We were delighted with Mr. Tomicich's attention, knowledge, and
friendly courtesy.  He was thorough, knowledgeable and transparent about our options,
  and anwered all of our questions  honestly, and
with much good humor and sensitivity.  We are very happy with the model
we landed on and it has run smoothly and with no significant problems. 
He handled the installation of both stairchair units himself personally.   (we live on 3 floors) He assured us that  the installation process, which presented a couple
complexities due to the age of our home, would go smoothly and it did,
thanks in part to his deep competence, and creativity.  He was a delight
to work with and made sure we felt  well and
truly cared for.  He came out recently to service the unit and again,
our interaction and the quality of service was impeccable.

Once my parents decided on the stair lift they preferred, Ed came by to show them the final paperwork and exact price they had agreed upon at the initial visit. He ordered the stair lift, it arrived exactly when he said it would, and had it installed in less than two weeks. He was always very clear and thorough in his explanations and explanations from beginning to end. He made this entire experience so stress free. I would highly recommend his company to others in need of any of the services he provides. Terrific experience start to finish.

Excellent service!! Came when he said he would...and even called when he was getting close to give me a heads up. Identfied the problem quickly, talked with me about everything that was being done, and even went out of his way to make a trip to the hardware store to get an extra brace to put my mind at ease. He not only fixed the problem I called about, but inspected and cleaned the entire stairlift, and made suggestions for improving the safety -- all included in the price he quoted me on the phone. What impressed me the most was how concerned he was about keeping my home clean. Even though repairing the lift was a really greasy, dirty job, there was not one speck of dirt / grease left for me to clean up after he left. I will definitely call this company again for service and maintenance on my stairlift

He came right out and did a good job, he also showed me how to reset it if it ever stops again in the future.
