Chad did a great job of replacing the supply lines, was on time, and worked constantly without undue breaks or interruptions, completing the job in one day. In advance of the job, he detailed the areas that required demolition and we were able to save money by doing this work ourselves. We especially like the 5-year warranty period on the work that was performed. We appreciated the discount given due to our Angie's List subscription. Should future plumbing needs arise, we won't hesitate to call on Andy's Pipe Dream to do the work!

Chad did high quality work, and is an clearly experienced plumber who will recommend appropriate work to ensure it meets code. Their quote might not appear to have been the lowest, but it correctly included additional items that were required or highly recommended, clearly explained, and that I accepted. Definitely will have them back for future work.

This is the third time that Andy's Pipe dream has provided excellent plumbing service for me. In this instance, Chad was able to find an exact match for my kitchen fixtures, and installed the faucet in a matter of minutes. On each of his service calls he has been friendly, professional, and punctual. The thing I like most is that Andy's has an answering service. Once they take your message, Andy returns your call in a matter of minutes. I really can't say enough good things about Andy and Chad.

The repairman was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was not the least pushy about the extent of repairs needed.

I wish Angie's List had a A+ rating. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work that Chad demonstrated with his 20 plus years of experience. Our toilet started running and wouldn't stop and unfortunately this happened after I left to go out of town and my wife was stuck with the problem. She called me and I got an Angies List to find a plumber. I choose Andy due to his reviews and rating. I called him on Thursday and he said he was booked until the next Monday. I told him unfortunately I would have to find someone else that could get me in in the next 3 hours before my wife had to leave. It was short notice, but I had to find a plumber that could accomodate. Andy called me back 5 minutes later and said he could fit me in if I hadn't found anyone else. He had a plumber over in the next hour after I called and the problem was fixed before my wife had to leave. Very accomodating and quick.

Wow! Our first Angie's List vendor and they were amazing. Because the disconnection of a gas line is usually a little more labor intensive, the price was around $270. But once the plumber noticed our connection was much easier to take care of, he called the office and asked them to reduce the price. They did! Just amazing service, great price and top-notch professionalism. We will use again for sure. Thanks gents!!

Price - Not bad at all Quality - Excellent Responsiveness - Very Responsive Punctuality - A few minutes early Professionalism - Fantastic didn't try to over recommend or oversell anything I can't say enough good things about Andy, who scheduled my appointment, or Chad who performed the diagnostics and repair. Two other individuals (not from Andy's) tried to find the leak and failed. Andy assured me that they have a process that they follow for finding leaks and he was certain they were up for the task. Chad was a few minutes early for the appointment, explained the process, reassured me that the high end worst case scenario was still in my budget and began working through the steps. He quickly ruled out several potential points of failure but just when I was beginning to think he wouldn't find the leak - he tracked it down! Chad thoroughly explained what he was going to do, as well as provided specific costs and warranty details. I agreed and a short time later my repairs were complete. I think it was a very fair price for the diagnostic and the work. I would definitely use Andys Pipe Dream again for any future work and I am happy to recommend Andy, his business and Chad. I am certain any other employees of Andy would also meet the same high standard of work.

They respond quickly which was very quickly. They are really honest, they let you know all of the pricing up front.

We have had trouble with the water pressure in this bathtub/shower for over two years. We have literally had eight visits from various plumbers over the last two years (some of these plumbers were A-rated on Angie's List) and no one was able to correct the problem. (One of the plumbers that I had come two different times said that we needed to re-plumb the whole entire house for around $2,200 which really didn't make sense since all of the other plumbing fixtures were working fine with good water flow, etc.)

The employee came on time was neat, Quick and professional. These folks are not cheap but they are GOOD!!!

Responded promptly to call and was able to come even earlier than appointment schedule. Chad performed repairs in a very professional manner and area was cleaner when he left than when he came. We had a leaky tub faucet that several other plumbers had told us would require ripping out the shower wall to complete repairs. Chad thought that he could repair it from the access panel behind the wall, which he did, even though the repair ended up being more extensive than anticipated. He also completed 2 other plumbing projects while he was here. He was very efficient and professional. We would definitely use this company again.

After checking out Angie's List, I called Andy's Pipe Dream and left a message on the first phone call. Andy called me back within minutes. He was polite, professional and seemed to care about why I was calling. He was prompt about setting up an estimate with Chad. Chad arrived and was friendly, professional and spent time explaining what the problem was and what some options were to repairing it. Because our basement has a finished ceiling they were going to have to cut into the finished sheetrock ceiling to get to the pipe where the piece had broken off inside. We were very nervous about it but Chad did an amazing job of finding the exact spot to cut and we had VERY minimal repairs to the ceiling. He's very prompt, fair, very friendly, got right back to us and got here when he said he was going to. He didn't try to look for things to fix that didn't need fixing. Andy's Pipe Dream did a really good job.

