They did an excellent job. They were really good. I spent about $9100 on their services. They did a professional job and I liked them a lot. They were very responsive. All the people who did it are full time employees and they did a really nice job. I will use them again in the future.

They are excellent at taking their time and finding out what the problem is. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of their work is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a leak problem.

very nice. on time, went about their work , needed no supervision. Pleasant individuals. Professionals. I called on short notice as I wanted it done before some weather came in - they were eager to get me scheduled and everything worked as planned.

They were friendly and professional and got the work done timely. It's hard to judge the quality of their work because it's been too soon to determine whether the roof leak has been fixed. I would have rated them higher overall except they are not good about returning phone calls timely. Twice I had to make a follow-up call because my initial call was not returned within several days.

They came on the date that I expected them and they did a good job of cleaning.

We asked to have them clean our gutters 2x a year. They have us on a list, and they advise us when the date for the next cleaning is approaching to let us know approximately when they will be here.

I liked him but he was higher than the person I went with. He was prompt in returning my call and coming out to give me the estimate. He seemed very professional and very knowledgeable.

On 11-17-11 David Hazen responded in person to a phone call from me and submitted an estimate to clean gutters, remove existing gutter covers, add an extra downspout and install new tiny holed gutter covers that he stated would resolve all my gutter related issues, since we have no known pine tree related problems. On 12-2-11 the work crew arrived and completed the above described work. They encountered ice in the gutters due to below freezing temperatures. A 35 ft long span of gutters was 32 feet above the ground. The workers were friendly and seemed to be competent. They cleaned up the trash and debris. We need a good rain to test the newly installed system. Thus far, we are satisfied with their installation and solution to our rain. water problems.

Each year I get a call to ask if I would like the service and I say yes. The company then waits until all leaves have fallen (we have lots of trees.). A team arrives and they are always pleasant, professional and very tidy in their clean up. They take care not to make the windows dirty (which happened with another provider). For the repair, they gave an estimate and went ahead and did the repair quickly and professionally. I recall my first phone call to the company about 4 years ago and David was able to give me an estimate over the phone using Google maps and street view and asking a few questions. I was very impressed.

We noticed that moss/mold had built up on some of our vinyl siding. We've used Hazen on other occasions for gutter cleaning and were happy with that, so we called to ask them to estimate the cost of pressure washing to clean all the siding and remove the moss.. Within a reasonable time, their man checked our house out and submitted an estimate that I later signed and returned. They called to set up a date before the cold season. Their crew arrived on time after calling ahead, and were very organized, professional and quick. Results were excellent.

I called to set up gutter cleaning and repair. Was told I would get a call back on both, Never received any call back for three weeks. Called and left a message. Noone ever returned my calls. Will not use them for any services in the future

They do a great job, and they clean up well after themselves.

It went very well. I didn't need to be here since all the work required was on the outside of the house. They arrived on Friday as scheduled (I was not here) and did most of the work. I figured they had just run out of time to finish. When they had not returned on Monday morning to finish it, I called Brian the supervisor and told him there were still a few boards around the windows that needed to be completed. He was very apologetic cause he thought his crew had completed everything on Friday. Within the hour Brian was here along with another crew member and took care of it all. Again, Brian was very apologetic for the oversight and responded so promptly to my call. I was just amazed! From estimate to the finished work, Brian was always punctual, professional and patient in answering my questions. He is wonderful!

They did a good job. They were able to complete the project quickly. He took off part of the down spout that was copper and he gave me the copper pipe so we could use it.

After at least 2 calls from myself to contact the company, I finally received a return call and we set up an appointment to get an estimate. The sales person was very courteous and all seemed well. The day of the estimate the weather was poor and he wanted to reschedule to the following week early. The sales person did not show up to do the estimate and did not call. I waited 2 days to see if he would and then called him. No answer and no return call. I attempted to call him 2-3 times with no return contact. I have since contacted another company and they have since been out to our house and given us an estimate. I was very disappointed with such unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend company for this reason.

Very clean and neat - even cleaned debirs off of patio and walkway.

They have not done the job yet but they are scheduled to come out on the 15th of November 2011. They did all the right things. Their estimate was for $3400. I forgot to tell them about the 10% discount for Angie's List member coupon. He has not gotten back to me and I have already signed the contract. However, it should not be a problem as I have only paid them half of the amount. He did the estimate. He gave me a couple of options and I went with the best one. You could look them up on Angie's List according to their grades and then you would know as to how good or bad they are. They were highly graded on Angie's List which was the reason that I went with them. Their price was okay. The only thing that he has not gotten back to me is about the 10% discount for the Angie's List coupon. They would try to keep their time but for some reason if they did not then they would call to let me know and re-arrange it. They were very good in terms of their professionalism.

The estimate process went on very good. The reason I chose them was because I found them on Angie’s List and they had good ratings. They were here on time and were very professional.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and always cleaned up after themselves as best as you can in the roofing business.

They put down PVC pipe and they rerouted it so that it is more efficient and moves away from my foundation. When they replaced the stone they broke several stones but they replaced them anyway. I would have paid for a new stone because I wouldn’t want them to put down broken stones. The gutter they added is beautiful. After I complained about the broken stones they dug them back up and replaced them. They really took care of a lot of things and they really did some extra things in the end. I could contact the manager at any time to voice my concerns.
