EXCELLENT. THE LEAK HAD GONE UNNOTICED FOR ABOUT THREE HOURS AND SOAKED HALF OF THE ADJACENT DINING ROOM RUG. THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON SITE WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALLING, AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO BOTH BATHROOMS. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE IN THIS EMERGENCY.

Not well. I thought that this vendor did the work several years ago when it went well. This time the plumber insisted on removing all of the under-sink plumbing in order to install the appliance despite my instance that it was installed without doing that last time. When the plumber left the water filtration system was found to be leaking, to his credit he did return and "fix" the leak.

Thrilled with experience. Very fair. Very professional. Ordered part. Came back to install. No hidden costs, no overcharging. Honest & treated me like a long time customer despite 1st time use. I would recommend & use again!

I called Isley on Saturday morning and they had someone there in an hour. The technician (Rik) was professional and finished the job quickly. I would definitely use Isley again.

The technician's name was Nate. I told him what the problem was and he came out the same day. I'm very pleased with them.

We were very pleased with Rik who did good work and made constructive suggestions for our repair and for avoiding future problems. When he wrote up the bill, he reminded us there was an Angie's list coupon which reduced the price we paid for his services.

He was done in less than one hour. Professional.

It was nice that the company was able to arrange a very fast appointment, same day as I recall. Two men came into the kitchen to look over the problem. They first told us that they couldn't work on a dishwasher, but when I told them that some friends had said drainage might be the problem, they took about ten minutes to re-arrange the tubing under the sink that drained the dishwasher. They ended by saying that this was their easiest job of the day. No tools were necessary. Only one man had to adjust the tubing. Their total time at our home was twenty minutes tops. I was very disappointed that the bill came to $95 (which included an extra "gas fee"). I understand that there might be minimum hourly charges that come into play, but they would have really made a life-long customer of me if it had been a minimal charge to reflect the minimum effort required to fix the problem. To be honest, I probably won't call them again.

I had a dispute on the labor charge and I called them and they said they would take care of it. They forgot the Angie's List discount but I didn't say anything about it. The work was excellent.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE VERY FAST, AND WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY. I GOT TO TALK TO THE OWNER AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

When you have a leak in a wall, you want someone ASAP to come and fix it! They came within two hours of my call. The plumber was very nice and courteous. The experience overall was excellent! He did a great job and had good recommendations of what the best approach was to fix the problem the best and to stay fixed if the future. Very professional!

It was great! He came in and took a look and it was working. He said it was probably some larger food that had gotten caught and had disintegrated by the time he arrived, we were gone over a weekend when I called. He was kind to my teenage son and he said that he was only there 20 minutes and didn't feel the need to charge me anything for the service call. I've already told several people in my area about them and they have said they will switch over!

I am very satisfied. I called in the morning and they said they could come that afternoon and they came when they said they would.

Project went well. They were able to come out day after I called in (even though job wasn't of a critical nature). Prompt, courteous and professional. Explained everything thoroughly with 2 options to choose for repair. This is second time we have used L E Isley & Sons Inc. Best plumbers we've encountered over the years.

Steve from LE Isley was great! He was here within an hour of my phone call requesting urgent service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and quick to determine the problem. (My basement was flooded). He layed a tarp down and got to work diagnosing the problem - a blocked sump pump. He made the necessary repairs and suggested a future plumbing modification that could prevent the problem from happening again. I will definitely call this company again! The service could not have been better and I thought the price was reasonable.

Fine. Plumber was prompt and knowledgeable about the repair. The old faucet was difficult to disassemble, which was why I called a plumber.

The wrong water heater was on the truck. They sent out another truck with the correct one while the service man went to lunch. (At noon.)

They did a good job. It wasn't a major plumbing problem; they just helped take care of the problem on time.

I tried to unclog by using Draino a couple different times and when that didn't work, I checked the neck to see if it was a clog I could relieve. After that didn't work, I checked Angie's List and LE Isley was a near by company that rated great. I called that afternoon and they were out the next afternoon and the whole visit didn't take 45 minutes.

Both plumbers were professional, polite and helpful. They had to go in and out of the house several times and it has rained all day. They were very conscious of their shoes and wiped them thoroughly before re-entering the home each time.

I thought I needed a new water heater. They were able to check out my water heater and determine that all it needed was to have the outlet pipe cleaned out. All I had to pay for was a service call and it saved me the cost of a new water heater and it now works fine. Their plumbers were courteous, knowledgeable, and they answered some plumbing questions I had not related to the water heater. They cleaned up their mess before they left and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely higher them again and recommend them to anyone having problems with their water heater.