I had emailed Andy's Pipe Dream on Thursday May 23rd around 11:30am when I found out that the new washing machine I had delivered could not be installed because the shut off valves were to old and they could not shut the water off completely. I had already gone a week without a washer and needed it installed sooner than later! So I got on Angie's list immediately to hopefully find someone to help me. Within an hour Andy had called me and said he would send someone over 1st thing Saturday morning. He even told me if he could he would try and make it Friday evening but if he couldn't someone would be there the following morning. Chad showed up right on time Saturday and after looking over the job and deciding the best idea would be to rebuild the valves rather than trying to replace them he gave me an estimate. I was a little nervous not know what something like that would cost me but was very happy to see a bid for $191 dollars, that was after my Angie's list discount! I agreed to the price and he started right away, 30minutes later he was finished!! He even took the time to look at the toilet in my sons bathroom and give me some ideas on how to fix the situation myself. I cannot say enough about this company, they were amazing!!

Fantastic response on a storm filled day with 2 pumps not working and repaired them quickly as well as finding a leak in the overhead pipe that was repaired. Saved me from basement damage.

The company is very responsive, showed up on time, checked all gas lines around the house, and tested all lines to ensure no other gas leaks. Tightened all loose lines and replaced all parts that were no longer serviceable. We will definely work with this company again. thanks

The plumber showed up on time and gave a fair estimate for the job. On the day of install he realized the job was a bit easier and he did not have to do as much so he reduced the price. The sink was installed to specifications and works great.

I had another company give me the first estimate. It was entirely too high and I didn't feel good about hiring them. In stepped Chad of Andy's Pipe Dream. Since my carpet was taking in water I called and they came right out. Chad diagnosed the problem quickly to include an additional leak that the first company missed. He told me he could take care of it and could come the following day. His price was also less than half of my first estimate! The work was done as promised. Chad was communicative and even though a previous job ran him late, he kept my appointment as promised even though it meant a very long day for him. He worked fast and efficient and cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend this provider and plan to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

They were very punctual. We got them over spring break which we knew would be busy, but they got us in. We've used them in the past. We even got the same guy that came out the first time. He cleans up his mess & was minimally invasive when he had to cut into the ceiling. Their work is warranted & I know they'd come back if I have any issues but I haven't so far. I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing & plan on contacting them for my kitchen remodel. I've referred them to other people, including my parents.

As the problem occurred on a Sunday night, all I could do was to check Angie's List for a good plumber and after picking what seemed to be the best...sent Andy's Pipe Dream an email. The following morning, I got a follow-up call from Chad Jurgensen (of Andy's...) who clarified my need. He told me he could be at my house between 4 and 6 pm that same day! When Chad arrived after calling one-half hour prior, he listened to me as I explained the problems I previously had with the tile people and to the recommendations I had received from the "wholesale" plumbing store. He simply said he felt he had discovered a better way to solve the problem...and then patiently explained just what he did. It was "out of the box" but totally realistic, logical, and the best idea I had heard. I'll leave the explanation of the solution to Chad...who seems to be an expert! I then simply said...Do It....and he did! I'll always go back to Andy's Pipe Dream and specifically ask for Chad...they are the GREATEST!

I called Chad on Friday morning to replace a 20-year-old garbage disposal that day as a surprise to my wife. (She had called my attention to damp spots under the old disposal.) He said he could fit it in between to appointments that afternoon. He arrived, removed the old disposal with some difficulty (it hadn't been re-installed properly when the sink was replaced and the locking ring was rusted) and installed the new disposal. We talked at that time about replacing our old sump pump as well. The following Tuesday I called him about the dishwasher hose connection to the disposal and he indicated he could stop by to check it and examine the sump pump. After he examined the disposal, he apologized and said he had missed a connection during the original install. He corrected that in minutes and then inspected the sump pump which was inoperative. Because of the error on the disposal, he offered an additional discount over and above their usual Angies List discount on the sump pump replacement. I agreed and he completed the work. Heavy rain last night showed that the sump pump was doing its job. I appreciated the fact that Chad owned up to an error on the disposal install, corrected it promptly, and then, to make up for having to call him back, offered the additional discount on the sump pump. I trust this company's work and I trust Chad's work. We recommend them to all of our neighbors.

From start to finish Andy and Chad provided great communication. I placed the request for service through their website and Andy contacted me the next day. He explained their process in detail and we set up an appointment time for them to provide us with an estimate. We had another estimate done by another high volume company, but Chad was the most detailed in his estimate and examination of the what needs to be done. He actually climbed in the crawl space, with no complaint, to assess the damage. The previous company simply flashed a light in the crawl space from 15 feet away and provided us with the estimate. Because Chad climbed in the space, he actually spotted another area that needed attention from the master shower. The jobs were completed timely. At the end of the day, the space was clean with little evidence he had been working in our basement. We will definitely use this company again, especially since our home will need updating over the next couple of years. Thank you!
