and texture. Clean up was a lot better than expected. Rain and humidity did play a part in lengthening the drying time.

Answered phone promptly on first contact and set time for appointment. Arrived on time and we had a good conversation. Talked some religion. Said he would have estimate emailed to me the next day. The next day passed and no estimate. I called him and he said he would get it to me the that evening and did. The contract stated he would buy all material, hang sheet rock, fire tape, mud and finish designated area for $1300. I replied by email, asked what would it cost just to hang the sheet rock and fire tape it as we had discussed this is what the insurance would pay and I wanted it estimated both ways. He replied it was in the attachment he sent me. I replied that it was not! Then he called me and said it would be $1300 just to hang the sheet rock and fire tape/insurance and another $1000 to mud and finish it. He stated that his secretary made a mistake and asked did I want him to send another contract? I replied that I had another bid to do it all for around $1300 and asked was he sure he did not want to recheck his figures or honor the initial contract and he said no.

Getting an initial response was a little slow but everyone is crazy busy right now so I get it. Once the initial contact was made and the deal agreed to, the communication was great. The quality of the work was awesome. They worked very quickly and paid attention to the details. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Carlos contacted me very quickly when I inquired through Angie's list and set up a time to come out and give me a quote. He was on time for the quote and for the service. I was keep informed of what they were going to do and when they would be back to check on it. In all it took 4 days from start to finish, they were in and out of my house for 3 of the 4 days. Carlos was very good about keeping me in the loop about timing, (when they would arrive and then give me a ballpark time of how long it would take). They were very good about cleaning up the dust that the work created. We will definitely use them again.

The whole drywall process went very well with C&C. The price was fair along with the crew being timely and very quick. The quality was excellent as well. They were willing to come back and fix any necessary spots after priming. However, once I got the primer on the walls I did not see any spots that warranted a return visit.....very impressive!

Carlos provided a fair price for the work and was responsive to the time frame that I needed the work completed. For a process that involved a lot of dust and debris, C & C did an excellent job in containing the mess and cleaning up afterward. The ceilings look great and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend C & C Drywall to my neighbors and friends.

Carlos and team were great to work with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their service. Of the 3 companies I contacted for bids, they were the most punctual, provided the most value and offered great advice with their expertise. They started and finished as promised (roughly a week). They measured, ordered and had delivered all of the material. They hung, mud, sanded and cleaned roughly 1400 sq ft as promised in the bid process. Throughout the work the team was very respectful and always had Someone on site to communicate with. The team even worked around a couple of changes on my part without any issues. After priming Carlos came back right away to touch up the very few imperfections. If I ever need drywall service again I will certainly contact C&C again.
