I went to the basement and noticed a leak. They sent someone right away and they came out and fixed it quickly. After they left, It sounded like there was still air in the pipes. They came back out quickly, acknowledged he missed it and made the repair. Since then, there have not been any issues.

They came out and looked at a laundry list of issues we were having. The technician knew immediately what was causing the issues, made recommendations based on the age of our home and appliances and suggested the most effective ways to deal with the problems. He was polite, informative, efficient and punctual.

They are neat and clean. They are always on time, and call before arrival. I've used their services for many years, and have always been happy. I've also had them do some other minor plumbing projects.

From the first contact to the final install this went smoothly and like lightning. When I contacted LE Isley the receptionist was very professional and friendly. She gave me a quote for the water heater replacement at a flat rate over the phone and we set up the service. Ron did a great job pulling out the old water heater and installing the new. Works great. Very professional outfit. Very happy with the service.

I discovered our water heater was leaking on Oct 30 and called to schedule replacement that day. Repairman arrived on time the next day, removed old water heater, filed claim under parts warranty, installed new water heater. He told me the reason the water heater failed early is that the water pressure coming into the house was too high and that we needed a pressure regulator on the main line as well as a thermal expansion tank just before the water heater. These were both installed and mess cleaned up. Pleased w/ all aspects of this experience. I have used Isley for years, tried a new plumber a couple of times recently due to Angies list deals but will be using Isley from now on as they are so dependable and give predictable good results every time.

The service person came the next day after my call. He was professional and completed all work within 3 hours, which included leaving to pick up the new toilet. The quote I received at the start of the call was on the money. I recommend this company without reservation.

These guys are superb! They utilitize very high-tech equipment to photo-match the various segments of granite before any cuts are made. I like that I was involved in the selection and decisions of exactly where to cut, and how it was going to look. I was very impressed that the finished product was exactly as I had seen on the computeer screen, and the granite cuts blended together so perfectly the seam absolutely disappears. We were very impressed with the service technician. The leak was not in easily accessible area but he was able to repair it. Isley was easy to reach and were at our home within 2 hours of the call. We thought it was a very fair price and they readily accepted our Angie's List coupon. We won't hesitate to call them in the future.

I liked the technicians that came to my home and they were friendly and honest. They repaired the faucet quickly.

They provided great service. I called first thing in the morning. They said someone would be here around noon. The serviceman called at 10:45 and said he as on his way. He removed the old water heater, had a new one delivered and was finished by about 1:30. He cleaned everything up and took the old water heater away. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

I used L E. Isley and sons plumbing company to replace a cartridge in a tub faucet. The charge was over $177 even after discounts, for less than 20 minutes of work. This comes to about $530 per hour, clearly a very disappointing excessive charge. In future I plan to use a company That charges by the hour.

All went well and it was done in no time and they cleaned up after themselves.

My garbage disposal locked up , also was very old. The technician replaced it with a procompact Insinkerator costing $500. He also replaced the inside works on 2 Delta bathroom faucets that were dripping. The toilet was making a whistling sound...he removed a small stone in the fluidmaster diaphram and the whistling stopped. However, it has started whistling again. The appointment was scheduled and he came the same or next next day. I used a $20.00 Angie's coupon. The tech. answered my questions and didn't seem to mind my watching him.

He looked at the problem, and knew right away what was needed to fix it. It took only about 15 minutes to solve the problem.While here, he fixed a stopper problem in another bath at no charge.

This experience was very positive. The plumber came to the house within 2 hours of my inital phone call to the company. The lady who took the phone call understood the difficulty that I was in. A previous plumber had tried twice to install this faucet without success and I had been without a kitchen faucet for several days on a Friday. She put on me the priority list for same day service at no additional cost. When the plumber arrived he informed me of the $25.00 trip charge. He looked at the situation and gave me a price for installing the owner purchased faucet. He asked if I had a coupon. I told him that I was an Angie's List member and he gave the $20.00 off coupon from the website. He worked diligently and install the faucet with some assistance from me. (Holding the faucet while he tightened it) This company exceeded my expectations and I will happily use L.E. Isley's again.

