We had requested somebody very experienced, as we knew that installing a shower pan can be complex. Two young technicians came and had to read the manual on how to install the pan. The pan was not installed correctly, as there was a large space underneath with no mortar and the pan was not level, which would have led to the pan cracking over time. We had to hire someone else to fix it. The technician also insisted that the shower head be installed at standard height, despite the fact that we told him that our son is 6' 5". We had to find a different shower arm in order to fix the problem. We were charged $960 for the service, and when we called to express our dissatisfaction with the service and fee, we were told someone would call us back. It is now a week later and no one has called.

Great - did mot use chemicals for unclogging which was good.

I've hired Isley before and will hire them again. Communicating with them is a breeze, which is definitely not always the case with plumbing companies in my experience. I feel like their pricing is always reasonable as well and they won't try to upsell me on something I don't need. In this case I just paid them for a service call, but I'm going to hire them to replace the cracked tank on my toilet once I get the part in.

They were able to come out the same day I contacted them. He identified the hose to the sprayer as the source of the leak. He did not have a faucet on his truck, so I ran to Lowe's while he removed the old one. It was a set price vs cost per hour, so my 30 min trip didn't cost me more. I had no opportunity to comparison shop so I'm assuming it was a fair price. The technician was professional, and cleaned up the wet cabinet. There was another leak from the water filtering system so he disconnected it for us. I have used Isley before and will continue to use them.

It went very good. They are very available. They do a good job and they clean up well.

The work always went outstandingly. I developed a relationship with one particular plumber who came to know our specific house plumbing very well and he always did an outstanding job, quality-wise and price-wise. For the large jobs, he brought an assistant when needed who also did well.

I called on Saturday morning and Jake came out and got the drain open again. All was fixed within two hours of my call! I was delighted with how quickly it got fixed.

It went very well. The plumber arrived on time, I showed him the problem with the ejector pump and he simply unplugged the two plug and plugged the ejector pump directly into the power, which cleared the problem. He said that sometimes solid waste will jamb the switch which starts the pump and doing this will often clear the issue. He spent time explaining to me how to prevent issues and said if it keeps doing that we may need to open the sealed pit and determine the problem. I have used LE Isley in the past, they never try to up sell you like so many other companies do. I can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

It went well. The plumber knew exactly how to fix each fixture. He worked quickly and did not leave a mess. He took care not to scratch anything with his tools.

The work went well. They sent an experienced plumber to correct work that another plumbing company had failed to do. He took the swaying motion out of our kitchen faucet and the thumping sound out of our toilet. He worked fast and explained what he was doing. We did request an experienced plumber for both of these problems and they sent exactly what we requested.

The service tech managed to fix the valve by replacing it in a very difficult inaccessible location. Friendly, communicative, and as efficient as possible considering the almost impossible location of the valve.

When my hot water heater stopped working, I called Isley's, the company that had installed it. A technician came the next day and replaced the broken part. He also flushed the tank. Because the tank was still under warranty, the repair cost was reduced by $200. The job was handled in a friendly and efficient way. I've used Isley's for years and have always gotten excellent service.

The plumber arrived 40 minutes late, and because of being late, he gave me a discount on my bill. (It was his suggestion ) He was very professional, and fixed the problem quickly.

They emailed me the day before confirming the appointment. They emailed me a picture of the tech that was coming and the time he would be here. He showed up perfectly on time and gave me a heads up call before they came. They specialize in copper piping. After they finished the job it was less than what they quoted me because they finished so quickly. They did a great job.

The plumber was prompt - I scheduled service on-line on Saturday for noon -2 and received the confirmation call Monday morning. The valve was not reparable and had to be replaced. I was informed of the cost and there were no extra charges even though it took longer then he expected. The work was professional and he cleaned up everything. It was expensive but there was a significant amount of work plus the new valve assembly.

We have had continous rain for almost a week. One of our sump pump had a coronary and died. Before it went, it tripped the circuit and stopped the other one as well. We were fortunate to have caught it within half an hour. Water kept coming into our basement. We called Isley, they were here within 90 mins. They replaced both pumps and water immediately started to recede. We decided to do both because our remaining one was more than 10 years old, plus the new ones pump 1.5-2X faster. They were $497 and $474 (second one discounted) plus $25 travel. The guys were very friendly, neat, efficient and cleaned up everything. Several months ago, we had a mysterious leak from the upper floor. They came and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem - old toilet commode needing reseal. We have used Isley for the past 31 years. We started with the currently owner's dad, and now the son. Our late parents used them, then my brother as well. We have always had good luck with them. Nice folks.
