They are always on time, they are always courteous and professional. We are confident having them in our home. They do excellent.

They arrived promptly and came prepared with the parts they needed. They drew me a picture and gave me a good explanation of what they were going to do. They did it and cleaned up after themselves. They were very personable and courteous people. I would hire them again and they are giving me an estimate on some drain work.

The labor for doing this was $222 with the Angie's List discount applied (would have been $242). The plumber doing the work was very professional and punctual. They did call ahead. The price was much higher than I thought it would be for 30 minutes work (45 minutes total time from walking in the house until leaving). Prior to giving the quote the plumber said the job was straighforward. Even though the quote was much higher than I expected, I did go ahead with the work since I would have to pay $39 for the estimate. I will definitely look around the next time I need plumbing work done. UPDATE: Isley did contact us after the work was done. We told them the ballpark they gave us on the phone was $160 to $200 and we were very unhappy. They apologized and said this had never been noted in their records. Isley corrected the amount we were charged. They seem like a very professional organization.

Rik came to my home and quickly described the problem with the showerhead. I needed to update the spout in order for the showerhead to work properly. He did that work and then removed and replaced the stopper for me. It was most helpful to me that he explained the updates as he worked on them so that I could understand them. He also explained to me how I could take care of the shower fixtures and how I could tell if a new part was needed in the future for the water temperature. Isley and Sons will be my first choice in the future for plumbing work.

Everything was fine. He provided me estimates for what it would cost to do a few projects that day. I then picked the ones I wanted done. It all transpired as he indicated.

They did a great job and were $300 cheaper than another highly rated plumber's estimate. I have tried other plumbers over the years, but keep coming back to Isley

The gentleman from Isley showed up right on time. They were supposed to call before coming to make sure I was here- no call, but directly within the timeframe they estimated. The plumber came in and politely introduced himself and went right to work. He was also very respectful of my home and my dog- making sure my dog did not escape while he was hauling in the equipment. Very friendly and explained everything fully. Within 30 minutes my drain was operating perfectly and I was heading back to work. They provided excellent service, speedy and helpful! They even provided a coupon for future service to which I gave to a co-worker for their plumbing needs. I was very pleased with the service.

He was quite professional in his work and did a neat looking job. The work was quite straight forward as all access was open and easily reachable via an unfinished basement. No walls to open up or difficult reaches to do the work. The total job took about 3 hours. My main issue is with the price. The two new faucets were in the $50-$75 range each if purchased separately but I don't know what they charged as the parts were not broken out separately. The new piping was plastic rather than copper, which we currently have, to keep the price down. But the total job cost was $618. The guy did give my wife a quote before starting but she had no way to know how to evaluate it. They do good work but I would highly recommend getting a quote WITH TIME TO EVALUATE IT before using them again. I don't think this price was reasonable considering the ease of the work and the short time needed to complete the job. I had one previous experience with this company where they replaced three tub/shower faucets at a cost of $900 (not including parts, which I supplied). That seemd quite expensive but was a little more technicaly challenging. I should have known that getting a couple of competitive bids would be wise. Won't make that mistake again.

The company and technician were both pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond in clearing of the drains as the screw to its cover was stripped and required drilling to get into the drain. I would highly recommend this company.

It didn't take them very long to fix. We were very satisfied with the fix and everything is working just fine now. We had purchased the toilet from them initially and they offered a coupon for the repair.

They worked quickly without a mess to make the repairs. Arrived when promised. There was time left on the fixed price for the first two jobs so the third was done for the cost of the parts.

Plumber did what needed to be done. Great result

They had sent us a post card for $25.00 since we had worked with them before. They also provided the price quote over the phone. Everything has been good with them, they were very neat and professional.

Quote was obtained on Tuesday and technician arrived on time Wednesday morning - called to let me know he was on the way. Very professional, neat, and efficient. The old pump was removed and disposed of and the new pump placed and tested. The quote for this job (over the phone) was reasonable and fair with no surprises. Overall an excellent experience from the first phone call.

DonGreger came out Thursday afternoon and ran his auger through the drain two or three times without sucess . He asked if it could wait until the next day when another man could come with a larger auger. the next day Nate came out,he ran his larger auger through 70 feet and it was still stopped up. then he went to an even larger auger running it through 2 or 3 times finally unstopping it . Both men were very professional and polite.

The work completed was performed beyond expectations. The aparatus replaced and the work performed are high grade. Very pleasant experience.