The plumber had to do the work laying on his stomach with his hands in the meter pit. Not the best of working conditions. I know it was uncomfortable for him., but he completed the job.

I called on Monday July 23, 2012 about getting some plumbing work done at my residence. I was offered between 8 and 10 on Tuesday the but this date was not workable for me. I asked about Wednesday the 25th and was told that they would be at my residence between 8 and 10 AM on Wednesday July 25, 2012 and they would call when they were on their way. I confirmed again the date and time and ended the phone call. By 930 on Wednesday I had not been contacted by anyone so I called.I was put on hold and then a few minutes later was informed that my appointment was on Thursday. When I disputed this (my wife was present when I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday), I was told that I could be next on the list if I wanted. I asked if they knew when "next" would be and was informed No because we don;t know how long the job currently being worked on would take. I declined their offer. I then called later in the day to make sure that my supposeded Thursday appointment had been cancelled and it had been. I can understand that sometimes emergencies pop up and if this had been the case a simple phone call would have beenthe correct thing to do. But, I have a sneaking suspicion that somebody messed up and tried to say the appointment was Thursday to cover the mistake. I would have been more apt to accept the situation if they would have just said I am sorry we messed up. I did get the work completed by another local company.

I have used this company for 20 years. They are capeable honest and reasonably priced.

Our water softener wasn't working correctly. They, took the time to look for what was wrong instead of trying to just sell me a new water softener. They found our brine tank was not working correctly. We are having them install a new tank. They even offed us a way to save some money by removing the salt from our old tank before they arrived to install the new one. Great service, very knowledgeable and courteous.

I have used them for 30 years. I rate them very highly and recommend them. I would continue to use their services in the future.

The plumber arrived. He assessed the problem from my information and his inspection. He immediately worked to fix the problem. The problem was resolved. He cleaned up the his work area afterward.

I had called last Tuesday and spoke to a Monica and was put on the schedule to have 2 faucets replaced. I specifically asked for a Friday because that is my only day off during the week. She took the information and said she was going to put me on a plumber named Darrell's schedule since he had come out 2 weeks prior and assessed the problem. She said the plumber would be there between 8 and 10 on Friday. They did not show, so I called around 1:00 to see if maybe they had an emerency or something. I spoke to Amanda who said she could see that I had been scheduled but she wasn't sure if it might have been inadvertantly cancelled or if they just didn't show up. She put me on hold. When she came back she said my appointment was for Monday. I do not believe they had me scheduled for Monday at all. I think somebody told her to say Monday because they didn't want to admit they screwed up. I work on a recorded customer service line at a hospital and I had my boss check my conversation from last Tuesday when I made the appointment and the appointment was for Friday. I wouldn't be writing this at all except I don't like being lied to. I think their plumbers are top notch but I will never use them again which is a shame because my father always used Isley and I was just continuing the tradition. There is no need for a reply to this email Isley, I just needed to get it off my chest.

They were able to come the day I called even though it wasn't an emergency. He proposed a solution for the shutoff valve problem that cost less than $100 (versus $700-800 cost from another plumber). He worked hard and explained what he was doing. I appreciated his creativity in coming up with a less expensive solution to a problem.

Everything was explained to me including how to maintain the back-up battery for the sump pump. The plumber also checked, without charge, to see why one of my outside faucets did not work. The work was delayed a few days because one of the men was injured on the job, but he came back two days later with several helpers to get the work done quickly. We had an initial problem with water pressure upstairs, but again, Isley's sent someone out first thing after the holiday to fix the problem. The estimate Isley's gave me was quite a bit lower than that of another plumbing firm I'd contacted and was in the long run more cost effective than my going with a water softener company. I am pleased with the price, the service, and the follow-up.

The company was able to work me in the same day and was able to have someone to my house sooner than promised. The technician was very very nice as was his assistant. They made sure that they clog in the main line was completely clear, ran water from all areas and all toilets to make sure that everything was fine. They also fixed a flap on my toilet free of charge because it was not letting enough water through. They were quick but thorough and showed me what the problem was. They were also great with my dogs and cats, which was a very nice extra. I highly reccommend them and will call them if I have another problem.
