Excellent! Prompt, On-Time, cleaned floors, kitchens, bathrooms, sun-room, dusted blinds, fans, furniture. Fantastic. They were on time and had all the cleaning supplies and vacuums etc. needed. They were pleasant, efficient, and speedy. To my surprise the were able to finish all the jobs on my list to my complete satisfaction and the left my house sparkling. I thought it was fine other than the fact that they continued to ask for my purses, I continued to tell them no and they were for my grand daughter along with other little girly things. When I open the vacuum bags to check on the items the main pink purse they continued to ask for is missing. It is a Juicy Couture purse that I paid $400.00 for. I am highly upset about this because I do not know what else they took.

Two ladies arrived right at the appointment time, and worked straight through for the specified time. I have no complaints. I would use them again in the future.

I called Heather to clean my newly purchased home before I moved in. She arrived promptly and after viewing the home, let me know it had already been professionally cleaned by the seller. Because it had already been cleaned, she advised me to save my money and not have her re-clean it. I appreciate her honestly and will definitely consider her for use in the future!

I used the deep cleaning coupon for $295. Heather and her assistant showed up in the time frame agreed upon. I provided a list of priority items and they did a great job on all of them. Cabinets look good, ceilibg fans are clean and the bathrooms sparkle. At the end I decided to have them come out in two weeks for a regular house cleaning.

Two people came as expected, both are efficient and cleaned well. I knew I had more work than the hours I had and one worked on the kitchen while the other did jobs in the order of my importance and asked when each job completed which she should do next which worked out well for me. Gave my daughter a tip on how to handle one of her cleaning problems, and got more done than expected. Nice people.

It went really well. They both did a great job with cleaning all the areas.

2 house cleaners did as I asked and cleaned the rooms most in need. Bathrooms, floors, stove all looked great and the house had a very clean odor. Arrived on time and completed everything I asked

As I stated above the the response time was prompt. The service was friendly and I would rate it above average. A couple of minor things were overlooked, but I was in a hurry. I have no doubt that had I checked or noticed before they left they would have taken care of it. Overall service was above average

Everything went well. Floors, bathrooms and countertops looked good.. overall I was pleased with the job they did. The stove and microwave were pretty messy they cleaned up well.

Very happy with the service. When I called, Heather came out the very next am to go over all I wanted done. I scheduled for Monday am and they arrived promptly and got right to work. Brought all their own supplies. I am happy with the results, could not have asked for more for the price. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and were friendly. The bathroom looked great and 2 bedrooms were cleaned. The closets were dusty and they pulled everything out, cleaned the floors and put everything back in an orderly fashion. I will use them again.

I bought the sales deal - $125 for 6 hours deep cleaning package. Good value for the price. Good quality. Heather called ahead of the time that she will arrive at certain hour. Two of them arrived on time, but they left a little bit earlier. So two of them worked 2 hours and 45 minutes, not exactly 6 hours, but they worked hard with good efficiency and didn't take a break in between. So I guess that's OK. They just took their break in the end. Maybe that's just the industry standard. So overall, I am satisfied with their work and will hire them on a regular basis in the future.

I purchased the coupon deal for Move-In/Move-Out Ready Housecleaning. Heather called the same day I purchased the deal and said they can clean the next day. The crew was on time. They brought all their own supplies. The previous renter left the house a dirty mess. When I asked them if they would be back tomorrow to finish and they said they would be done today, I was a little concerned because the house was such a mess. I came back at the end of the day and was happy with the results. The house was sparkling clean and move-in ready. I would definately use them again.

Well I have yet to find anyone that will ever clean as good as I once did. But now I am unable to do the daily tasks of keeping up a clean and orderly home so I must depend on others. Heather and her assistant did a pretty good job. I think the job was a bit overpriced but I was having company for the Holidays and the house was certainly presentable. I would consider using her service again on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Scheduling was just fine. We were very satisfied with them. I worked with Heather and she answered my inquiry and provided a pretty accurate estimate.

I contacted Heather through Angie's list, explaining that we'd just purchased a home and wanted to have it cleaned prior to moving in. I let her know that we were looking to have the work done on a specific day (less than a week from the time I contacted her) at a specific time. She responded within a couple of hours, letting me know that she was available for the day and time that I'd requested. She also asked if she could come out to the house beforehand, so that she could get a better idea of what supplies they'd need to bring. We scheduled a time to meet and not only was she on time, but she was early! She walked through the house with me, explaining all of the services that they would be providing. She answered any questions that I had and was very easy to work with. The services were performed as we discussed. I am very happy with the level of work that they did. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need cleaning done.

I am happy with this company. My house is clean. They are very friendly and do a good job. They always ask if I am pleased when they are done and don't complain if I point something out or ask them to do something else. Price is good. I will definitely recommend them.

Girl came a little late. I told her it was last time for cleaning. So, she did a half assed job. Her boss sent me text that she was only couple minutes late. I told her I was done with them sent her pics of ALL the girl missed. Didn't look like she vacuumed under any furniture or the furniture itself. She said she would come out and reclean . I told her she could refund my money.she said she would come clean and I told her no thanks. I also referred her to my niece,she went didn't do very good job for them either.they told them no thanks after the first"cleaning".
