Whirlpool tub in master bath leaked from the handles. I had valiantly tried repairing it on my own first, but got stumped and resorted to calling in a pro. We'd used Isley before, so I called on a Monday. They were ready to send someone that same afternoon (!), but I wouldn't have been available, so we set it up for Wednesday between 12 and 3pm. I was a little worried about being able to leave at 2:30 to pick up my child from school on time. No need. My plumber was ready EARLY! They called to see if I was available so he could come at 11 instead, but I couldn't until 11:45, as it happened. Rik arrived shortly and proceeded to the projects. I asked to see how he removed the stem in the faucet handle because I couldn't figure it out, and not only did he let me watch, he explained every step of it to me and had me work on the second one myself! I really appreciated his kindness and generosity. I like to know how things work. If I can, I might do it myself; if I can't or don't have the time, I will trust Rik to do it right. This experience built trust and good customer relations with Isley Plumbing. Another tub had a faulty trip lever that would not let the water down. It turned out to be a rather easy fix. He had to replace the trip lever mechanism because the spring that kept the drain open had totally disintegrated over time. Gone. $230 might seem expensive for the jobs, but I was grateful for the professional expertise Rik demonstrated. It was totally worth it for me. I was expecting company in 2 days, so I really needed that tub to work. I inquired about a membership that could save me money. Rik replied that the company had discontinued that program, but asked if I was a member of Angie's List and directed me to the website to print off a $20 discount coupon. Yay! Tubs fixed. Customer happy.

Phoned Isley and within two hours Rik arrived and cleared the drain. Rik was very knowledgeable, friendly,courteous and thorough. I was very pleased with the work done and the quick response. I will use them again, and I recommend them without reservation.

After having a not so good experience with another plumbing company, I called LE Isley & Sons because they had a great rating on Angies List. The representative that answered the phone was very nice and professional when setting up the appointment. He stated that the plumber could come between noon and 3 pm that day. Andy, the plumber called and asked if it was okay to come a half hour earlier. That was good for me. Andy looked at what I wanted done, gave me the price and once I okayed the job he began his work. He did such a good job at replacing the faucets that I asked him to look at my toilet that seemed to run a long time. He replaced the parts inside the toilet. Andy was friendly and professional and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I liked that after each job he asked me to check out his work and asked me if I had any questions. LE Isley & Sons has become my new plumbing service!

Fantastic service! They were able to come out the same day, and the plumber they sent (sorry, I have forgotten his name) was very nice and explained things to us very well. We asked our questions about some pricing of having better circulation of our hot water, and if we decide to have it taken care of, we will call Isley. All three toilets are working very well, and it was a pleasure to have it all taken care of so quickly and at a very fair price. We would call them back for any problems in the future with any plumbing needs. Great company!

Nate, a 26 year associate with Isley, called ahead, arrived on time, confirmed the blockage in a minute or 2, made preparation, and cleared the problem quickly. He politely answered all my questions during the process, explained why the drain got blocked and told me how to avoid it in the future. He certainly knew what he was doing, appeared to be sympathetic with my unsuccessful efforts to fix the problem myself, and he was professional and cleaned up after himself. Thanks Nate. The Isley professionals always show up on time, are courteous, neat and very respectful. I would have preferred not to have to had this work done, but, the plumber did a good job, The folks at Isley are always professional and have always done excellent work for me.

I have been calling this company for plumbing repairs for over six years and I have almost always been very happy with the work. The prices may not be the lowest in town, but I am happy to pay for the good service and the skill of the Isley plumbers. Someone always answers the phone when I call for service and you can even get same-day service if you need it. The plumber called before he arrived and came between the hours requested. He replaced seats, o-rings, etc. on both kitchen faucets, which were leaking. (I have hard water, and I know that the scale that builds up is h****** faucets and means I have to have them repaired every few years.) He also fixed a leak in the bathtub faucet and made adjustments that improved the water pressure. I have had this faucet fixed several times in the past by other plumbers, the last of whom told me that parts for it were hard to get and he would have to open up the wall and replace everything. Rik from Isley fixed it by just replacing the cartridge and mixer. He had some problems getting good pressure but worked at it for about an hour until he figured it out. I appreciate that skill and determination, and it certainly saved me a lot of money in the long run.

I was very pleased with Shaun and Jordon they called before they arrived and were prompt, courteous, most helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

I thought the cost of installing a faucet that I bought was excessive. I also got the impression he didn't really want to deal with what could have been a complicated situation with the outdoor faucet . Although the wall shows obvious signs of damage, he was dismissive about that possibility. Once I start using the outside faucet again in the spring the drip will most likely return. I was not charged for the outside faucet, but he didn't really do anything to try to fix it. Also, the new kitchen faucet has already started dripping intermittently. I concede that this might not have anything to do with the installation. Although I would think it is unusual for a new faucet to start dripping within 2 months.

Ron arrived and we assessed the three toilets and methodically overahauled all of them with new insides. Saved us a ton from "getting a new stool for each room". He even fixed the mistakes from the others that we have had in. All three toilets are as good as new. Very meticulous. willing to talk through options and let me watch without feeling like I was stalking him. Highly recommend them.

Had water heater replaced. I called on a Monday morning first thing - our old one had been leaking for a while and I figured it was time. This was not an emergency, but they were still out there within a few hours. A price was quickly given and agreed to and a few hours later it was done. New 50 gallon gas heater is working great . Work was fast and they cleaned up after perfectly. The job was professional top to bottom. Their price was better than another Angie's list plumber that had a limited time special for same thing.

Service technician was prompt, polite, explained everything to us and did an excellent job, as Isley has done for us on a number of occasions over the last 15 years in several different homes.

Darrell called prior to arriving and asked if he could show up at an earlier time. We agreed and he showed up right at the earlier time. He was courteous, fixed the problem right away, explained everything carefully and in detail. The price was exceptionally fair. A great experience, highly recommended.

We thought a water line was blocked, and could have been duped. The repairman identified a simpler problem and fixed it.

We have been in our house for about a year and a half. They house is about 4 years old and we were concerned that the sump pump was getting old. The service man replaced the pump with a new one. Tested the new one. And left the instructions that came with the pump. He was on time, efficient, and replaced everything as needed.

Called and told them my water heater was leaking at 8AM. Ron the service tech arrived at 9AM to evaluate the problem. Water heater needed replacing. He called the shop and they sent a new heater out and it was replaced by 11AM.
