I called Isley on Thursday hoping they could come by the next day to fix a clogged stool that we could not get to work. They said they were booked that day due to the Memorial Day holiday, which I understood. I had tried other companies as well and other companies were not even picking up their phones. They said the could put me on a standby list and if they had time to swing by my place, they would work me in. Sure enough, they called, and were over within 15 minutes. Larry was the plumber that came by and was a very nice guy - clean cut, friendly. He fixed the issue in next to no time with an auger and I felt the price was reasonable - especially considering the short notice. I told him I've noticed an issue with other stools seemingly clogging for no real reason and he said it is likely just because I have 20 year old builder grade stools. He left me an estimate for what it would be if they replaced them for me. I'm not sure of the timing of us doing the replacements, but I will certainly consider Isley again if I end up going through with it. Was extremely happy and offer highest recommendation.

It went very well. The toilet took about 5 or 10 minutes to fix. It took about an hour to replace the water heater because they had to bring one from another site, and they brought a tall one instead of a short one. But overall, everything went very well. Shawn and Jordan did the work.

I contacted this provider to obtain a quote on two plumbing repairs (I know they're simple, as I've had them done in the past and they have literally taken 15-20 minutes each, tops). I had all necessary parts from Delta already; only needed labor. They said they could not provide a quote without seeing the work and offered to waive the $25 trip fee to provide an estimate. On the designated morning, Mr. Isley arrived and by this time, I had realized that I only needed one repair (stem unit assemblies replaced in both handles of my widespread faucet - again, parts in hand). I was quoted $125 plus a $25 trip charge (which they had agreed to waive, but which had apparently not been communicated to Mr. Isley). I was stunned. I couldn't believe that Isley would expect $150 for what has been a 15-20 minute job for prior plumbers. I declined. Perhaps this was an anomaly, but I won't call Isley again for service due to what appears to be gouging. I live in Meridian-Kessler and I sometimes wonder if that causes providers to increase their prices arbitrarily, thinking everyone residing in the neighborhood is wealthy and will pay whatever price they choose to charge. I'm not saying that is the case here, but I do know this is an easy job and $150 is -- in my view -- about $100 too high.

I am selling the house and after the inspection revealed a problem with the outside faucet called Isley because I had used them before and had been pleased with their service. They were able to come Monday morning after receiving the call late Friday afternoon. The work required cutting the drywall inside to get at the pipe that needed to be replaced. They were very neat, fast and professional. I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Price was fair.

They are our go-to plumbers! We have been turning to them for the past 10 years. They have replaced two sump pumps, water heaters, and a variety of plumbing job. They come when they say they will and they do a good job. In 10 years, we have never had any problems with their work. Their pricing is probably pretty consistent with other plumbing companies.

Monica, the person who took my call, understood the urgency of my leak issues & had a can do attitude in getting someone out to my home as soon as possible. Very impressive! Larry called as promised to let me know what time he would be arriving at my home. He arrived on time as promised, was professionally dressed & was knowledgeable regarding all the plumbing concerns that I needed to have addressed. He was very careful while in my home to put down towels for the water leaks during repairs, wore shoe coverings to protect my carpets, and was extremely polite in answering all my questions and when addressing me. Kitchen faucet and sprayer were removed and new ones installed. He made sure to stay long enough to assure me there were no leaks. He also confirmed that the pipe that had ruptured leading to the osmosis system, did not need to be replaced, just repaired and replaced the T joint that pipe went into so the fit was snug and correctly repaired. He also allowed me to confirm by testing the entire system, that there were no leak issues with that pipe after the repairs had been completed. I had a main water shut off valve that was difficult to turn and I thought I needed to have it replaced, however he assured me it was just a bit snug and that it did not need to be replaced. He advised me how to do a maintenance check on the valve to avoid it freezing up in the future. This is why I love this company, as they don't try to upsell me on repairs or replacements that I don't absolutely need. They are experienced in plumbing to the point that I know once they have fixed the issues, they will be fixed and I won't have to be calling them back several times for the same problems. It is a relief to have them available for all my plumbing needs.

