They were very nice and went right to work and did a excellent job. I plan on getting them again AS soon as possible. I was so impressed by how they got it done and organize as they cleaned.

Arrived couple minutes late, not terribly professional looking, but did everything I asked and did it fairly well. I would prefer two workers at a time instead of three, seems like it would be a better value; I would recommend anyone using this service to specify only two workers or even one at a time.

I have been doing some remodeling in the house and the drywall dust was to much for me to get the job done in the amount of time I had. Heather sent a team of 2 and they did a wonderful job. The girls were very detail with cleaning. I was so pleased that I set up a regular cleaning.

It went great and I was surprised how much we accomplished in a very short time.

The room was a total mess couldn't hardly walk in there. The girls took everything out of the room and organized all the bins and boxes . They stacked everything very neatly and left enough space to go in and get what your looking for. We are very pleased with their work.

Communication about the appointment was inconsistent. Once they were there, the quality of the work was good, but not extraordinary. Well worth the price and certainly lightened my load!

Heather and her team were prompt, super thorough and friendly! They were speedy and continually asked if there was anything else we needed done. When I saw them turn my recliners upside down to clean under them I couldn't believe it! No shortcuts here!

They arrived on time and completed the job early. They missed wiping the freezer out but that was no problem.

They did a nice job. The advertisement was to wash walls and they said they don't wash walls. They cleaned very nicely. They brought three people for two hours instead of the 6 hours. They cleaned very nice. They did one bathroom but they didn't do any of my bedrooms. I have 3 bedrooms and another bath. In 2 hours, they cleaned my living room, my dining room, my kitchen and one bathroom.

she scheduled me a month away from payment date, showed up 40 minutes late, came in the house barefoot, brought someone with her so it was going to be 3 hours not six and they left after 1.25 hours. i had bug powder in an emptied bedroom for fleas. they said they were itching and would come back another day to finish the hours owed. rescheduled and she was a no show. rescheduled again for today and now her husband is in the hospital. the dusting they did was not complete or professional...i have pics. turns out i know her uncle. didn't seem to get me professional service. No "Deep Cleaning" performed here!!!

Anything I would say they deny. And they will back fire on this review too!

Arrived on time. When I came home the house looked wonderful especially my tile floors and cabinets. They were very thorough. Would hire again!

Excellent job, areas like base boards, blinds, and in between windows and screens were cleaned. Not just at eye level but top to bottom - great job done!

very well..was pleased with the work done..needed walls washed and the banner that i set job up from said wall washing but the girls only said they could dust the walls

Not a lot of communication between us. Their work was very good except for the kitchen floor and toilet.. I have a White Wing steam cleaner that she partially used but I went over the floor with it after they left. Usually don't wash my colors is hot water. I was just surprised that questions weren't asked as to where items went after cleaning the counters, not drying t-shirts in dryer, water temp for colors, etc. All of the above could have been resolved if they would have just asked. Since I am new at hiring someone to clean, maybe lack of communication is normal. Just asking on their part could have saved me looking for items that had been moved, trying to find things that were thrown out that I was saving, etc. What they cleaned, they cleaned very well (except for the floor) and not cleaning the toilet. They worked hard but lack of communication bothered me.
