We had a lead carpenter who was delightful and carried out the plans that the contractor and I planned out prior to beginning the work. They were professional, cared about making us happy, and delivered a great looking bathroom.

I didn't spend anything with them because their quote was way higher than I was willing to pay. I thought there were slow to respond also. They are overpriced. They were professional.

We have been pleased with all the work done at our home by Natural Breeze. Each worker has been professional, pleasant and efficient. There has never been a problem with clean-up. In fact, the area was cleaned each night even though the worker was returning the next day. Contracts and billing from Natural Breeze are extremely detailed, itemizing each part of the job and the material required for that job. Terry Fenton, one of the owners, has helped us in many ways. He has helped us find other contractors to do electrical work, heating and air conditioning, landscaping, etc. Each of those companies referred has done excellent work at our home. Natural Breeze does not pressure a home owner to do work that is not deemed necessary. For example, we suggested that because we were getting several pieces of new siding that it might be a good idea to paint the entire house. Terry told us that in his opinion we could wait until next year for that job. Such honesty is appreciated. We will continue to use Natural Breeze Remodeling whenever we have a need.

This was a big job and took about four weeks, with a week or so lost to rainy weather. They were very particular about the materials that were used and twice sent back wood and railing materials that were not acceptable. All hardware and fasteners were new and top grade. No leftovers from other jobs or shop parts. Before any work started we talked with about what we wanted and they provided detailed sketches of what they planned to build. We were able to make a few changes and additions based on these sketches, so that our bid price included what we wanted, and we had very few added items. We always received a quote for any additional items before the work was done. One item that we really liked was that they did a good job of cleaning up at the end of every work day, and they did an excellent job of managing their material deliveries. They had their materials delivered when needed, and they did not use our yard to stockpile material ahead of time. Their foreman checked daily to make sure that the work was being done to our satisfaction. Once all the work was done we had a short list of minor items that needed to be adjusted or finished and this work was completed promptly. We decided to change the deck door from a swing out to a swing in, to open. This wasn't detailed in the plans but this work was done at no additional cost to us. We also asked for a modification to a support post foundation, that would save us several hundred dollars, and they agreed to work with a City Inspector to accommodate our request. They also paid attention to the small details like fitting the sides of the new screen supports to the house, with overlapping corners to hide end but joints. They incorporated our request for a coffee cup ledge in the new railing that worked our just great. One last item, after a recent wind storm we noticed a small hole in one of the new screens, and when we mentioned this, they replaced the screen free of charge, even though the damage was caused by the storm. To us, they went above and beyond what we expected.

I bought my house several years ago, the first thing I knew I wanted to do was remodel my bathroom. I called Natural Breeze, and three years later, they are still working with me. They did such a great job on my bathroom, I had them remodel my kitchen, fix my deck, and paint the outside of my house. They are professional, courteous and tidy. They show up when they say they will, there is always someone working on your job, and they leave their work site clean Neal Gaston listens to what you want and is able to translate it to his workmen. He has good suggestions too. I have never had them go over budget. When one of the sub-contractors accidently destroyed a printer, Neal replaced it without any problems. They are tad bit expensive, but I think it is worth it because you can trust what they say. I highly recommend them.
