No follow up after request for quote. Another highly rated company on Angie's List that really fails to perform. Very disappointed. It shouldn't take longer than a week to get follow up on a request for a quote.

They did a fine job. It was a pretty straight forward service.

I contacted David Hazen Group on 9/8 via their website contact form. An employee called me within a couple hours to obtain more information. I specifically requested a gutter cleaning date of 9/9 or 9/12, due to forecasted rain on the other days. The employee was receptive to this, and scheduled the cleaning for 9/12. On the scheduled day, a worker called me when he was about an hour away just to keep me informed. When I got home later that day, the gutters were noticeably cleaned (one area that had weeds growing out if it was obviously fixed). The crew definitely cleaned up, as the house and lawn were free of any debris. Would definitely use again if/when another gutter cleaning is required. And, I have already scheduled them for a handyman-type job.

The travel time two hour was part of the deal is a surprise.

I have no way of knowing if they did the cleaning. My gutters are very high and I have no way of getting up there to check. The "report" was not left and I contacted them asking if they had even been there. They said that they had and would send another copy of the report. I would have liked proof of the work. The "report" was a crude listing and the writing was not that legible. I threw it away.

3 concrete joints cracked after they dried; couple of places where the caulking were dried cracked and found an open spot that was not caulked on the far left side of the ledge. I emailed without response; was going to call but rain was in forecast within 36 hrs so i just fixed it myself with decent results...It was mostly decent work 5-20-2015. Yes, I should have called, but I did email; apparently didn't get through. As of a month ago, this has cracked in multiple locations around the ledge where it was caulked. so I guess my major complaint would be with the caulking; just didn't work with these materials.

I was impressed with the procedure in which the company did their initial business. They were very punctual and professional. The work was very satisfactory. I no longer have any over flowing issues with my gutters.

They did a nice job and painted the new section to match the old. I'm happy with them and would use them again.

That turned out fine. Then they sent out 2 painters for 4 hours each. They paint a lot of things for me; some trim, touched up walls and painted some inside of doors. They also painted a small bathroom too.

We had a great experience. Duane was professional and prompt in the estimate. He worked easily with the insurance and is an excellent project manager. Because of the multifaceted nature of the project, there were many employees coming and going for about two weeks. All the contractors were kind, professional and competent. The quality of the work was excellent! We may not try other contractors in the future, instead just call the David Hazen group. We know we will get a fair price with quality work completed in a timely and professional manner.

Explained what needed to be done and did the work professionally and courteously. He noticed that I had two small children in the house, and when he finished work, he lightly tapped at the door so that he would not wake them while they were napping.

They were very responsive and completed the work quickly while we were at work. We were very pleased and would recommend them highly.

They came out and did the work in a very satisfactory manner. I was please with the outcome and the price. I'd use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. We handled the scheduling via email, they were very prompt and available to come out to the house quickly. They were prompt, cleaned the gutters thoroughly and did not leave any mess behind. The roof inspection was really helpful, they identified a problem that hadn't been caught during the house inspection prior to purchase 4 years ago, and while it's not an immediate need, it is helpful to know to budget to fix that within the next year. I would definitely use them again.

It didn't go... we wanted an estimate on a roof repair, they never called back. I didn't wait around or call them again; there were plenty of other options, including those who, not only responded, but responded promptly. 7/30/14 Update: we received the quote after it was resent in response to this review.

yes they cleaned just the back of my home gutters ;leaving all the debris in the plant beds below. They came a week after I made the deal And the procedure was done poorly There is a new deal now for Whole house gutter cleaning for 99.00 I totally was taken

I like their punctuality for the appointments. Their price is good.

I have my gutters cleaned out twice a year by the David Hazen Group. They always do a great job. They clean up after themselves and do a thorough job. This spring I was having my house painted and called and asked they come in the next couple of days to clean the gutters, in order to assist the painters. They responded quickly and efficiently.

All in all great. They are very professional and provided superb workmanship. They did err when preparing for roof job, but fixed the problem immediately. We have referred them to many people. They are willing to tackle any household need and they will do it right.

We called to schedule the visit. We did not even know they had come even though we had requested to know. They did have to return because the gutters were still blocked in two areas. This was quickly taken care of with a second visit. They called back to detremine if we were satisfied. We were.
