Requested quote for several jobs: Clear blocked toilet, replace seals and levers on 2 toilets, replace handles on kitchen sink, fix leaking bathroom sink drain, install bathroom faucet. Did a decent job on some of the work, but two major misses during the project. First, the plumber said he could not replace the handles on my Delta Faucet (warranty replacement on the finish so I already had the parts) because he could not loosen the handles and get them off. He started to leave and I took out my own wrench set and had the handles removed in less than 2 minutes. I went outside to bring the installer back in who had already backed up his gear. Second, he said the push-up drain was cracked and needed to be replaced, but he did not have the part (it was not cracked when he started). However the part that I really did not appreciate is he did not put water or a towel back into the drain elbow to stop gasses from coming back into the house. Over the next week I had odor, and eventually residue escape into the sink until I addressed the issue myself. I do not know how a professional plumber doesn't address a basic issue like that before he leaves the job.

They did great! Would definitely utilize their services again. Honest, clean, on-time, less than estimated cost.

I have used this company many times and I have always been super happy with them. They are all very nice and professional. When needed they show up right away and take care of the problem. They always stand behind their services and follow up. This was a second sizable project Brad Isley managed for me and i am very grateful. Derrick was the gentleman who was in charge of my job and he was fantastic. Very responsible and hard working team. Hire them and you will be happy u did!

Preformed the work timely and professionally.

12-18 One man came, spent 30 min, didn't know what to do, charged for 1 hr. On 12-19-13, 2 men came, crawled into crawl space, spent 1 hr. charged for 2. Did not have a solution, said they could not fix it. Gave a referral card. Charged $159 and wanted immediate payment. I had a different Isley technician for an outdoor pump spigot leak who came to my house the week before, and only charged a $25 house call fee, I was billed for it 2 weeks later. He also said they had no way to fix the problem I had, but was very professional. 1-27-14 update: Owner when called agreed that friend who had drain issues in the crawl space has been granted a $100 refund, due to the difference in time reported on the paperwork by the technicians.

Discovered water on living room floor was able to turn off hot water heater to stop the leak. I called Isley on Sun. left message (they are closed on Sun). They called me back promptly the next morning 8 o'clock. But because I had already talked to someone personally on Sun from another company and was expecting them that afternoon I told the person from Isley's office that I didn't need their help. A nice plumber from the other company came out recognized that it was a leak in the slab recommended that I call a leak detection service to come to pinpoint exactly where the leak was to minimize repair. Got that done on Wed. Before the leak tech left my home he spoke with the plummer personally. I was told then by the plumber that I would hear from his office the next morning about getting an estimate and scheduling info. Waited and waited next morning for the call very frustrated because this same thing happened Monday morning. I finally called their office only to be told that no one could come out until after 4, it probably wouldn't be that same plumber and they didn't think they could get to fixing it until probably the middle of next week. This is dragging out to long at this point for me, the leak was discovered late Sat. night it is now Thurs. so I decided to call Isleys again because they were so on the ball calling me first thing Monday morning. I told the person in the office that I needed a second opinion they said someone would be here between 1 and 3. Shaun arrived as promised very friendly and professional gave me a reasonable estimate and said he could be here Monday to repair. I said sign me up! He came with his partner went to work was able to knock a hole in the concrete in the laundry room floor working in a very tight space and was able to reach the two pipes affected without having to also knock a hole in the concrete on the other side of the wall which was in the living room. They came back the next day to set the hot water heater back in place and reconnect everything. No more leak and plenty of hot water again! I will tell everyone about the professional, experienced, prompt, friendly, reasonably priced operation they run. Thank you Shaun and everyone at Isley's Plumbing. Hope I won't need your services again but if I do you will be the ones I call.

Were able to provide service within 24 hours of my call. Professional and efficient. There was not mess to clean up afterwards.

They were very professional, gave us all the information prior to beginning work, were very clean and respectful. The install was completed in one day. The only problem we encounter was when my wife went to the basement on Wednesday (2 days after the install) and smelled gas. They were in a bit of a hurry and did not take the time to test for leaks. This could have been tragic for my family, We called and they came back out. to fix it. Now I didn not trust their work and made my own soap test for gas leaks. I checked it and there was STILL a small leak. I called them back again and they came and fixed it completely this time. I gave them a "C" for overall due to the 2 extra trips to fix a gas leak. We need a water softner as well but I am cautious about calling them again based upon our first encounter.

The faucet was replaced with an identical model which we provided. I thought the price was a little high for this service. I even used a $25 coupon that I had or it would have been more expensive. But he arrived promptly, was courteous and finished the job quickly.

