They did a great job and we were pleased. They were punctual and pleasant. They work within the time frame they stated. They did a very good of cleaning up after themselves.

I was satisfied with the service and would use them again. I would also recommend them to others.

Our home was built in 1996 and the driveway was put in at the same time. Mr. Mason estimated the job and completed it for the estimated price of $980. Mason's Northside Concrete completed the job from the initial phone call to completion in one day over a week. The initial phone call was returned the next day; Mr. Mason came out too estimate the job the following Saturday (the day he does his estimating) and the work began within the next few days. His team began work one day and returned the next to complete the job. They had to remove grass from the edges of the apron; on the second day they replanted it. When the driveway was freshly poured the team left a truck blocking the end of the drive as well as placing caution tape around the job. The second day they left the truck and picked it up on the third day. They took he caution tape down on the sidewalk side and replaced it at my request. The team gave us instructions for leaving the driveway a week before removing the tape. They left the job site clean and neat and clean. The team was pleasant and explained what and how they were completing the work. We would hire the company fur any future concrete work in a heartbeat. It is outstanding work.

Mike's price was fair and reasonable. He performed the work as promised, and went out of his way to work around some existing obstacles. Our new driveway looks fantastic!!

Beautiful job! The owners son came out and was very nice, remedy the work that was done in the past and did a good job.

Mr. Mason's workmen were very professional. They took on a very difficult task and did not stop until the job was completed. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them. We plan to use them in the future for other projects.

We made appointments several times and I waited for them but they never showed. They didn't even call.

The extension went very well. The concrete work was done with exceptional care. The work was done on time and to the $ proposal. The only problem that we had was that a form spike nicked my sprinkler line and Mason promised to come and fix it, but that has not occurred nor do I think that they will come back and repair the line. We have called twice with promises, but no results. The driveway extension does look great!

Excellent. Mike and his crew were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what my husband requested. I have never had my husband so pleased with a contractor and the job they did. Thanks Mike for a great experience.

I called them on Wednesday, they said they'd come out at 10am on Thursday. They never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it. I called them on Friday to say you were supposed to show up and he said "well you were on my list to call I had a minor emergency". I feel when a business sets an appointment and they cannot keep it, they need to make every effort to cancel it. We do have voice mail and there is no excuse why he could not call me.

Mike was responsive from the initial contact. The price was fair, the quote was in writing, and the work was done on time. A large crew of workers quickly removed the existing asphalt & concrete and did a nice job of cleaning up the mess. The new concrete was poured the next day, completing the job in 2 days rather than the quoted 3. He was very willing to work with our schedule on when the work would be done.

They came when expected to demolish the patio. After finding that the patio was thicker than expected they brought heavier equipment the next day. Work was delayed because of rain, but when it was finally completed, we were very pleased. The price was considerably less than another estimate.

He was very honest & told me I didn't need to spend my money on it.

I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND EXTREMELY COMPETENT AT WHAT THEY DO. VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. BEFORE I RETIRED, I DID SOME CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT WORK, SO I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE PROCESS. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH THE POUR WORK, LEVELING AND COMPACTING (ALL OF WHICH IS REQUIRED TO GET A GOOD FINISH). I GOT SEVERAL BIDS AND THEY WERE NOT THE LOWEST, BUT FOR THE MONEY I THINK THEY OFFERED THE BEST VALUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY FOR ANY KIND OF CONCRETE WORK. I AM GLAD I WENT WITH A CONTRACTOR WHO SPECIALIZES IN CONCRETE, IT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. THE RESULT WAS OUTSTANDING.

WORKERS WERE PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND STUCK WITH IT THROUGH A COUPLE HOT DAYS. MIKE WAS ON SITE MUCH OF THE TIME, MAKING SURE THE JOB WAS DONE AS PLANNED. WORKERS RETURNED SEVERAL TIMES TO SLIGHTLY DARKEN THE NEW CONCRETE, MAKING IT LOOK AS THOUGH IT WAS NOT A BRAND-NEW JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AT 9 AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING. THEY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. MY HUSBAND CALLED TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. HE WANTED TO RESCHEDULE FOR 2 PM THAT AFTERNOON, BUT WE DECLINED.

WE ASKED MIKE TO FOLLOW A DIFFICULT DESIGN, WHICH INCLUDED A FORMAL COURTYARD, POND, RETAINING WALL FOOTING, AND STEPS WITH SUPPORT FOR HEAVY PLANTERS. PROPER DRAINAGE FROM THE HOUSE AND POND WAS ESSENTIAL. WE ADDED A PARTIAL CURB TO CONTROL WATER FLOW, AT HIS SUGGESTION. WE WERE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT THE DECORATIVE DESIGN AND COLOR WE WANTED AND HE WAS WILLING TO LOCATE AND USE THE PRODUCTS THAT MATCHED OUR COLOR SCHEME. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL. BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER, IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED; BUT HE TOOK NO SHORTCUTS AND CONTINUED TO DEMONSTRATE A PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP RARELY FOUND TODAY. THROUGHOUT THE JOB, HE WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND APPEARANCE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND IT SHOWS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND DEFINITELY PLAN TO HIRE HIM AGAIN!
