It was fine dealing with them. The receptionist was fine. The person who came out was also fine. I would use them in the future.

The representative arrived on 6/29/11 on time and was very thorough. I explained to the representative that I was in no rush to have the work completed other than prior to winter weather. I was told that an estimate would be provided the following week. A phone message left at their office four weeks later (July 28, 2011) did not generate an estimate or a call back.

Excellent service. Slight miscommunication was resolved expeditiously to my satisfaction! Very responsive and prompt.

It started out as one of the Big Deals. They were great. They did good work and came out when they said they would. They did a great job. The price was fine. I would use them again.

Good response for estimate Made quick decision to purchase and was promised installation before leaving on two week vacation....did not occur before vacation. Installation occurred on return from vacation. Color was not the match I would hope it would be. I had asked the individual who sold me the gutters to help determine the right color. The installer told me there was a much better match then the one we bought. Only option was for us to paint the gutters Received a call during installation that they would need to increase price since there was a gutter area that was not included on the estimate. I refused to pay the extra amount and installation was completed. There was no follow-up from the firm after installation as to satisfaction. Would never hire again.

Returned call immediately. Came next day and gave estimate. Did job 3 days later. Everything according to plan and estimate. Couldnt ask for more.

They do a great job. I would not know they had been there except my gutters are clean -- no debris left on ground and the roof is completely cleared of leaves. They were behind schedule this past Fall. My gutters didn't get cleaned until after the ice storm for the "Fall" cleaning. Overall, they are great.

Overall it went fine. They did a good job. I think they were on time. They were quick and they were clean. I’ve used them for almost three to four years on an annual basis. I think they are reliable and they have a good price. I will use their services again in the future.

We have used this company for several years. We have always been pleased with the work performed. I would recommend them.

When some heavy rain was suddenly leaking into our bedroom, I called David who had installed some gutter covers a few years ago and done a great job. He now has several people working for him. Someone came to my house and assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. A couple guys came out at a later date and made the repairs. So far .. no more leaks. Very professional and very nice/easy to work with.

They come once a year to clean the gutters. He had originally put the gutters on the house. His prices are quite reasonable and I wasn’t surprised by the price but I don't remember what it was. The job was just fine and there were not any problems with the installation he did a couple of years ago. He is very professional. He comes out and gets the job done. He sends the bill. I hardly know that he is here unless I see his truck in the driveway. I use them every year.

I was pleased with them. They were very polite. They contacted me within a decent amount of time after my e-mail and came at the scheduled appointment time. They did not charge me anything for the service. They are very professional and very kind, nice people.

Good! I called them yesterday and they called me this morning and told me they would come out today. They came to my place first...simply because inquired about the time they would come. If they come here first, they cannot be wrong, I guess! :) I have never had to have gutters cleaned before (new home). They were pretty fast and very pleasant to deal with...professional and answered my questions. They were not at all pushy, but did tell me that I should consider replacing my old gutters. They also gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I believe them when they say they need to be replaced and I appreciate that they just told me as an FYI with no pressure to make a sale. I plan to have them clean the gutters again in the late fall.

Will continue when we know the final outcome.

I was quite satisfied with their work. Hazen co. took about 1 week for the foreman to make an apt. He came to my house to see the problem and took some measurement recommended wider gutter (6 in) v.s. (4 in) and downspout which fit in my current system. After 2 weeks the contractor called to set up installation. I was impressed with the workers' professional attitude and effectiveness. They stated they could work around the furniture and large potted plants. After approximately 4 hours they cleaned up and did not use my driveway at all. Let everything in good order.

The experience was "A" quality until I came home and saw the work that was performed. My flowers in the rear of the house were trampled. The plants were in the way but no attempt was made to tread lightly and I was not advised that they would be totally stomped. Also debris was left around the house in the rear. It was not specified on the work order that I was to supply the paint for the soffit so when the salesman said they would need paint for a color match, I thought they meant I was to provide a sample so they could match their preferred brand to the existing. So I set out an old can that had the formula on it. I knew it was not usable paint. Instead of calling me to inquire about the lack of paint, the worker went ahead and painted it with some white he had on his truck - not a match. The paint job was poor - one coat only and paint was splattered on my siding, deck and screen door. The gutters looked good but the new front downspout was placed in the old location. I called my salesman the next day and that same day the downspout was moved, the debris was picked up, the soffit was repainted with a matching color and an attempt was made to remove the splattered paint . Now the only problem is my siding has been damaged in a couple places where it has been rubbed or powerwashed down to the metal to remove the splattered paint. I will have to touch up those very obvious spots. Large sections of the siding also appear to have been etched by a powerwasher. Company did not contact me to see if I was satisfied with the remediation work. I appreciate that the company responded quickly to the initial issues but I would not use them again due to the disregard for my property and further damage inflicted trying to remove the paint from my siding.

As far as I can tell, the chimney/roof problem was accurately determined. The estimate was high compared to others and some items were grouped rather than broken down so that I couldn't tell what I was being charged. (. new chimney cap grouped with flu liner, knocking of brick grouped with sealer.) They did separate out a charge for scaffolding which, at $400.00, was high compared to other bids. The estimator e-mailed me the pictures as I requested. I e-mailed back a question asking if they could prepare a new estimate eliminating the flu work. They e-mailed me back saying that they could but that they needed help locating my name, which was different on my e-mail address. I responded and told them my name. Then, without any other e-mail, phone call, or any other attempt to schedule the work, they just came out to do the roofing work only. They didn't even knock at my door when they arrived. I found out they were working on the roofi when I heard the hammering and nails. When I asked them what they were doing there they said they were there to do the work I had agreed to do with the company. I told them I had agreed to nothing and they showed me an invoice for the roofing work without the chimney work. I told them to leave and they offered to undo their work first, which they did. They agreed that I "right" about the "miscommunicaton" but didn't apologize. Days later I received a call from David Hazen saying that he sent them out to do the roof work because I had e-mailed them about doing the boot flashings (roof work) separately. I remeinded him that my e-mail did not concern that roof work, but was about the chimney flue liner. He said that he had interpreted my e-mail as a "go-ahead" to proceed with the work. But the e-mail only asks for a new estimate from the company. I felt jarred by this experience.

I called the company one day and two men were out the next to do the job. Whomever I spoke with on the phone was friendly and professional.

Needed an estimate on roof repairs (leaks) and skylight over porch, as well as gutter replacement (after 40 years). Called for an estimate. Duane came out when he said he would and did an extensive review with me. He climbed into the attic, took some picture of areas where leaks were occurring and we used that information to develop our repair plan. Also needed to remove and repair the rotted decking around the skylight, install ice and water leak barrier and replace the shingles. Some minor soffit repair was also included. Replaced the gutters and installed gutter guards.. Also need to replace a wind drive roof exhaust fan. I was very pleased with the estimator, the roof repair crew and the gutter replacement crew. They were efficient , willing to take the time to answer any question about the repair and replacement process and appeared to me to take pride in the work that they did. I have one or two more projects that need to be done and I would use them again.

I can't remember the price, but it was right. It was perfect; they did a great job. They are thorough and I am pleased with them. I have used them twice. I will use them again in the future.
