Everything went well. Scheduling was prompt and easy, they cleaned up after themselves, and the entire staff was very good.

It took a while to schedule and complete the service, and their clean up could have been slightly better. However, everything went well for the most part. The workers arrived on time and did the work as promised without any problems.

Overall went ok. They showed up the day they were scheduled to and did job and gutters were cleaned. Main issue I guess was that they were more expensive than most. the charge 159 - i usually pay 75-100. I payed more as it came with an inspection of gutters/roof/and chimney so I figured Id go ahead and pay more to get those things checked out. The weird thing is I never got a report or anything about the inspection. Was expecting something in writing or email or something letting me know what the inspection showed. I'm assuming that no information means everything was ok which is good but still would have been nice to get that feedback. Only other minor thing was mess that is left afterwards. Companies arent like they used to be where they got all the stuff out by hand and bag up. Now most companies just kinda suck it out of gutters and onto ground. Not a fan of this but was prepared and left my raking until the gutters were done so was not as irritated about extra mess. They were better than some in that they did blow it off the deck and driveway and such. Overall I guess I d give a B rating. Not unhappy with them by any means but probably wouldnt pay the extra money for the inspection part again will probably just pay less next time to get just the gutters done.

After I signed the contract they told me 2 1/2 to 3 weeks for installation and that is exactly the time they came and did the job. Everything looks great.

Our brick porch and steps were falling apart. I decided to join Angie's List for the sole purpose of finding a professional, proven brick mason. I went with the David Hazen Group because of their excellent reviews and multiple awards. The brick mason that did the work (James) did an "outstanding job". He had a real challenge on his hands because the bricklayer that did the initial work years ago did not do a very good job at all, but James was able to take a very bad job and make our brick porch and steps look amazing. Several of our neighbors have complimented the job. The mailman even told us they look great. James completely cleaned up when the job was done, including cleaning our driveway. I am now an Angie's List member for life. David Hazen Group is top notch all the way. Great Job to James and his crew!

Within the company there are communications between staff and technicians. They called within the timeframe they said but I had to call back in reference to the scheduling which wasnt done on their end. After calling back multiple times they had lost the paperwork and not prepared to provide the service.

The provider was easy to work with, they were very responsive. I was out of town at the time of service, and I made all the arrangements by phone. The office person I worked with was very cooperative, answered all my questions. Workers were at the house within a day or two of my request, and the job was finished quickly and effeciently. I thought their price for painting the window trim was a little high, but I didn't want to climb onto the roof to paint it! I would use their services again.

On time, quality work. Noticed other areas (non-roof) needing work and provided an estimate for those repairs as well.

I bought a deal. I had no problems to schedule it, they arrived in time, and had the service done.

provided great deal through angle's list. only downside was they came to clean the gutters without prior notification. luckily we were home and it was fine for them to proceed and discuss findings (loose gutter, etc). next time would appreciate a call or e-mail with a time frame.

We recently moved to the area and have had our home less than a month. It seems that we moved here at the wrong time of year. This time of year, everyone in the state wants things fixed before winter and they didn't bother to take care of it in the summer. We had no problem getting various companies to come out to see what needed to be done, but then it was like pulling teeth to get estimates and an appointment for someone to actually come out and fix our problem. The David Hazen Group didn't charge to come out to see our problem, they were able to give us an estimate of cost on site, and were quick to send us the official estimate by email, we did not have to nag them to get the estimate. When we left phone or email messages, they were quick to respond. As our job was not a major job, we were able to be squeezed in, and within a day or two of making our deposit, they showed up to fix our chimney and firebox! We're very happy with their service and with the work they did. We will definitely call them in the summer when we want to fix our driveway! Thank you David Hazen Group for not giving us the run around!

Coupon was for 2 hours of work, but work apparently was completed in less than 1/2 hour. Could not verify 2nd floor gutter were cleaned out, but leak in joint has stopped, so I assume everything was completed.

Provided a thorough estimate but I picked a company that I had used before to do the work.

Ordered through a Band of Neighbors deal. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing exactly when the work was going to be performed. Fortunately, the work was completed before another contractor started residing my house with fiber cement. The bottom line is that I am happy with the results.

They came when they said they would and they did a nice job. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but that's OK.

Contractor was asked to quote pricing to paint entire trim of house plus gutter repair. From there, the fees just kept creeping up. Contractor was late on arrival after paying extra money for expedited service. Then, I was told that windows weren't included in the original quote, and that it would nearly double the price. I was furious. I called the head guy and he was rude and essentially unhelpful. He told me that despite their mistake, it was still going to cost more and that he could give me a discount at a steep loss to him. Why would I get a quote on house painting that lists ALL trim and not get the windows as part of that quote? It was beyond me. I was forced to take the higher price and get the job done, as we were expecting to host an open house the next day. When we arrived home after they left, buckets of paint were just left in the yard. Also, the windows were PAINTED SHUT! It took over an hour to get all of them reopened. VERY FRUSTRATING. Do not use this provider.

Work was completed in a timely manner at a cost that appears to be the going rate in Carmel.
