They quoted me $350 which I felt seemed like a lot for such a small task and it was explained to me that they don't take on jobs less than $350 so even though parts and labor would have been less, they wanted $350. There's nothing wrong with the business model but just a heads up for other members because I almost overpaid.

Looked great, cleaned up, timely. Would use again

During the next big rain shower, we noticed the same small roof leak near the new roof vent and called the David Hazen Group. They responded quickly and David Ward made the needed repair on 11/6/2014 with no charge. Note: In 2009 the David Hazen Group installed gutter guard on our house and garage gutters and since then we have had no problem with clogged gutters and no need for repairs. There are a lot of teeth marks from squirrels but no significant damage.

David Hazen Group is a great provider of gutter cleaning. We have not had any issues with our gutters since we began using their services, and they do not leave a mess behind after the gutters have been cleaned. They are also very good at letting you know when it is time to clean your gutters again, notifying you well in advance of their planned arrival. The are able to perform their services whether you are home or not, which is nice for working households. Their billing process is precise and quick, so you receive an invoice within days, not months later. I would strongly recommend David Hazen Group for their gutter cleaning services.

They always do a professional job. We have used their company for about ten years.

They did a good job. We had our gutters cleaned before and have screens on and a previous company didn't to it right. They replaced the screens in the proper manner. They also put back a downspout that had fallen. They were very pleasant. We were very pleased.

I was not home at the time of service but everything was done as expected.

Great? Have used the David Hazen Group for several years now and never need to worry about my gutters getting cleaned in the fall. They always contact me early in the fall and ask if I want them to do my gutters again. From then on it is pretty much automatic. They know when the leaves are down and get the job done. they are always courteous, professional and provide a good service for the price. They provide other types of services also and I would not have a problem with them doing other services, if the need arises.

Work began a little later that expected, but overall good work. Wish they would have talked to me first before they tried to match the shingles as they are visibly lighter than originals. Other work they have done has been great.

We have used David Hazen Group for several years to do our gutter cleaning. We live in a very wooded area, and have lots of leaves and debris that accumulates in our gutters. They do a great job of cleaning out the gutters and downspouts, and are very attentive to cleaning any debris on the ground after they have completed the work. They have a very effective system of automatic scheduling and notification, so we always know that we are on the schedule for fall and spring cleanings. I am extremely pleased with their service and their attentiveness to their customers. I would highly recommend David Hazen Group.

I have lived in this house with water leakage around chimney for 35 years. Many have tried fixes which work for a short time. David Hazen group was very knowledgeable about how to go about remedying our problem which no one else had mentioned and which made perfect sense. They did excellent work and stopped the leakage in the correct way. We could not be happier!

They knocked on the door to mske sure I knew they were here. They were respectful and worked quickly. They have me feedback.

The corner gutter in our house kept getting overflowed. David's team came over as scheduled, evaluated the problem, suggested placing a wider downspout and replace underground extension. They've done a very good job. The problem is resolved, and the front yard was carefully repaired after digging. By the way, a number of years ago David Hazed placed covers on my gutters. I don't have a need for gutters cleaning since then. As far as I can see the covers are still in good shape. If I need the roofing repair again I know who to call.

This is the second time we've used David Hazen for roof work and repair and I continue to be pleased with the work that they do. It started with an in-home estimate and measurement of our gutters along with an assessment of the leaking we were seeing on our ceiling at our back door. They identified the problems and prepared a quote for us that separated each task into subtotaled jobs - so we could easily see the cost for doing part of the work versus all of the work. We spoke with their project manager about our options and decided to do most of the proposed work. We were told that it would take two weeks to get us into the schedule. In fact, they were able to fit us in a little early. This is the only ding on their work that I would give them - their people just showed up and started doing the work without announcement. It was a few days early - and our project manager was VERY responsive and apologetic that we didn't get a call ahead of time. As far as the work goes, they did a great job - they were fast, thorough, and left very little evidence of them being here. The gutter cleaning and cover installation was long overdue. I can only imagine the gunk they had to clean out - but again, there was no evidence left of the cleanup effort. The roof repair was fantastic - they found new shingles to blend in with our existing roof and added a new piece to our upper floor downspout, painted and and replaced part of our wood siding as well. Today, you can't tell that anything was done, except the damage to the roof and our inside ceiling is gone. These guys are great. I can't recommend them too highly for any roof or gutter work.

Our downspout had come loose from the house. I could not reattach myself because the portion of the house in that area is brick. The Hazen group came out when scheduled, explained what had caused the problem, and assured me of the relative permanency of their fix. It has been over nine months since then with multiple instances of storms and high winds. However, the downspout remains firmly attached and does not rattle.

The experience was pretty good with the exception of a couple of things: 1) our initial date kept getting pushed back - we had to call the company to find out what was going on instead of them calling us and 2) the company used a contractor that tried to upsell us 2-3 times saying that he wouldn't let the company know and fix certain things for a fee to him personally.

Because of weather, the initial date for cleaning had to be postponed. They called & informed me of the delay. They cleaned gutters on the newly appointed date. They are always polite & timely.

They did a great job on it and we highly recommend them. We were not here to supervise it because we happened to be out of town, but they did a really good job even though we weren’t here. They did just what we wanted. They had the best estimate too because we did get several estimates from other companies. The others were much higher. They are easy to work with and they’re trustworthy. They happened to do the work when we were not here because we happened to be out of town. We usually like to be here when people work on the house but they did everything really well. They didn’t leave any trash around and they cleaned up everything. It was very good and done well.

It was fine. We didn't use them. We actually had to use a different company to get a whole new roof. Prices were high.

James performed the masonry service for me. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. The work he did was impeccable and looks very nice. I would highly recommend him for masonry service. I would call again if I was to need his service.

We had them out to repair our gutters at one point and they did a good job on that, so we continued to use them. They are quick and thorough and they just send you an invoice.

He arrived on time and rang my doorbell to tell me he was about to start the work and what he would be doing. He worked quickly and quietly and left. I've had no problem with my gutters or downspouts backing up.
