The owner Marty gave a price quote by text message the same day. He showed up at 11:00 a.m. the next day as promised. He cleaned the exterior side of all windows in my two-story home, as agreed. The windows are spotless. Marty was very courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again the next time I need window cleaning.

I found Martie's business through Living Social Deals. I paid $25 for a coupon that was worth $100 of service. Martie is Australia born and has a sharp sense of humor. Sometimes when we bantered as he worked I had to process for a moment due to his accent and humor but he was enjoyable to talk with. AND he did an excellent job. I had gutter stuff installed in my gutters about 5 years ago and had never cleaned it. (I was told by the installer that I'd "Never have to clean my gutters again".) After five years of leaves falling the gutter stuff had so much crud encrusted on the top of it that rain water was running over the crud and over the gutters. Martie had quite a job of scraping all that crud off the gutter stuff by hand. There were stretches where the gutter stuff was too clogged with crud and he had to take it out of the gutters and work all the crud out of it, then put it back. Then he used the hose to spray water through the gutter stuff, flushing it and the gutters out. When he was finished he swept up the porch and driveway and sprayed the fallen crud off them and my siding.
The total job would have cost $250 if I had not had the coupon.

Our experience with him was excellent. I would definitely be using him again late this year. Everything was really good. He was very professional. You could tell he had quite a few years of experience. He is very conscientious about plants and other furniture. He really kept it real neat and clean. He went beyond what he really needed to do. He is not the cheapest, but you can tell he is well worth the money.

My windows look fantastic!  I have not cleaned the windows in years...big mistake.  Dirt and grime had formed a crust on the outside and needed to be scraped.  Martin Clarke, the owner, personally performed the service, meticulously and carefully scraping each window until all the grime was removed.  No pen knives or other tools that scratch the windows were used.  I could tell he was a true professional.  He worked swiftly but didn't miss a thing.
Martin was a joy to work with.  His British wit and accent were charming, and made talking with him fun.  It was apparent he brought the "Old World" quality with him from England.  His pricing was very reasonable for all the work he performed and I will definitely use Aqua Pro Window Washing again --- soon!  This will most like be an annual appointment if I can wait that long.

There were a lot of issues getting started, but once we did, the actual work was good
.  I bought a LivingSocial deal for window cleaning on April 15th.  I spent the next 5 weeks trying to reach AquaPro to schedule my appointment and only ever got their voice mail, with no return calls.  Finally, at the end of May, I got a call back and scheduled an appointment for June 17.
Appointment day comes, and I get a call about 1/2 an hour before they're supposed to be here, letting me know they're going to be late because of a blown tire.  Fine, these things happen, no problem.  They show up about an hour later, and one half of the team goes to start looking at the job while the other unloads the truck... only to come back in a few minutes later, very apologetic and looking ashamed, to tell me they've made a mistake and didn't load the right equipment to do my job and could they possibly reschedule?  Annoying, aggravating, but if they don't have the equipment, what else am I going to do?  So we reschedule; the next available date was June 27th, for 9:00 am.  9 is earlier than I'd like on my day off, but I took it.
By 9:42 am, after getting up at 7:00 on my day off, no one had arrived, I hadn't received a call to say they're running late. No one was answering their phone, so I left yet another voice mail. By this point, I was wondering if I could get my money back from Living Social.
They called back about 15 minutes after I left my voicemail; the main guy had an accident since I'd last talked to him, and is unable to work at the moment.  He said he'd sent me a text at 8:30, but since the only number he has is my home phone, I didn't get it, which he hadn't realized since he didn't get a pingback from the text saying it didn't work. Very polite and apologetic again; we rescheduled once more for July 5th.
July 5th arrives, and the owner shows up (15 minutes early, good), with his equipment.  We went over what windows were being cleaned, and he apologized several times for the problems.  I had nothing better to do, so I wandered along behind him, and we chatted a bit while he worked. He did a beautiful job on all the windows, including some on my smoking porch that I didn't think would ever be really clean - they were sparkling when he was done.  There were 2 windows he was unable to clean completely, but that was because the windows are old and the screen releases are rusted shut; he came and told me what was going on with them, and I decided he shouldn't continue trying to get the screens off, we'd just skip the outsides of those 2 (they're on the second floor anyway, so other than rain spots they weren't that dirty). Naturally, I wasn't charged for those two.
So overall, the work was great - all my windows are sparkling clean for the first time since I moved here 7 years ago (I'm really awful at window cleaning, always ends up a streaky mess).  The scheduling was a hot mess, and they need to be a little more proactive in returning calls, even if it's just to say 'sorry, we'll need to call you back on scheduling' - although I did find out it's a very small company, which is why they don't have a receptionist handling the calls and scheduling. I would definitely consider using them again, as long as I wasn't on a deadline (although really, how often do you need to be on a deadline for window cleaning?).

Beautiful, careful, and thorough job.  Friendly, prompt. One of the best local services I have ever used.  Not much else needs to be said.  This is the standard by which service companies could be judged.

Very well. They showed up when they said they would, did a good job, were pleasant but professional, and let us know of a couple issues we might watch for with one of our windows, of which we'd been unaware. Next time, we'll book them to do the interior windows as well.
