Andy's Pipe Dream

Chad had to snake the line a few times but it's clean and working properly now. Chad cleaned everything up and was very pleasant. Great job! Plumbers are never cheap but to come out on a Saturday evening and get us taken care of for $160 was very fair.

Chad did a great job. He returned phone calls promptly when we had questions after getting the estimate. He was on time and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up. He finished the job earlier than estimated. The final price was less than the proposal we were given and better than the proposal from another company. Chad was very professional and patient with all the questions we asked. We will definitely use Andy's Pipe Dream for any future plumbing needs we may have.

On time, did not take long, and did everything they said plus no mess anywhere. Very efficient and polite. Would use them again, not my first time using them.

The install went well and I am very satisfied. The installer was careful that when we turned the water back on that we did it the proper way so as to not cause any possible damage to my pipes in the rest of the house. He took his time and did great work.

Andy's responded quickly, and scheduled the service call for the same day. Service was punctual and professional. All repairs were done in an efficient and effective manner. I have used Andy's in the past, and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

It actually went very well. We have used them before and were pleased. Chad was flexible with our work schedules to push off his visit a little later in the day. He came out to the house, examined the trouble drain, checked out the plumbing in the crawl space to ensure it was an issue within the line, and put the auger through the drain. I will say we did have a brief issue with the water backing up into a shower after he left, but the trouble sink and shower share the same line for draining and he just did not clear the blockage far enough. So Chad came out the next day when it was convenient for us to push auger through one more time (at no additional cost). Everything has been running fine since.

They did an excellent job, were professional, courteous and on time.

Andy's Pipe dream is a breath of fresh air. I've used him several times, and each time he promptly returned calls, gave me clear expectations, and acted professionally. The job was done on time and for the quoted price. I trust Andy in my house. What more could you ask for?

I called after reading the positive reviews here, and needed to have a toilet snake'd. Chad called to confirm my appointment, and then called a little later to say he was running early, if I was available. Chad did a great job and put out some extra effort (IMO) to get the toilet cleared. It was not an easy clearing. I think that other plumbers would have quit after a few minutes, but he attacked the stool for a while, and got it done. I was 100% impressed and will call them again if needed.

As usual I emailed Andy who responded immediately and proposed a couple of dates to do the work. we agreed upon a day and time and Chad came out. He replaced the sump pump in short order, went over the gas line pricing and then came back at the end of week (my choice) to install new gas line. Chad's top notch, quality work, I'll continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

We were having problems with our toliets wanting to run over, taking forever to flush. Chad was very honest. He gave us different options in new toilets. We could have bought our own toliets and he could put them in or he could replace them with his toliets. We decided to have him to replace them with his toliets.He was able to replace them the same day. We have been very happy with them and our new toilets have saved us on our water bill. We will definitely recommend and use them again.

Chad was exactly on time and provided quotes for all items. Was given options to attempt repairs vs replace. Work done professionally in short amount of time and clean up handled properly. Cheerful, prompt and careful. Can't ask for more than that.

I called Andy's on Monday morning with a slow leak after a shut off valve broke off while I was trying to repair a constant running toilet. We set up an appointment for Monday afternoon between 4 and 6, which was my choice since I was at work. He wanted to make sure I had turned off the water so I wouldn't have it leaking all day. Chad called and arrived at 4:15pm. He gave me two different estimates, one for the repair of the valve and another to do the valve and a minor rebuild to keep the toilet from constantly running. He also showed me how to fix the toilet myself with the equipment I had bought without the additional cost but I chose to have him repair it with his parts so I knew it wouldn't happen again. Very resonable price, and he was finished within about 30 minutes. This is not the first time Chad has came to my rescue, I am happy to give out his cards to anyone asking about plumbing issues!!

The price was good. We've used them a couple of times and they are really good.

Andy's sent called back very quickly and sent someone within just a few hours. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Solved our problem. We are happy to find this reliable company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Chad, as always, came and fixed the pipe in record time. Even with a brutal cold wind blowing he was professional and prompt, much like we like.

This is the second time we have used Andy's Pipe Dream and both times Chad has performed the work. He reviewed the repairs we were requesting and presented us a bid which we accepted. He is very pleasant and professional. He explains everything he does and how long the repairs should last. The first time Chad was here he performed a repair that other plumbers had said could not be done. We would definitely call them again!

