Quickly did their job and they were polite and my windows look just wonderful. I will have them back in the spring. I would highly recommend the company.

Chris and Lorenzo just left and I almost need sunglasses! We have 26-yr-old builders' quality double hung windows with the small grids and storm windows/screens. They hadn't been cleaned in several years for a variety of reasons. After checking Angie's List, I called several places and Chris was the quickest to respond and also offered the best price. I am most impressed that they don't use the customer's water.....,they did most of the work from the inside - they did the whole job in just under four hours. I just can't say enough - I am so pleased! I'd definitely recommend The Green Team to anyone and will use them again! Great job, Guys!

Chris and his team do top notch work. Their attention to detail is outstanding and you'll see them looking at your windows from all angles to ensure they've removed all the grime and leave you with zero streaks. Honest as well, they didn't think some of my screens needed cleaning so they skipped them. I've used other window cleaners before and this is my 2nd experience with Green Team. They are the best of any of the window cleaning services I've hired to do the dreaded task of cleaning my windows. Note: I used an Angie's List Big Deal on this service. Due to having extra windows and asking for extra services my spend on top of the Big Deal was an additional $78. Their pricing is competitive.

The Green Team was, in my instance, one person. He was hired to clean gutters. Did a good job as far as I could tell. Only objection is that the outside of the gutters weren't wiped down after the stuff inside was removed. I thoughly enjoyed talking with the person who came to do the work

I purchased both Angie's Big Deals "$75 Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning" and "$99 Gutter Cleaning". Owner Chris contacted me via Angie's List and wrote that he doesn't come this far north (Smithville, MO) and suggested that I ask Angie's List for a refund of my Big Deal purchases. However, I told him that I was very impressed with the information on his website and his excellent reviews on both Angie's List and on his website, one of which was from a customer here in Smithville! I also stated that I would be more than willing to pay the extra $25 driving fee as mentioned on his website and that he could schedule both services for the same day. My compliments won him over and he agreed to schedule me!! We corresponded through Angie's List messages and by phone a couple of different times in order to find a day that would work for both of us. Chris was very accommodating as I work 12-hr night shifts and have to sleep during the day sometimes. He also had to re-schedule due to car trouble, but he did notify me well in advance and it actually worked out better for me, as well. He gave me a courtesy reminder-call on the Friday before our scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment, he also called 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. I very much appreciated both of these calls! Owner Chris and his employee, Lorenzo, arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were very professional and personable and answered all my questions before they started. Chris went up on my roof to inspect my gutters and took several photos while up there. He showed me that I did not need my gutters cleaned at all. They were very clean and totally free of leaves. I appreciated his honesty and he then let me apply that $99 (for the gutter cleaning) towards the cost of the window cleaning, since I had more than the 20 windows covered under the Big Deal. I still received a great deal! They cleaned ALL my windows and doors, both inside and out, and all my screens for the total $174 that I had already spent on the two Big Deals. This would have added up to $199...plus I was not charged for the $25 driving fee. Chris did all the outside cleaning while Lorenzo did all the inside cleaning. They worked efficiently and carefully. I was impressed with Chris' "green" philosophy and his enthusiasm for his business. He showed me the towels they use and explained that they are made of 100% organic cotton diapers, sewn together three layers thick, by Chris' mother in Washington. We also chatted about the car he was driving. He had converted it himself to totally run on vegetable oil instead of gasoline! Chris is certainly a pleasant, likable guy and a wonderful young business-owner. Both Chris and Lorenzo did a thorough and conscientious job. My windows absolutely sparkle now and I am enjoying the autumn outdoor colors so much!! Green Team Window Cleaning is a remarkable business and I highly recommend them for YOUR windows!!!

I purchased a big deal for this company. As far as I remember they were fine.

Chris, the owner, called me 4 days prior to our appointment as a reminder (very nice) and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The day our appointment, he called and said they were running early and asked if they can come about an hour early (again, very nice). They arrived, listened to my concerns of clogged downspouts, noted the locations and within 45 mins they were done cleaning my gutters and even snaking one downspout that was 3 stories tall all the way to the bottom. They found leaf debris, roofing material, etc. that were clogging my downspouts. Chris even took pictures of every downspout while on the roof and showed me pictures after they completed their work. I was very pleased and impressed with this company and plan to use them at least twice a year now that I found them. Thank you Chris and Lorenzo! Great job! I'm so glad I purchased their big deal on Angie's List!

