The past few years presented me with surgeries that compromised my mobility, and even after physical therapy I knew I needed to clean less to regain strength to live more. This year presented me with an early breast cancer diagnosis. That led to countless appointments, surgeries and now months more of recovery before another surgery. As much as I wanted to keep my home clean while being home more than ever given the pandemic, physical restrictions were too many and my family was already going above and beyond to care for me. My neighbor told me I needed to call Boltz. Initially I procrastinated thinking I didn't want others in my house (given my compromised condition) and I just wanted some sense of normalcy. After realizing the added burden my husband would be taking on with cleaning, I knew I needed a battle plan. I did finally reach out to Nickie Boltz who responded quickly and set a date to see my house. She and her husband, Aaron masked up and walked through every room with me while I spelled out detailed expectations. I explained that some areas of our home do not get used as much, so Nickie made a plan to clean some areas every week, some bi-weekly, and others monthly. My Boltz Cleaning Crew has been cleaning my home since September. They mask up, I mask up and we keep each other safe. Two weeks ago I knew I needed to leave a review because my husband, who normally doesn't notice whether things are clean or not, walked in at the end of the day quite impressed with the cleanliness of our home and verbally shared his approval. I do have a pretty high standard of cleanliness. Boltz has met it. So every week I do what I'm supposed to do to get better and stronger and Boltz cleans so can live more.

The professionals that have come in my house have been amazing and gone above and beyond my expectations for how clean they were going to make the areas they worked on. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good cleaning service that is trustworthy to hire Boltz.

We had scheduled extensive cleaning. The two people that were assigned to were pleasant and courteous. Though they missed a lot of things that the owners said would be done, these items were on their sell sheet and should have been taken care of during our scheduled time. At this time I can not recommend this company due to the owners never returned my emails or came out to see what was not completed.

Owners are very personable. Excellent work ethics. I needed someone that I didn't have to translate from their cultural language to english. They are definitely english speaking. They ask exactly what you want done and they do it. I'm extremely pleased I found them.

The kitchen and bath were shinny and spotless. The dusting could have been a little better. The crew was friendly and helpful. They will come the first of every month for upkeep, which will really help.

They have been cleaning our home for almost 3 years. Company is very trustworthy and their cleaning products are Eco friendly. We highly recommend them.
