They've done a very good job. They're reasonable, efficient and excellent. They brought a crew out, I talked to them and they were very good.

They just cleaned our gutters. They were fine. I didn't feel it was very much of a deal.

They gave me a quote but I did not respond. The deal was so many dollars with the service but the deal was over by the time they gave me the quote. I wasn't unhappy. I wasn't even here when they did it. We had very little communication. Their price is a little higher than everyone else.

They showed and did the work. They just cleaned the gutters in about two hours. They did not communicate well. We knew they were coming but we did not know when.

I purchased a gutter cleaning deal, and I was contacted within the next day or so. They came out later that week. I can't really verify how well the upper floor gutters were cleaned because I don't have a latter that will reach, but it seems like the water is flowing better through the downspouts when it rains.

I wasn't as happy with them. They were supposed to clean out the gutters and downspouts and I told them my concern with the downspouts. For what I paid, they were only here like half an hour, they weren't here that long. I have a larger home and it should have taken them longer. They left and I called them to have them come back out and nobody ever got back to me. I would not use them again definitely. When they were here, it was not what I wanted. They knew I was home, if they had any questions, they could have asked me. I thought it was way too expensive. They were nice when they were here but when they left, I never heard from them again.

It went well. I called and asked if they could get me a quote. The lady on the phone asked several questions about the job and then said they would send someone out to survey it and email me a quote. Over a week later I had not received a quote so I did have to call back to see what was up which was a bit annoying. But who knows maybe the quote went into my junk email. Anyway I then got a call a few days later and they gave me a verbal quote. The price was right so I gave a verbal agreement to do the work. I did not have to be home or anything so the job got completed quickly without me having to schedule with them. I got an invoice in the mail and we were all good to go! Pretty simple and the downspout seems to be reattached properly. Cool!

The service was completed on time as scheduled. I have no compliants.

They had 3 painters and 2 carpenters here for the 2 and 1/2 days. They were very courteous and professional and kept us informed of all of the work they were doing before they did anything. The house looks great.

It went fine; I would recommend them to anyone.

Contacted the contractor several times to get an appointment set, and the last correspondence was "I spoke with the technician that has your work order this morning and you will be scheduled within the next couple days." A week later when I sent yet another email saying it had been 11 days since I purchased the deal and I was going to ask for a refund if they didn't call to set the appointment, I got a call and was told they were already out to my house. They said the technician called me the morning of their visit (no calls came in to my cell phone) but they couldn't reach me. They said the service was done. They left no paperwork or any evidence that they were actually at my house, and of course I can't climb on the roof to know if they did anything. Seemed strange to leave no brochure, note, etc. on my door indicating they were there and advertising their services. Even if they did perform the service I purchased, their lack of professionalism was not acceptable.

They weren't the cheapest, but everything went well. It was relatively easy to communicate with the company, it responded quickly to our calls, and the workers were very professional when completing the job.

I had several people come and give estimates and they said they could not do the job because the gutters were too high and they did not have ladders to do such a job. David Hazen Group came all the way to south side from Carmel to complete the job. I also like their automatic service by where you can schedule and cancel if unable to have work done that day.

I've been using them for some time, and everything has been going well. They do the work as promised, they clean up nicely after finishing, and communicating with the company is relatively easy.

Everything went well, and we had no problems with the service. Scheduling was easy, they cleaned up nicely after the job, and we haven't had any problems with the gutters.

First thing that happened they had promised to come out on Sunday the 8th, they called prior to the 10 o clock appointment and said they couldn't make it. The over all complaint is price gouging, misrepresentation of the work that needed to be done and misrepresentation of the companies timing and schedules to repair the work.

Company said it could not honor coupon because our house was over 2500 square feet. I did not realize they considered the total square feet, rather than the number of square feet of the actual roof space. They said cost of doing ours would be $300 - $400 which we are unable to pay now since my husband is unemployed. We will have to find a less expensive provider or do it ourselves. Please refund my credit card. Thanks.

The crew was on time and did a good, thorough job of cleaning our gutters and clearing downspouts.

The two-man crew arrived on time, seemed to do a thorough job, and were very polite and nice during our interactions. I can't grade "quality", however, since I didn't inspect the roof and the gutters myself.

We've been using him for about eight years, and we've always been happy with his services. Communicating and scheduling is easy, they do good work, and they clean up nicely before leaving.

It took them a while to come out, but they did a good job once they made it out to the house. The workers were friendly and courteous, too, and they did a good job with the cleanup.

They show on time, they do the work as promised, and they're minimally intrusive when doing the work. In fact, we hardly know that they've been to the house. Furthermore, communicating and scheduling is easy, and the office sends out reminders of when service is due.

Unfortunately, it's been very difficult getting them to come out and do the work. Specifically, the company has been slow to respond, and I've had to follow up a few times myself. They are professional and friendly when talking with me on the phone however.