Chris and Lorenzo arrived ahead of schedule and did a great job. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they were able to work me in with time to spare. I found them to be very helpful and pleasant.

It went very well. Two gentlemen arrived a bit passed the original time because they ran into some unexpected problems at the job they were working at prior to mine. I called shortly after they were due at my place to be sure they were still coming. I had to leave a message on their answering machine. In about 5 minutes they returned my call and told me about their problem at the home they working on at present. They gave me a new arrival time at my place. I was not at home when they arrived but my husband said they arrived as per second scheduled time if not a bit earlier. By the time I arrived home the window cleaning was well under way. We had 19 Pella windows and one skylight to be cleaned. One man started in one area and the other man in another. They disassembled each window removing the screen, blind and window from each window they were working on. They cleaned the screen, blind and first window of the window they were working on and then cleaned the last window in the window by cranking it out and cleaning the inside and cranking it back to clean the outside. They did an excellent job and were very fast and efficient. Everything was so beautiful and clean it was hard to see that a window was there except when it caught a reflection from the light. They didn't stay more than 2 hours and they were done. We were very satisfied by the job and have made an appointment for them to return and do the outside of the windows in 6 months. He said that once a year is good for the inside and outside. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need to have their windows cleaned. They said that they would be glad to clean some of the windows in the homes in my neighborhood when they come back in April to clean,ours on April 7th I believe. I am sure they would come earlier if they were needed. Sandy Naylor

Chris and Lorenzo called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on their way. They were quick and polite and did a great job on all of our windows. We've used other window cleaners in the past and it's been hit and miss. These guys did a great job! We will definitely use them again.

It went quite well. The two men arrived on time and listened well to what I wanted. I was given an estimate of additional costs since some had storm windows. I agreed to the total price and they began cleaning. They were very efficient and careful. The windows were sparkling when they finished, and I was pleasantly surprised that the screens had been cleaned also! One window did show some streaks in the direct sunshine the next day, but that wasn't a problem. I thought the price was a bit high; I'm not sure I would have had it done were it not for the "Big Deal" special, but I'm very pleased now that I did.

They did a fantastic job!! Our windows were in dire need of a good cleaning. When they were done, I was floored at the clarity and beauty of the world outside my windows. They were so careful to get every corner of every window with no smudges, spots or streaks. I will definitely call the Green Team in the spring to keep my windows clean!! I am thrilled with the job they did! Chris and Lorenzo are very professional, courteous, and friendly. They were on time. No sooner had they set up and begun when thunder storms moved in. They rescheduled for the next nice day that they were not booked. They returned in a few short days. These guys did a superb job. They left no mess or trace of being here, inside or outside my home. None of my flowers or plants around my home were damaged from the ladders. They were mindful of our our two dogs and two cats, which they kept safe and away from the opening doors. They were careful with our hardwood floors, using covers on their shoes, used drop clothes throughout the house and were extremely careful with every object that needed to be moved in order for them to have clear access. They even moved our bird and she never said a word! I highly recommend Green Team Window Cleaning, AND Chris and Lorenze to my friends and any person or company needing crystal clear windows! When cleaning the windows they said that unless they scrap them they will only look streaked. It cost us $10 extra per window. I do not remember seeing anything about the window cleaning that might cost more. They did a great job. The windows are so clean you almost think they are not there. They arrived a little late but said they had had car problems. All in all they did a great job and I would use them again.

Chris and his employee were on time and did a nice job cleaning my windows and gutters. It took them awhile to do it (about 4 hours) but they did a nice job. They did forget to put a screen back in but returned to install it. They also forgot to clean the exterior of one window but did return to clean it. Overall, they did a good job. While cleaning and inspecting my gutters (because I was having an issue in one place where water pours over my roof and has caused a retaining wall to settle), Chris noticed I needed a flashing installed, and recommended a roofing company who could repair it for me.

It worked out great. We have a lockout basement so therefore the back of our house is a three storey house and I liked the fact that somebody was willing to climb up a ladder to do that. That was great. They also fixed some kinks in our gutters which was causing some problems. They were on time. They showed up when they said that they would and got the job done. The service was done probably a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal and I think that I just paid for the price of the deal.

Excellent. Not only did they do a great job on the gutters, they noticed an issue with my roof line, sent me a picture and said I might want to have this checked and offered a name of a roof repair man they themselves had used. Prompt, worked around my schedule- cleaned up--- all good. I now have a new team for gutters and windows if I need 'em.
