I appreciate that Isley was able to send someone the same day I called. I explained the problem in the basement and told them I wanted to have it checked out ASAP. They understood my need and were able to get me set up in the afternoon. They were more than willing to call me 30 minutes before they arrived so I could meet them there. The plumber arrived and was very helpful. We decided to take a "wait and see" approach to the basement situation, rather than spending money solving a problem that possibly had corrected itself. I appreciate the plumber not "over selling" the job and doing unnecessary work on old plumbing. Instead, he completed the garbage disposal install and did a great job. The best part is that he called me back the next day to ask if we had a sump pump. He realized he had not asked while he was at the house and had been trying to think of what had caused our problem. I very much appreciate the concern he showed in our situation.

I was planning on spending a few hundred dollars to have a new faucet put in, but the plumber simply replaced a little valve in the current faucet. He was very nice and courteous, and he worked very quickly. He also took some time to look into a slowly-flushing toilet. He didn't find anything clogged in the toilet, but he gave me advice on how to resolve that issue. I always appreciate open and honest advice from professionals.

Prompt and professional. Isley is not the least expensive but you never have to worry about the job not being done correctly.

The workman was quick to assess and communicate what needed to be done. Then proceeded to execute his plan successfully. Very professional and businesslike. I have used LE Isley in the past at home & at my business with a similar experience. I would definitely recommend LE Isley for plumbing or drain problems!

Our sump pump quit working. We contacted Isley, and within 2 1/2 hours, they had a new pump and installed and running. Their plumber was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

They are real professional and helped us quickly.

They came out Friday and Saturday (my husband hadn't cleared out the garage to give Isley access to the drain). Cleared the drain and made sure everything was fine - they did a great job.

I called the company at 4:20 on a Thursday; got a busy signal. Called back at 4:35 and got a recorded message that said the company was closed for the day. I thought only banks closed that early; wait! Banks are open until 5! I gave up on them and called another company.

They were very good and reasonably priced. I have used this company several times before.

I called the company and they did came earlier than expected. The employee that came to my house immediately started working on the sink, and explained the problem and even showed it to me. He was fast and extremely professional. I am very pleased with their work.

Got an appointment right away. Someone answered the phone immediately when I called to schedule. Plumber showed up on time. I thought that I had a problem with my water heater, since I had low water pressure in both my bathroom and kitchen faucets. The plumber checked the lines that led to both faucets and found that they were full of debris. He replaced both and also fixed the leaky hot water faucet in the kitchen. He replaced the garbage disposer under the sink. I appreciated the fact that he tried to find a solution to my problem rather than saying that I needed a new water heater, which would have been much more expensive. He also pointed out that water pressure problems were common in the neighborhood I live in. He was very pleasant and did the work very quickly and efficiently.

They came out right away. They seemed knowledgeable, and were clean and neat.

Excellent. The main unit died on a Saturday and Mr. Isley was at our house within a couple of hours and was able to get everything fixed.

Serviceman evaluated the problem with our water heater and recommended it be replaced. Immediately confirmed a new unit was available and the old was removed and new one installed within a few hours. The serviceman arrived at the time promised and left the house as clean as he'd found it.

They were prompt, polite and did their job. It was a positive experience. They called before they came. They came out the same day I called.

The plumber pushed in the snake, and it didn't go very far because the plumbing takes a 90 degree turn in the wall. He took the sink off the wall, and it pulled tiles off the wall and disconnected the trap. Everything was removed expect for the pipe that is coming through the wall. He tried to disconnect the pipe called the nipple, but it broke because it is 50 years old. He said that we needed to have someone take the tile off the wall first, then he would come back to finish putting the sink back on. They couldn't come back for 2 weeks, so my neighbor advised to contact a retired plumber that was a friend to come and repair what was broken. He was able to fix the sink. He also was able to remove the hair clog and even put the tile back on the wall. At the appointed time the next day, the Isely plumber came back and only had to reattach the plumbing to the wall and put the sink back. I have been using this company for over 30 years and will use them again.

No problems. Jason, the service rep., was on time and expertly did the job.

The repair went very smoothly. The repairman was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up perfectly before he left. Made me wish we hadn't put this job off for so long!

The toilet wasn't leaking afterall. It was really an odd set of coincidences that caused me to believe the toilet was leaking. The plumber just knew everything seemed tightened, sealed, and ok. In my mind, I thought he was crazy because I had water by the toilet on 2 recent occasions. He suggested I take a wait and see approach. He was here for a half an hour but still had to charge me a minimum of 1 hour, which if the 'leak' still occurred then when they came back, I would get the first half hour free, which I liked. They haven't been back because there is no leak.

Isley gave me a noon - 4 pm window of when they would arrive for diagnosis. At 3:30 they called to say they were on the way. At 3:50 I called and told them not to bother. I waited all afternoon for nothing, and I had to go pick up kids from after-school activities. My time is worth more than theirs. I hate it when service people tie me down for half a day and STILL don't show up.

Mike from Isley showed up and did an outstanding job. I called on my way to the house after we just got possession at closing and he was there within an hour. He stuck with the time schedule as quoted and went above and beyond to explain potential future problems. I would highly recommend Isley to anyone.

We had a leak in the exterior spigot of the home. I called Isley's, to investigate the problem and they sent a tech out the next morning. The tech arrived to let us know, that the basement walls would need to be torn out in order to access the pipe inside the home. We decided not to pursue the repair, as the basement was recently finished, and we did not want to tear out the new drywall and incur other additional expenses. They charged 30.00 for the service call, after I spoke with the service rep. We were pleased with their professionalism.

I woke up to find my basement flooding- our old sump pump had quit working. I called LE Isley Plumbing and they came out within an hour of my call to replace my sump pump. On the way back up the basement steps, the technician saw our old oil tank and offered to carry it up the stairs with his dolly and other men, and dispose of the tank for an additional $15! We had lived with that eyesore of a tank for 5 years because it was too heavy to move ourselves!

Isley was supposed to arrive between 10AM and Noon. They arrived about 12:45 PM. When the plumber saw the work to be done, he said he had to return to the shop to get parts. He did not return until after 1:30. I was very disappointed in the plumber not having the parts, since I had Isley estimate the work in advance. Fortunately, the repair was much less complicated than originally estimated and my furnace contractor showed up within five minutes of my call to them that the plumber was finished. The furnace contractor saved the day and got our duct replaced so the air conditioning would work again. To Isley's credit, the plumber did a good job, once he got to it and I have had no problems since. While he was here, the plumber also fixed a leaking outside faucet, which would have been nearly impossible to replace due to its location.

Very prompt on time of call. Came to house when they said they were going to. They have done work for me many times in the past on other properties.