After spending $200.00 on 2 different plumbers to unsuccessfully replace the cartridges and valve bodies in the handles of my Newport Brass kitchen faucet, I called Andy's Pipe Dream. I talked to Andy and told him that I might have a "Pipe Nightmare" - and he sent Chad to the rescue the next day! Chad arrived on time, gave me an written estimate for the work - and within 20 minutes had the new parts installed and the hot water running for the first time in over a month! Chad was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very nice. I will definitely use Andy's Pipe Dream again.

He arrived on time, had to work a little bit to get the old disposal off because it had been sealed really well with silicone, and did all of the work in less than an hour. Before starting, he gave me the specifications for each of the disposals he sells and let me choose the one that bet fit my qualifications -- all with no hard sell. He was professional and customer-oriented. He did the job in a neat and clean fashion and explained well the ins and outs of the new disposal. I will definitely hire Andy's for other plumbing problems/issues we have in the future. We had to have a plumber come out earlier this week to take off our old faucet because it had rusted to the pipe and install a new one, and although the guy did a good job, the price was outragious -- probably because of all their high advertising overhead. Chad, with Andy's Pipe Dream, did a great job at a good price!

Went well. Everything was done within a few hours. They cut me a little break on the cost because I grouped the items. To be honest I thought the price was a ltttle high. However, I have used them in the past and would not hestitate to use them in the future.

Our shower lost pressure due to a diverter issue. There was a lose screw on the assembly and an old screw stuck in the pipe. The plumber was able to remove the old, stuck screw and clean out the pipe to improve water flow. He replace the diverter with a new one and it works perfectly! It was so nice that they gave us a 2 hour window for the service and actually showed up during that time. He was great to talk us through what the problems might be and gave us some helpful hints to keep our water flowing well. Very resonable and professional! Cannot recommend Andy's Pipe Dream enough!

We have had Andy's Pipe Dream out to our home now on four occasions, and each time we are more convinced his team is the best out there. Andy called right back after I left a message and talked me through what was wrong with my drain and how we might be able to fix it. Chad came out the next day and had the leak fixed in no time flat. He showed me what he was going to do, gave an accurate quote for the work, then did it in a most professional manner. I am having them out again today to fix a sump pump line, and I am confident it will go just as well as the others.

I got them through Angie’s List magazine and I have only good things to say about them. He was here within an hour and he did a magnificent job. It was very reasonable for what he did because he was here for about two hours, so I was amazed with the price. He even got into some roots of the trees; they were huge trees. It was a super experience, he had shoes on his feet, he did everything right and he even gave my dog a bone to calm him down. He was a neat, nice guy. He came on a Sunday, so that was really good too.

He is great and I am trying to locate some parts for my shower tower so he can come back and fix that leaky situation.

I phoned at 2:30 PM yesterday 2/12, re: our sump pump battery backup sensor indicating a problem w/the main pump. Chad arrived at 3 PM and quickly eliminated two potential problems that were causing the main pump problem. Surmised a wall obstruction - ice dam - in pipe inside an interior wall and exiting basement to outside drainage. He explained what would need to be done - cut out sheetrock, examine existing pipe for obstruction, cut out obstruction, replace pipe and reconnect pump. He also pointed out the poorly designed drainage pipes in the sump pump area making it difficult to inspect. He offered to replace/redesign those too to facilitate future trouble-shooting. He gave me a fair estimate for repairs. I was given a credit for work that he thought he may need to do but did not end up needing to do, which I thought was very professional and fair. Chad taught me several things about this sump pump we had installed in our home shortly after we purchased it. We're from the south and have no clue about sump pumps so this was helpful information. This firm did not install the existing sump pump and backup battery device but he knew immediately about the system, what to do, how to troubleshoot it. The work outside was not pleasant either because there was lots of snow to work around and it was dark. Nonetheless, he completed an outstanding job and solved the problem! I feel very grateful to have found this great company that consistently provides outstanding service when needed. They come when called and the technicians are very professional nice guys. They are meticulous about cleanup, as well. Finally, their are prices reasonable for the quality of work they do. Definitely would recommend Andy's Pipe Dream (and Chad, a phenomenal plumber!!) to anyone. They are first class! Today, with temps in the 40's, our massive snow dump is melting and the sump pump is working away, keeping water pumped away from the house and not in our basement. Thankyou Andy's Pipe Dream!
