 + -1 moreI purchased an Angie's Deal for gutter cleaning. I was a little disappointed in how long the wait was for getting the service done (about 6 weeks from call for service) but understand the Angie's Deals often create a back-up for service. The guys arrived on time and got to work. They worked for about 2 hours and then advised me they would need to come back later in the day to finish as much of hte gutters were frozen up and they were unable to clear the debris. True to their word they were back later in the day to finish up. Courteous and friendly, they did a great job.

 + -1 moreYoung men came when they said they would, discussed how they would proceed and followed through. Extremely customer focused. Did extra tasks like removing screens, and since we wanted to get some of them re-sreened, they took them all to our garage and stacked them there. They removed some overspray from paint for which they did not charge us. Great experience. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We felt this company's advertisement was confusing. Their Angie's List advertisement stated they would clean up to 20 windows for $75. The offer did state that "some" tilt-in windows would count as two windows each, but when I emailed the vendor, listing the type and number of windows we have on our main floor that we wanted cleaned, I didn't get a clear answer. We didn't learn until Green Team was on scene, that all 20 of our tilt-in vinyl replacement windows would be charged as TWO WINDOWS EACH. This would have resulted in a total bill nearly four times the advertised $75 price. We chose the high windows in our great room, and windows in the front of the house, in order to keep the price at $75. We thought the tilt-in windows would be easier to clean than most windows, and found the vendor's pricing (and logic) confusing. Next time, we'll make sure we know the total price before work is started.

Was getting my house ready for listing and wanted the outside windows done especially the upstairs which I knew I would have difficulty doing myself. The first time Green Team came out, it was quite cold outside and the chemicals were freezing on them. Chris explained what was happening and we decided to attempt the job at a later time when it would be warmer. Chris stayed in touch until a time came that was convenient for me to have them come back out. Chris did a very good job and was very thorough. I would definitely call Green Team again.

Chris from the Green Team window cleaning said he has discussed with you all at Angie's list that it needs to be worded differently but you all KEEP the ad the same. It is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When Chris gets here, he tells us it is $95.00 MORE. I told him the ad said $75.00 WHOLE HOUSE, but he said i needed to read the FINE PRINT and see that the ad REALLY IS FOR ONLY 20 WINDOWS NOT, I REPEAT NOT WHOLE HOUSE as advertised. I am very disappointed in the fact that I THOUGHT your company would be a trustworthy source for finding reputable companies & be a reputable company yourself. But if we can't even trust you to advertise with ethics, then how can we trust your recommendations. VERY DISSATISFIED CUTOMER
Description of Work: Cleaning of windows, screens, frames. The glass itself was cleaned excellently. Chris rescheduled our first date because it was too cold which was OK, and was a no show on the second date, when he returned my phone call asking him where he was, he said he was on vacation and THOUGHT he had rescheduled our appointment. He did show up on our third scheduled date, was a little late. He said he normally has more than just himself to clean windows but was by himself that day and that was why he was late. He should have rescheduled with me instead of being late and cleaning two whole houses in one day. That is a lot for one person & he had to be tired thus the reason for missing some of his work. Several of the frames between the window and the screen were missed & one of the frames on the inside was missed & he didn't do the two garage doors at all. WHOLE HOUSE I would assume means garage walk in doors as well. Then he tells me that the 4 vertical pane windows we have actually count as two windows each. I don't understand what makes the difference if the panes are vertical or horizontal, it is still one window. And that the patio door counts as two, which I can agree with. But this should ALL be stated up front, not as an "oh, by the way, you owe more than double the contracted price"

 + -1 moreFrom start to finish, we were pleased with the service of the Green Team. They were responsive to the messages we left on their voicemail, and arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time even though it was only 36 degrees that day. I would suggest that you let Chris know if you have any type of gutter cover or protector in/on your gutters when you call so that he doesn't run into an unexpected situation which might take him longer than he has alloted for your job. Since our gutters were clogged, we had completely forgotten about the mesh. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We bought the Big Deal in October but did not schedule the gutter cleaning right away. When we called, it was about a month before we could get on the schedule, but this was fine with us. We had no problem with waiting, especially since we had waited about 6 weeks before calling for an appointment. They arrived on time and both men worked quickly. We had this mesh in our gutters to help keep them running freely, but it had been in for some time and was quite gunky. Once assessing the situation of our gutters, Chris informed us that it would be quite involved if they needed to take the mesh out, clean it, and replace it, and that this would cost more than we had paid for our Angie's List coupon which was understandable. We were ready to have it removed anyway, so we told them to just pull it out which they did. They cleaned it all up after finishing, and we were very pleased witht he job that they did.

 + 0 moreOur windows have storm windows, in addition to the regular windows. They took all the windows down, including storms and cleaned them all. It was very time consuming for them, but the windows look wonderful. We also had them clean our gutters which were full of dirt and leaves. They took the time to put the debris in a bucket and cart it off. We had had other companies just throw the debris and the ground. I will use them again. They were wonderful to work with and the prices were reasonable.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the coupon and had eight window sections cleaned, inside and out. We have double-pane windows so all windows/screens that could be removed were. All were cleaned to perfection. Old tape was scraped away and they even did some minor frame repair at no cost.

 + -1 moreThe Green Team is prompt, courteous, cheerful, professional, tidy and swift. They work steadily, neatly and carefully. Everything they cleaned looked wonderful. I bought their services from an Angie's Deal and felt they provided so MUCH more than they charged that I offered to pay more -- and they refused. I will use them again -- and recommend them -- and will feel they are a bargain at full price.
Description of Work: The Green Team is small so a first call will likely go to a recorded message and be returned. Chris called back promptly and I took the first opening they had, about a week after the call. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned windows, frames, screens, glass doors, fixed lights.

 + -1 moreA day or two after signing up via Angie's List the owner of the company, Chris, called to make an appointment. We discussed the various tasks and he let me know precisely what the cost would be if we went beyond the 20 windows provided by the $75 coupon. We set a time and date and they arrived right on the dot. We went through the house and made decisions about additional things we wanted to do. Chris and two other employees went at it and the work was completed in about two hours. They were always polite. They put "footies" over their shoes whenever they came in from outside. The windows looked great and we could not have been more pleased.
Description of Work: All windows throughout my house were cleaned, inside and out. Chandeliers and speciality glass insets were cleaned. Screens were cleaned.