I have always had good experiences with Isely, but my most recent couple of them have topped past ones, and I wanted to share how pleased I am with Isley and specifically with Andy, who did the work I'm reviewing here. We have a high water table, and our sump pump runs often, usually every few minutes even on a relatively dry day. We have had the basement flood before, and so we got a battery backup which has saved us a few times. I called Isley when my pump failed to operate this last time. They sent Andy, and he figured out that it was air-locked, and he didn't have to replace the main pump. It was a quick fix at a very low cost (just the $25 service charge), and Andy could have just left after that, but he didn't. He questioned me a bit about the basement and whether or not we were going to have it finished, which, in fact, we are doing now. When I told him we were planning to finish it, he spent a lot of time giving me advice on how our sump pump and backup configuration should be changed so that we could best protect our investment in our newly finished basement, given that our pump runs so often. He suggested installing a better backup pump that pumps more water, and he suggested having separate pipes for the main pump and the backup, with the backup pipe going to a different side of the house. I would like to reiterate that he didn't need to do any of this. Having fixed the air-locked pump, he could have just taken the money and walked out. When it came time to finish the basement, I called Isley and requested to have Andy come back and implement the suggestions he made. It took about 4 hours, and he did a fantastic job! It's obvious that Andy takes pride in the high quality of work he does. He installed the more powerful backup pump, installed the pipe so that it wouldn't interfere with the drywalling that needs to be done in the basement, and he even built a shelf to hold the backup pump's control unit so that it wouldn't be on the floor. He also installed new quiet check valves on both the main and backup pipes so that we don't have to hear it give a loud "ka-chunk" every time it cycles, which is going to be great now that we are going to be using the basement as living space! I didn't even know quiet check valves existed, and I'm very grateful to Andy for installing them. Andy was very courteous on both visits, and he spent a lot of time with me before the job, understanding our needs, and after the job, explaining the new configuration. He also made sure to ask several times if I had any questions he could answer. With tens of thousands of dollars going to finish our basement, I was very happy to pay for the new backup and for Andy's quality work to give us greater peace of mind. It's worth it!

Original call was for my washing machine that wouldn't spin. He looked at both appliances in one call . Excellent service!!

I guess this company is way to busy. I left a message with several numbers for someone to call me, but they never took the time to call.

The whole process was great. Called to schedule and was able to get prompt attention. Showed up at time discussed. We had a leak at the sink first but some supply lines to it were having problems too. Our tech was very personable, polite and straight forward with the issues and approach to the problem. Went about his work and did it promptly with no issues at all. Cleaned up and was a great experience.

As well as can be expected. Job site was left very clean.

The service went well. I have used them several times and have always been pleased with their service. The job turned out to be bigger than we both expected, but because of their flat pricing I was not charged any extra.

Dennis arrived on time after calling to confirm appointment. He listened as I described the problems and services to do performed. He gave me a written estimate for all work prior to starting. He cleared to drain in the toilet, then replaced the toilet with one which I had purchased. He fixed the shower by replacing the push button so that the shower part would work. He gave this option instead of replacing all the shower/ tub hardware. He saved me $200.00. The work was completed within 2 hours.

Our bathrooms were draining slowly and finally stopped draining all together. The house sewer can only be accessed from the roof vent right now, which made this a really hard problem to solve in this weather. We were hoping that the break in the cold temps last week would allow the snow on the roof to thaw, which it did but then it snowed again on Saturday night. We cleared a path to the roof vent on Sunday and Nate came out today and was able to clear the line. We will have to have a new yard clean out put in once the ground thaws. Nate has come to help us before and I can't say enough about how hard he works to come up with a solution. Everyone I spoke with at Isley was professional, supportive and responsive.

Shaun came out to fix an issue with my plumbing that was caused by another provider that had previously done work for me. I called them at 7:30 and they were out here at 8:30. They are very professional and they do excellent work. Their prices are fair and their service charge is only $25 when most are $100.

I had a water leak and called Isley. They agreed to send someone out between 2-5 pm. By 4:15, no plumber had shown up so I called them. I was assured that the plumber would come out. By 5:30, still no plumber. I called again, only to find that their office was closed and all I could do was to leave a message which would not be heard until the next day. I lost a day of work WAITING for a plumber who never showed. The following day I got call from their office, apologizing. They were not sure why the plumber had not showed up. They offered to comp the trip charge and put me back on this plumber's list. I refused. I called another group who did show up and took care of the water leak.

I was surprised at the cost and thought it was kind of expensive. The gentleman that came was very nice and worked quickly. He did pick up his mess somewhat. They weren't able to do everything that I needed, but I would hire them again.

Had issue's with our dishwasher after the "big freeze" and we called them. What we thought was frozen pipes was just the dishwasher needing to be reset. They pushed a button and it was done. We scheduled an appointment for a Monday and they called us on Friday and asked if they could come out that day instead. Very nice and professional. Would use again!

They came back in December at my request because there was a question from an inspector about how they did the vent. He was helpful and provided documentation to show how it was done correctly and to code.