My experience LE Isley & Sons was impressive from the outset. First, our existing water heater had failed and needed replaced. After a few days without hot water, the family was very anxious for a fix! Anyway, Andy came out the very same day I called to review our situation and discussed options. Based on a water heater location, a history of problems with traditional water heaters, etc..., we opted for tank-less heater. This was a more expensive option, but fit our circumstances better. I never felt any push or sale from Andy during our evaluation process. I drove the decision and he offered up options just as I had asked. We got bids from two other providers and Isley was very competitive. I experience a very wide range of pricing and options in the tank-less water heater. It's worth it to get multiple quotes and opinions as the variance can be a $1,000 +. Not all brands and models are created equally, so do some homework Also, a lot of companies want to sale you ongoing service, extended labor warranties, etc... The tank-less water heaters have a very long warranty life, so very difficult to determine the value of these, but the certainly push and it adds to cost. I never got this from Isley which I appreciated. They removed my old water heater and installed the new tank-less one the next day, so very appreciative of the fast turn around. The removal of the old 75 gallon was tough and could have been a disaster to walls, carpet, etc.., but they were very conscience and proactive to avoid any damage. I also spoke to Dough Isley twice during the process of evaluating options and scheduling. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Again, no hard sale on any particular solution. Just laid out options. For what it's worth, we've had no issues with tank-less solution since installation. Hot water on demand and limitless!

Nate is a very personal and knowledgeable service technician for Isley. After explaining the problem, he knew right where to look for the issue. Nate went outside to the clean-out and saw there was water seeping out after loosening the cap slightly, which told him it was in the tank. he removed the septic tank cover and found the main line clogged up. it was a quick fix for him and it solved my problem. From this service call, I would recommend L.E. Isley and use them in the future. The $20 Angie's List coupon was a bonus!!

The serviceman was named Andy and he did an excellent job. He also found a gas leak and repaired that. If I use Isley in the future I will ask for Andy, as I had another serviceman from there who was not as impressive. Andy is professional and his work is high quality. He is neat and cleaned up, so that there was no mess.

All good. Few glitched handled without problem. I watched the entire job.

It was excellent. It took him all of about 15 minutes to fix.

Contacted them last Thursday they sent guy out later same day checked to see problem informed us of slab leak. We had to contact Thermoscan to come pin point where leak was so they knew where to tear up exactly. Had that done called back scheduled for this morning at 8:30. They were prompt and had job done in less than 3 hours.

Made an apt for following day. They called a half an hour before arriving and completed the work in timely manner. Used an Angie's list coupon.

Nate responded to our first call. He found that the sump pump was working properly but the pit and drain line were clogged with gravel. He spent about three hours on a hot day testing the pump and cleaning out the pit. He could not access the buried outgoing line so he cut it and ran a new temporary line. Since we planned to have our deck replaced, he suggested calling back when the old deck was removed so the new line could be installed. Today's service call was the follow-up appointment. Our deck company actually went ahead and ran the new line into the downspout drain, but we wanted to make sure the sump was in working order. Darrell made the follow-up visit and confirmed that everything is working properly.

He called ahead and came withing the planned time frame. He showed us the new faucets and explained the warranty. He also had to open up 1 wall and install a new access panel. He cleaned up and other than the new faucets it was as if he had not been there.

I was very happy with their service. He was punctual and efficient. His professionalism was great! I appreciate their service and recommend them.

Both plumbers that came out listened to me and seemed to quickly grasp the problem. I was basically using them for a second opinion because my problem was supposed to be covered by my home warranty & I was going to have to use their plumber. Other plumbers charged me $100 just to come out. They charged me $25.

I called when the office opened at 0730 and left a message. I was called back within 20 minutes with a 10 am appointment. I received a phone call first and Dennis Collett arrived 20 minutes later as stated on the phone. He has worked with LE.Isley &Sons for ten years. Dennis was experienced, efficient, and informative. He took the time to explain the system and answer my numerous questions. My invoice from the other company stated that a 1/2 HP sump pump was installed. He showed me on the removed pump that it was a 1/3 HP. He left the old one so I could contact the other company. He also used the $20.00 off Angie's list coupon. Once again, I had a great experience!

They charged me $89 to detect that there was in fact a leak (something that we already knew due to the hissing sound) and then the gentleman cut a hole in my dry wall and could not locate the leak so his work was done. He told us that we needed to contact a company to do a thermo scan to locate the leak (with a cost of about $300). So let's recap: leak detection (obvious to us), hole in the wall, no repair done and an $89 charge. I am a hard working middle class American and I do not make $89/ hour in my IT job. I could not justify their price at all. I wish I could have been able to book an appointment with my original plumber Mike Bush, but he was booked for a week. I should have waited.

They called before they came and were very prompt and courteous. They replaced the faucet unit into the crawl space. There were two plumbers and it was repaired in about 30 minutes or less. They took the Angie's list discount and applied it to the bill. The charge was $258 plus $25 trip charge. the discount was $20 which made the total bill $263.00. I would use Isley again.

They came out to repair a gas leak and they are absolutely fantastic. I have used them several times and so has my neighbor. They are wonderful, I would recommend them to anyone. They also offer the lowest service call fee that I have seen from others.
