Green Team Window Cleaning

This was a purchase from the Angie's List Special Offers, my first time using this option. Scary when you are using an unknown and paying upfront, but we had asked our new neighbors and no one had any recommendations. The day after the online purchase was made I received a call from the company. They confirmed my purchase, asked if I wanted my windows cleaned and I told them I did not and they scheduled to come out the following week. They called 30 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm someone would be at the house, arrived on time, professionally cleaned the gutters, cleaned up their mess and equipment and left. It all went so smooth I will be sure and call them when I need their services again.

The technicians arrived as scheduled to perform the work. Several days after the work was done, I noticed a gutter might have been missed or was partially cleaned. I contacted the Green Team to let them know, and they came back to take care of gutter. The guys are professional and friendly. I would use them in the future and also recommend their services.

The Green Team was easy to contact. I left a message and they returned my call the same day to schedule our appointment. The crew (3 guys) arrived on time, ready to work, and with everything we needed. I added a couple windows to the max allowable for the deal I purchased, and the additional cost was more than reasonable. The crew was careful not to track in dirt and mud from the outside while moving inside. I have a few windows that require a ladder and the team brought one and used it very safely inside and outside the home. The windows were beautiful at the completion of the job. Thank you for a great job and ultimate professionalism.

It was good and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They did exactly what they said the were going to do.

The job went smoothly. They were great at getting all the stuck on streaks out of the windows and did the job quickly.

I signed up for the gutters and they sent an email to clean windows for a fee while they were here. They called ahead to say they were on their way. They were clean and polite. Chris and Lorenzo did such an awesome job on the windows it has motivated me to get other things done as well.

Chris and I had to reschedule a couple of times but it was not an issue for me. He and his crew arrived on the agreed upon date and time. They did a fantastic job cleaning all my windows which included getting a couple un-stuck which I had never been able to do since moving into this house. I was amazed to say the least. They were super nice and very knowledgeable. They even showed me how to clean glass in my house to prevent streaks. Loved these guys! Will use them again in the future.

Chris and his team were prompt, professional, cost effective, spent time wisely and were a pleasure to be around and have in our home. They were wonderful!

Deal stated so many windows for a price. Each separate pane of glass was considered a window, so they wanted up upcharge for each small pane of a new window. Cleaning job was generally okay, but far from great.

Great customer service and great quality!

They gave me a written appraisal before starting work. I had bought a $75 certificate & paid $175 more so the total cost was $250. They were there when they said they would be there, worked continually and left everything clean. I intend to use them when my windows are dirty again.

These guys were good. They were late arriving but did call to inform they were running behind. Once here the work they did was very good and I'll be having them back on a regular basis. As a Realtor I'll also be recommending them to clients getting ready to sell their homes. It's amazing what a difference professionally cleaned windows make!

They were okay. They did what they were supposed to do. I did go to somebody else after that because they seemed like more of a start-up business. They tried hard. I like the way they dressed and they were nice enough.

We had purchased a big deal, and they did a great job. I had over 30 windows, and I had some that had some debris, or paint on them, and so I paid some more.

It went fine. The windows were cleaned well! He might have done something extra that I paid for beyond the big deal amount. I can't remember if I paid for it or he just kind of threw it in. I don't know. I wasn't unhappy with that. That was fine. He kept rescheduling the appointment several times. He rescheduled the appointments four or five times and I just got the feeling either convenience of time or a better deal came up. Because I had a deal and he went on to something more lucrative. I didn't feel I was very important to him.

It went great and we will definitely use them again! Prompt response to our communication and responsive to scheduling needs, even though it had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to extended periods of rain! They were very polite and helpful in answering questions once they got to our house, in addition to doing a great job on the windows. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I purchased in June and they just called me the first of August letting me know that they do not service my area. It caught me off guard, because this was about a month and a half later and they just now are getting back to me. Their address only states that they are about 30 miles away from my location. Also, the deal did not state that didn't come to my area. I was even willing to spend more money for them to clean my other windows too that didn't fall in what the deal stated.

We had to wait about 3 weeks for the gutter screening to be delivered. Once Chris started, all the work was completed in less than a day.

Got off to a little bit of a rough start because of the weather but it was done very well

After watching the two of them work, I really had an appreciation for the degree of difficulty and care involved in safely removing, cleaning and replacing those big old storms. They did an excellent job of cleaning and were very careful of my furniture and floors inside. I would absolutly hire them again. Very efficient and professional as well as nice guys.

It didn't work out well. They are the only company that I would not use again. I realized that we had a wet Spring and they were inundated with business, which I understand, but when they came to do the job the owner of the company was not there. There were two people that did the job and I think one was kind of a disgruntled employee who ended up leaving the company after that service. The windows were not cleaned very well. With many of the windows they had not even touched the sill on the inside between the window and the screen. I called the company back and told them that I thought they had done a poor job. To his credit the owner did come out and do the windows, but later on when we were putting the house on the market I went to the bedrooms upstairs and in the back window the sun was shinning in which showed that it was just a very poor job. Granted they worked me in on a date that was cloudy, but I was very disappointed. To his credit he did come out to correct what I pointed out to him, but it still wasn't overall satisfactory. He only corrected the visible things you could see, but they actually should've done the whole window thing all over again. The price was very fair.

They went nice and slow and rinsed out the gutters after cleaning them. It was hard to find anyone who would remove the guards, clean the gutters and replace the guards.
