I had a lot of confidence in them because they had so much experience with all kinds of plumbing. The technician that came out was very experienced as well. He was prompt and the pricing was very fair since (he explained to me) they have less overhead and sales commissions that contribute to the cost.

He came on time an plumber apprentice. We talked about the problems. He or the apprentice, with his supervision, took care of them. He told me he could fix the leak under the toilet in the 1/2 bath but the floor was rotten so resealing the toilet would not last.

Fantastic service! Another plumber (Ben Franklin) was unable to do the job and told us our only option was a $950+ plumbing re-do. Thankfully, we called Isler and Dave had our tub cleared out and draining in about 20 minutes. He was extremely nice and told us the plumbing re-do may be wise to do in the next few years and quoted me an estimate of around $400 - more than half LESS than the others had said. We will definitely make this our number one plumber!! Thank you!!!

The gentleman from Isley was able to come out on the same day that we called. He was punctual, professional, and was able to quickly determine the problem and fix it.

It went very quickly. He was done in less than an hour.

They replaced a washer on our outdoor spigot - trying this option rather than replacing the entire sillcock, which would be very invasive (would have to cut a hole in our basement ceiling). We were still having trouble after the initial repair so they came back out and tried a different washer, which seems to have taken care of the problem. There was no additional charge for the return trip and they will give us the original price if we do need to replace the sillcock.

installer had problems removing old spigot did not have the correct tools weird problems the original builder cemented in the spigot in the wall he had to pound the old spigot out, using make shift tools took a long time,he had to return the next day to finish the job, 5 hours in a 1 hour job.

Andy, the service rep, was very efficient and did an awesome job at adding the new water lines from our water heater to the water softener, installed the water softener, explained to us in great deal on how to care for the water softener. Explained to us what to expect in our changing water and how to recognize any warning signs if the equipment was to malfunction. Helped with taking care of our outside spickets, as well. Great job, Andy!

I had an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday. They called and let me know they had an opening on Saturday. The guy they sent was very rude. He told me I needed a new sump pump. He told me he had one on the truck. He was really gruff, so I was afraid to tell him no that I wanted to wait until my appointment on Tuesday. I did not realize that since it was Saturday, I had to pay time and a half. They were only there 45 minutes, and they charged me $300 labor. A few months later I called them because the sump pump did not shut off. They sent another guy out, and he climbed under the house and told me everything was okay. I heard some clanging underneath the floor and was scared to ask the worker they sent out what it was. I called a few days later and the guy they sent out told me I was insulting his intelligence. I called the owner and was not able to get any further. They lied to me. I would not trust them.

Fixed the pilot light. Short and sweet. No parts necessary.

I called LE Isley & Sons to get a quote on a new water heater. They were able to provide a quote over the phone after asking a few questions. The price was below other quotes I received so I scheduled an appointment. They were able to come out the next day. Dennis, the plumber, called ahead to set a firm time for installation. Once at my house, he confirmed the price I was quoted on the phone and went right to work. He installed the water heater quickly and hauled away the old one. It was a very easy process and Dennis was very polite. I was expecting a sales pitch for other services, but did not receive one. They came to peform the requested task and left it at that. I was very happy with the experience.

Main Floor toilet was clogged - I thought there was a toy or something in the pipe. The flapper on the toilet was the culprit, not allowing everything to flush therefore clogging the toilet. He unclogged the toilet and replaced the flapper. He also fixed the toilet upstairs while he was here, though this was not the original reason I called. Great, very professional and fast - only here 1 hr or less. On time! A little pricey would be the only negative.

They have been fine. The overall experience was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. I would use this company again.

They are very good. I enjoy working with them. They were the lowest bid, and are reasonably priced. They came out the same day I called. The price included the installation, removal, and their time. We have used them twice, and I will use them again.

I have a plumbing company that I trust and will call again. (My hot water heater is old and I'm thinking of remodeling the master bathroom). All employees that I spoke with provided excellent customer service, were polite and knowledgeable. I will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Called Isley to fix/replace sprayer when we were unable to disconnect the old connections. He informed us up front of price, as well as advised that because of the deteriorated condition of the connections, he might have to cut off the old faucet, which would change the estimate. Worked to avoid that situation, although it was inevitable. I had to make an emergency trip to hardware store to buy a new faucet, then he proceeded with replacement. We spent more than we had thought would initially, but Isley was upfront about the potential for those costs and worked to avoid the "worst case" scenario. Still, their pricing was reasonable. Work was performed quickly, area left clean, quality of work was excellent and plumber was professional. We've used Isley before and have come to expect high quality work, professional and friendly service, and honest and fair pricing. And that's just what we got this time too!

Sean was highly professional and honest in advising me on the best ways to replace the water heater with a possibility of utilizing the current warranty. A decent guy from a decent company. Nice to know good service stills exists out there.

Andy roto-rooted all 3 toilets. He had to take one toilet totally out and clean out the drain from debris that had been flushed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive to any question that my husband and I had. Gave us an estimate on installation of a new water softener. Wiring, pipes, installation costs, as well as, the actual water softener. Very reasonable!

They do their work. They show up on time. They cleaned up after themselves.

We purchased a gas range to replace our electric one and needed to have a gas line run to the kitchen. Fortunately the basement is unfinished where the gas line enters the house and under the kitchen which made the install much simpler. The tech showed up during the scheduled time and completed the work promptly and at the low-end of the original estimate range. Afterwards he showed me the new shut-off valves and what would be needed to complete the range installation as it had not been delivered yet. Overall a very good experience and we would call them again.

We always use them when we have a problem and they do a good job. It's a good company and people are very nice. We have been very pleased with their service.

It was a completely excellent service, beginning to end.
