Timely, friendly, clean, good work, reasonable price...

They didn't do it right the first time. They put a plastic key to try to balance and wasn't done right. They sent another guy out to fix them problem and charged us. I was not pleased with them at all and would not use them again.

The service was on time and completed in a neat and time efficient manner. Price was very reasonable and Dennis was very courteous and informative. I highly recommend this company.

The company was able to schedule us for the same day we called, to say our sump pump quit working (it is suppose to rain 3-4 inches today), They were here within 2 hours of my initial call, and were polite and completed the work quickly. I felt the price was well worth the work completed.

Wow! These guys were great, called at 9am they were here and done by 11am that same day. Exceptionally polite and cleaned up after themselves. Went above and beyond, made sure the thing was fixed didn't just repair so it would work, made changes that were not costly but will benefit us for the long haul. Highly recommend, especially if you are in a hurry.

I feel very confident when I call them that they'll do the work correctly.

Called Isley's around 2:00 on Friday afternoon and explained that our heater had sprung a leak and I had shut-off the water to the house. Isley's said they had a plumber in the area and he'd get here as soon as possible. Plumber (Ron) showed up a little before 4:00 and had our old heater removed and the new one installed by 5:30. The entire experience was very pleasant, albeit somewhat expensive (we missed the show at Clowes).

I HAVE USED THEM FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS. RESPONSE TIME AND QUALITY OF WORK EXCELLENT.

The plumber showed up on time, performed the work and was very pleasant. This was the most reasonably priced plumber I have encountered. We will use them again for other plumbing jobs in the future.

Job 1: Ron, from L E Isley, was early (but called ahead) and did a great job. Very polite, I think reasonably priced (I asked about a job I had another plumber do a couple of months back and would have saved 50% with L E Isley!! I'll be back!!). Didn't clean up a little water which was on the floor after, but that's ok - needed to clean that area anyway! Job 2: Plumber was very nice and polite. In the time slot provided and did work pretty fast. Had to go back to office to get a part, but deducted time from total.

Excellent and prompt service, very polite. On time. A bit expensive.

Once again, the plumbers sent from L.E. Isley did not disappoint. I have used this company over many years and continue to be very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism and personalities of its plumbers. The price charged was very fair.

BRYCE AND ASSISTANT ON TIME. WERE NOT VERY TIDY (MUCH STANDING WATER IN UTILITY ROOM; THANKFULLY ROOM WAS EMPTY). WAS QUOTED AN AC/DC UNIT FOR BACKUP SYSTEM. PLUMBER INSTALLED A DC UNIT. ALSO WHEN PLUMBER STATED WORK WAS COMPLETE, NOTED THAT COVER WAS NOT REINSTALLED OVER SUMP AND DISCHARGE ON SOFTENER NOT INSTALLED. HE STATED HE COULD NOT DEAL WITH COVER DUE TO IT BEING PART OF RADON ABATEMENT (OFFICE HAD STATED DURING QUOTE THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO DO SO); DID FIX AFTER DISCUSSION THOUGH. POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICE AND FIELD PERSONNEL. OFFICE OFFERED TO INSTALL AC/DC AT NO CHARGE. DECLINED DUE TO FACT THAT WE NEED TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK. NOTICED AFTER ONE WEEK, WATER WAS NO LONGER SOFTENED. MANUALLY RECYCLED SOFTENER AND NOTED THAT DISCHARGE LINE WAS LEAKING. CALLED DIFFERENT PLUMBER AND HE FOUND THAT LINE WAS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED AND ALSO HAD A KINK. DID NOT ALLOW UNIT TO RECYCLE ($90 CHARGE TO FIX). BRYCE WAS QUITE SARCASTIC AND MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE.

I HAD TWO PLUMBERS THAT DAY. OVERALL, IT WAS AN ALRIGHT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE USED ISLEY IN THE PAST AND WANTED SOME CONSISTENCY WITH THE ONGOING PROGRESSIVE WORK. ALTHOUGH ASKED, I NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE IN WRITING FOR THE UPCOMING WORK. IT IS HARD TO COMMENT ON THE QUALITY OF WORK AS I STILL DO NOT HAVE A RUNNING SINK AND THE REPAIR TO THE SLOW SINK WAS VISUALLY POOR. I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE TO YOU.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! WE HAD TROUBLE WITH ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO TRIED TO TELL US THE OUTDOOR LEAK WAS 'NORMAL'. AFTER PLUCKING OFF A HUGE ICICLE FROM THE FAUCET, I CONSULTED ANGIE'S LIST AND CALLED L.E. ISLEY. DENNIS CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED THE WHOLE FAUCET, WHICH EVEN INCLUDED GETTING INTO THE CRAWL SPACE. HE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT; WE ALSO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT THEY OFFER. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.

THE PLUMBER WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF FIRST PHONE CALL. 10% ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT WITH COUPON. WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE HELP.

PLUMBER CAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, HOWEVER, HE NEEDED A SPECIAL MACHINE, SO HAD TO COME BACK FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING WITH IT AND AN APPRENTICE TO HELP HIM. DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND THE COST WAS LESS THAN I HAD IMAGINED. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

VERY QUICK RESPONSE TIME. FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. REASONABLY PRICED.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET US SCHEDULED QUICKLY, AND THE PLUMBER WHO INSTALLED THE HEATER WAS TERRIFIC. HE TOOK CARE TO KEEP THINGS CLEAN AND HAD TO WORK HARD TO GET THE HEATER IN A VERY SMALL SPACE. PRICE WAS GOOD BASED ON SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WE CALLED.

HAVEN'T PAID YET, WILL GET BILL WHEN ADDITIONAL WORK IS DONE. WORK DONE ALREADY TOOK 3 HOURS, SO I ASSUME IT WILL BE $75 OR SO AN HOUR PLUS PARTS. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM.

I HIRED L E ISLEY & SONS INC. AFTER HEARING POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THEM FROM TWO OF MY NEIGHBORS (AND CHECKING ANGIE'S LIST!), AND I DON'T REGRET A THING. MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS POSITIVE, FROM SCHEDULING THE WORK TO JOB COMPLETION. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TERMS OF MY SCHEDULE, AND CAME TO MY HOME ON A WEEKEND. THE PERSON WHO ARRIVED AT MY HOME WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. I ANTICIPATE ANOTHER SERVICE WITH THEM IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
