Green Team Window Cleaning

It went very well. They called ten minutes before they arrived to let me know they on their way. They were nice, professional and friendly. Job was completely quickly and they did an awesome job. They even did a few extra things at no charge. I appreciate the fact that they are very green. Good experience.

Returned call for quote promptly. Professional and polite. Did a good job of washing the windows but the price was higher than others quoted. I used this service because they were so prompt to return my call.

I really liked doing business with this company. I had to cancel the 1st appointment because of a family emergency. He was very understanding. Then this crazy spring time weather got in the way. It was totally worth the effort. I looked up their web sight and I really like their business model. A Green Company They are now my window cleaners.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I would not use them again because our roof is steep and he said if he came back out again, he has to charge us more money. It's not a negative thing towards them but he didn't realize our roof was the way it was and he said the next time he has to charge more money so we won't use him again.

They did a great job. Were curtious and professional. Will definately use again.

I bought a coupon from Angie's List. It expired. That was my fault. I call Jeremy and asked if there was anything to do about this He said that for $50 more he would clean the windows as in the coupon. We scheduled an appointment. He did not come. When I called he told me that he was very sorry - that he was hoping I would call - that he lost all my information. I scheduled a 2nd appointment. When the young woman arrived I confirmed the number of windows that were included in the package. She informed me that EACH pane of glass counted as one window. My coupon plus the $50 would have covered less that two total windows! She called Jeremy and he said that was how they charged. I have had other window washers before and that is NOT how they charge. I sent her on her way and did not have them do the work. I lost the $100.00. I this pricing structure was in the fine print, i certainly did not see it. What a waste. I do not recommend them!

I bought an Angie's List Coupon for $75 (20 windows inside and out). They worked quickly and gave me a reasonable price for a few additional windows. They did a good job.

Made the appointment and had to change several times because of weather. When making the appointment had a discussion on what type of windows I had. Discovered that the coupon purchased would not cover all the windows as I had planned. This was not made clear at the time of purchase. Ended up paying more which I do not think I should have to do.

We bought a promotion. Services were performed with no problems.

Arrived on time. Very very professional. Looked things over and then proceeded to do the most complete job we have ever seen I would describe the job they did as superlative. They were kind, friendly, helpful and very professional.

Green Team Window Cleaning does an excellent job. The guys are great and proactive. They are very professional and do not waste time. Their price and quality is great. I will be using them again in the near future.

There were no issues with the work. It was done well, and on time. The crew was professional, and thorough. My only real complaint was the cost. The Angie's "Big Deal" was for $75 to have windows cleaned. When I contacted the owner to arrange for the work to be done, I was told that there would be a $25 driving charge, due to my location. This was not specified in the original deal, and since I had already invested $75, I felt I needed to pay the additional in order not to lose it. This should have been spelled out in the original deal. If they need to charge extra to leave Johnson County, fine. They should simply specify that ahead of ttime.

Chris and his team did an awesome job of cleaning our entire house's windows and guttering. They were very professional and considerate and economically priced. They were considerate about not tracking in mud and other debris and wore shoe covers in our home. I also appreciated that they used environmentally safe products.

I was sure that they would charge me more when they got to my home. I was only supposed to get 20 windows cleaned. My windows are actually much larger than normal double hung windows. In living room 4 are floor to ceiling and I have a vaulted ceiling two stories tall. They showed up on time, there were three cleaners. Very pleasant, very quick and did an excellent job. I can actually look out my front windows and it looks like there isn't even any glass in them. They did 21 windows, two storm doors and two interior doors that are glass. They did not charge me any extra. I will definitely call this company again.

Excellent service. Called at last minute for gutter cleaning, Green Team fit me into their schedule and did a great job. Never met them in person, but owner was very professional on the phone and at my home. Nothing left on the ground like other vendors. Even offered to remove Christmas lights for a small upcharge. Great service. Looking forward to working with them again.

Arrived slightly late, but called to inform us, which we appreciated. Did a good job cleaning overall. Hubby did find some sludge between window and screen on a couple of windows when he painted window sills the next day, but no biggie. We got an excellent price because we took advantage of an Angie's List Deal. I think regular price for our windows would have been $8 each, so with the front door, probably close to $100, so we saved about $25. When we called to schedule, the owner Chris was very accommodating and we were able to take advantage of a cancellation and schedule our job within just a few days. Our windows look great and we would use them again.

Update: They refunded my money and I was pleased with their willingness to do this. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I wasn't too happy with it. They showed up when I wasn't there and they spent probably 15 minutes and said the gutters probably really didn't need it. I felt like I spent $75 for a job I really didn't need to have. They told me it would take an hour for the size of house that I have so I was disappointed that they went ahead and did it without telling me that I didn't need it. They were literally there and gone before I could even get home to meet them, which I had planned to do. I knew they were going to be there between 3-4 and I had planned to be there at 3:30. When I got there, they were already long gone. They said there wasn't much to do so it only took them 15 minutes instead of an hour. They did come out and do the job, but it wasn't what I expected and their explanation didn't make me feel like I got my money's worth. The price seemed competitive. If the job had been needed, it would have been fine. If I didn't need it, I felt that they should have stuck around to let me know.

Best job I have seen. Very pleasant experience, owner is delightful. Will certainly use them regularly. If you choose to have them work for you I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I bought the deal last November to get windows washed for Christmas. By the time I called they were booked, which is understandable. I asked to put service back to this spring and set a date. I had to push it back one more time because of a personal issue and each time the Green Team was very compliant. They showed up as scheduled and did a great job. They were very courteous and professional. I would have them back.

I probably should have understood this, but I did not realize that a double hung window counted as two windows, therefore the price was not as good as I had expected. Some windows of course, did not get cleaned.

The job went very well overall! Very kind and careful and caring people!

Cleaning went very well. Team of 2 were very professional and meticulous. Windows looked great when they were finished.