I Called to schedule work on Monday morning. Office personnel was new and when I told her I had a poor experience with Isley in the past, she transferred me to Mr. Isley (one of the owners).He said he wanted to change my opinion to "call them first" next time. He asked me to "name the time for Tuesday in a 3 hour span." I told him 12:30-3:30. We agreed. I went to my mother's home at 12 to wait with her. No one had called by 3, so I called them. Their service man was in Indy,but would be headed my direction in a bit. (They said he was told to come ONLY from 3:30-5:30 and that he would have liked to come earlier.) He did arrive around 4, performed the work well and courteously, billed us, was paid, and left. I called Isley the next day to complain about their scheduling. Mr. Isley did not apologize and said I was the one who set the time as 3:30-5:30....WRONG! I just wanted an apology...no refund or anything.

Excellent. Showed up on time. Was professional and friendly. First looked at outdoor faucet that had been leaking for 2 years. Another company quoted $400 to repair. With a quick tightning and adjustment the leak stopped. Was not even charged for this service. Also replaced faucet in one bath. Replaced stopper in 2nd bath sink. Would definately use this company again.

The water heater posed the first challenge - I live in a historic home, and the water heater required an exterior vent that had to go through my brick foundation wall. Isley's representative was very patient and thorough in dealing with historic preservation to place the outlet vent and to get the project approved. On the day of install, other challenges arose. I live in a duplex, and the gas meter had to be reconfigured by the gas company to raise the pressure to my half of the home without interfering with my neighbor's half - something that had not been anticipated prior to the install. Also, in drilling out the hole for the outlet vent, the drill punched out a whole section of brick to the foundation wall. But, those were the challenges. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism (and determination) of LE Isley Plumbing's installers to see this project through and to be sure I was satisfied. They communicated with me and kept me updated as issues arose and as they worked to find solutions to those issues as quickly as possible. When the gas company told us that we would need the "big pipe" guys to reconfigure the meters to the duplex, one of the installers (Jason) phoned the gas company to be sure that the necessary people would be at my house the next day (so that the pressure to my new water heater was only low for one day). When the drill left a hole in the basement wall, the installers (again, Jason) immediately phoned the mason of my choice - Ralph Woods - to do the repair. They paid him directly for his work so that I was not billed extra for the damage or for the repair (and, true to form, Ralph's work was outstanding.) All in all, the installation was a success. The team did a great job cleaning up after themselves and, even though I know he was exhausted, Jason stayed behind after the install was done to show me how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions. I could not be more pleased both with the products I had installed and with the company that I chose to install them. I would not hesitate to use L.E. Isley Plumbing for any future projects and would recommend them without hesitation.

A phone call set up an appointment to have a plumber come and repair these leaks. Rick, the plumber came promptly on 3/15/10, assessed the problem, advised us of what he needed to do and proceeded to work. He encountered a problem with the pipe (which had rusted) connected to the toilet but calmly proceeded to fix it in a very professional manner. He then fixed the kitchen faucet. We have had this company for other work and will use them again.

Initially I was very concerned. Their first technician showed up 5 minutes before the end of the 4-hour window they said they would come in. He then seemed overwhelmed by the troubleshooting required. However, he called the home office for help and set up an appointment for the next day. A different technician came out on the second day, Jason W., and he was outstanding! He found the leaks and made the repairs. I was very pleased with the results and with the very reasonable price. If I have plumbing problems in the future, I'll call them first.

Very well. They fixed both leaks in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to call them again.

They did a fine job, but they were just ridiculously priced. It was $350 for him to be here for an hour. When I found out when I came home, I wasn't happy. They charged us $75 to put a washer kit into a sink where they drip. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't use them again. We used a 10 percent discount out of Angie's List. It was unbelievable. I don't know how people expect to get called back when they treat people like that. I would never use them again. I don't like being ripped off. The quality was decent. They replaced the washer on the sink, but they lost the little deal where you stick the wrench in and add a nice decal on there that is stuck in there. They lost that. I was just not impressed. Their responsiveness was decent. I called them on the weekend and they were here by Wednesday. He was here when he said he was going to be. They were pretty professional. He looked at it for half an hour and didn't take more than 45 minutes to do the work and we got all the parts. I am not going to tell anybody to use them.

He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work very cleanly and quickly.

Job was well done in all respects. I have used Isley many times in the past and have always been happy.
