Excellent. Dave Kantout was an excellent plumber and a very nice guy.

Two men arrived..on time.. and worked for about 2 hours to clean out the main drain. They were very professional and diligent in their work. They were the 3rd plumber we have used in the last 5 years to clean out our drains and they will be the only one we will call in the future. Not only were they the most professional and knowledgeable, but they were also the most reasonable in price! Our thanks to the Isley Company!

They were both just as charming as could be. The first guy fixed the basement faucet that goes to the washer. He saw the problem that it was cheaper to put in a new faucet than repair the old one. He told me to pick out the one that I want and they'd replace it. I called them up that afternoon and told them that I had the one I wanted, and a different guy came out the next day. You could tell they had communicated, which was nice. Whenever I have a problem, I just call them. The second time they came out, there was no service charge.

We?ve used them for other things as well and they are always good. They seem quite knowledgeable and the provide quick service.

They were rated as one of the top on the list. They found the bathtub leak that came through my ceiling and fixed it and also fixed a stuffed up toilet. We have been 2 weeks and have had them out here 3 times. They installed a shut of valve for one of the toilets that did not have one. They also replaced the washing machine hook-ups. I spent about $900 and that was over 3 visits. They were never available the same day I called. I was happy with their service.

On a Saturday night we discovered our sump pump had failed and we had water building up in puddles in our basement. Isley plumbing guy was at our house putting in the new sump pump before we had even heard back from another highly graded Indy area plumbing service. I think he was done and had left, 2hrs from the time we called.

They were fabulous. They set up an appointment right when I needed it. The gentleman who came was very professional and very courteous. Their price was very competitive. He had made some very good comments as to the effects of the leak, how long it's been leaking and what might need to be done as a result of it. He explained everything very thoroughly and to my satisfaction. It was not one of those sales-type explanations where they are trying to sale you something else.

My husband actually dealt with it. We were exceptionally pleased with the work that was done.

We have always had good experiences with them. They do what they are supposed to do. They did not do the sewer repair because they could not do it. They made the original attempt to free the basement drain.

They are really good and they have been around forever. I have used them off and on for about 40 years. They always come when they say they would come. I never have any problems with their work. They suggest things to be done in a different way that saves money in the long run. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They don?t push things that I don?t need.

He was trained well and did everything with professionalism. He cleaned up everything and left my home looking very nice. I was very impressed with their work and would use them again in the future.

They did a good job. They cleaned up well. I had a little trouble communicating but they did a good job.

We had another company come out to examine toliet. The were totally incorrect concerning the problem. Isley diagnosed problem immediately and fixed it perfectly. We are so pleased.

For each task, they provided an estimate and good guidance on repair options, some of which saved me money! I've used them before and they have always been very professional and competent. Not the cheapest, but they aren't outrageously expensive either.

They got to us very quickly. He was working in a tight spot and did an outstanding job in a reasonably short time and he double checked everything. We are very pleased with their work.

I had a leaky faucet that I tried to fix myself, and I just couldn't get the faucet off. I called them, and when he came out, instead of just fixing a leak, he replaced a part because he said they were shot, and now it's like almost having a new faucet, because he put on two new parts. His original estimate to fix the leak was a little pricey, and it ended up costing me a little more for replacing the actual parts, but I'll probably not have to call him now, for a couple of more years. He came up with a good solution that in the long run will be more cost effective. It was one of those where I paid the same and got more. They've also replaced my water heater in the past. I trust them.

I had a fine experience with them. The quality of their work was good. I will use them again in the future.

Everything has been great. They are reliable, and they come when they say they are going to come. They always do good work, and we have been very pleased with them.

I can?t say we liked working with the company. The person who came to do the job was not very nice or professional. He kept saying that all of it was a lot of work for him. We did not have any other interaction with him. I just told him I was sorry about that. He cleaned the pipes. He did his work and they are working. I am happy with that. However, my husband did not like the comments he kept passing while cleaning the pipes. The prices were fair. They came right out so their responsiveness was good. Considering the fact that the job was done and the price was reasonable, I would probably use the company again. However, I don?t know if my husband will do the same.

We were very satisfied with the service we got. They were friendly and professional. They were able to the work it in a timely manner. The price was pretty reasonable.

They called before they came out and they got to my home on time for the appointment. The stuck to the estimate and took the time to clean everything up afterwards. I supplied the faucet and they charged me for the labor.

I have been using them for many years and they were very expensive on this visit. I had a part which cost me $30. They charged me $69 for it. The screw was loose on the handle of the toilet they changed it with another part of the toilet. They charged $125 which was ridiculous. I don?t know if I will be using them in future.
