The tecs were very punctual and professional. The work was well done and in a timely manner. I was a little surprised at the cost of the faucet work but was satisfied with the work. I would use Isley again and would recommend them.

Came within set two hour windows. Covered shoes when in house. Same technician on both visits. Great expertise. Courteous. Made follow-up call to see how new faucet was working and whether additional replacement part was needed.

They had to order parts and installed without issue. We were under time constraint so we Followed up with them to ensure we would have no delays. Great job

The sump pump was replaced four years ago, but stopped working a week or so ago. The old sump pump was out of warranty and the replacement cost had increased. However, the Isley folks replaced the sump pump for the price of the previous one, even though it was six months past the warranty. The Isley technicians are always punctual, always polite and professional. I have used Isley for all my plumbing jobs over the last 8 years and I have always been very pleased with their service, their cost and their responsiveness.

The hot handle was leaking around the stem. He looked at it and let me know I needed a new one. He arranged to get a new one at no charge to us, the faucet was within warranty. When it came in he installed it for us, and charged us exactly what he said he would.

On time and fixed the problems

They were prompt, professional, and I would've called them again because of that (I've moved from the Indianapolis area) but they were a little more expensive than some other companies. But I always needed them in a hurry and they were able to come when I needed.

I don't think well. Scheduled at least two weeks ahead to make sure Isley's could be here right at 8:00 before worker replacing floor. Called two days ahead to be sure Isley was still set up to be here as close to 8 as possible. On August 1 no plumber at 8:25 and flooring worker on their way. Called Isley, per receptionist and dispatcher worker in shop but on the way. From approximately 8:50 to 10:45 plumber who did not introduce himself other than "plumber" worked to remove old water heater. Upon arrival he did not know he was removing old to have a new heater put in later that day. He asked if he was putting old heater back in place when floor person done. I called shop, he called shop and we ended up on same page. Meanwhile person laying floor was delayed by more than an hour to his next paying job. Also flooring person assisted in removing old heater as this part was a two person job. Plumber returned well After 2:30 to install new water heater. A second d person joined to help place the new water. When asked to turn on water to "bleed" line water ran onto floor out of cut pipes. The new install took from approximately 3:45 to 5:50 pm. I do have a working heater but it looks like it was installed with band aids to make it work. I was told the plumbers that came out previously would be the ones to return. I feel that they were sent on another call and when I called Isley had forgot me and sent someone that generally works in the shop, not on calls.

Great people to work with. Appointment setup was easy, Larry arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He evaluated the problem and gave me a cost to repair. This is the way plumbing repairs should go, easy, quick and pleasant.

No problems. Larry knew what to do and was efficient and tidy.

Shaun and Jordan were prompt and polite. Previously, I had a handyman try to identify where the sewer smell was escaping from---thought maybe clogged vent stack or main line. Shaun and Jordan immediately noticed that the toilet in the smelly bathroom was loose and when then pulled the toilet up the flange was broken too. They said they were 100% sure this is where the smell was from. They worked extremely efficiently and cleaned up afterward. Tonight there is no smell---hooray for professionals that know what they are doing! Would highly recommend.

Same day service - excellent folks to work with

Larry arrived on time & was very professional. He made the repairs requested, answered my many questions & provided good advice for moving forward.

They were very polite and professional and did a great job identifying and fixing the problem!

On a Friday night, of course, our water softener lining broke and beads from the water softener filter system went through all of our water system in the house while one of us was in the shower. Eventually all the beads clogged up all the water openings in our house from the sinks to the shower to the toilets. We called and left a message for Isley's that night about 10 o'clock both email and voice message telling them we were desperate. We then called a little before eight the next morning and they could send a plumber out that morning in about an hour. We were thrilled they would work on a Saturday morning. Larry, the plumber, was there by 9:15. He said, "I hear you had some drama at your house last night. " First, he drained the water heater and all of the pipes starting at the back of the house towards the front. There were lots of beads and at first orange / brown water. After about an hour and 15 minutes we were back online and ready to go with good clean water minus a water softener. Larry explained everything as he went along and gave us a cost estimate before he even started. We were so grateful for their expertise and prompt service.

I was completely pleased with the service that we received from Isley Plumbing. He showed right on time, and worked very hard for maybe 6 hours or so. Very friendly and professional person. The work was fabulous.

Far as we can tell, it's going well! The sink was very old, so the fixtures for that were no longer made. They made a trip to a plumbing company to try to find fixtures to fit the sink. It is working fine. We were delighted with the service. They were on time, we have used them in the past for many years. I would recommend them to others and definitely keep using them in the future. The water softener is taking some time to filter through, but everything else seems to work great! They were very personable and professional.

It went fabulously! The three service providers who came out- in the span of two visits, were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were a true pleasure to work with. They communicated pricing clearly and concisely. The work was done quickly and very well. Repairs/alterations to the venting system were done, and explained to me in a clear and easy to understand manner without being talked down to. As a female who deals with the majority of home repairs in our home, I felt very safe with the providers who came out to service my home. The providers showed up early both times, and thus no waiting- in fact the first service person got here before I did, and my family member was here to let him in or he would have waited for me. Communication with the office to schedule was easy and not stressful at all. Office staff did a great job in communicating information with me/to their service providers. I would highly recommend Isley and Sons Plumbing again! They were very considerate of keeping my home clean, and of keeping my pets from getting out. I cannot say enough good things about them! I am very very impressed. Cost was very very reasonable- first visit was only $25 to tell me what was needed. Again, pricing was clearly given up front and each time I was given the discount off of Angie's List.

They were very professional and did a great job.

It was a very difficult installation in a very difficult place to get to. Dave K. was the service technician and did an excellent job.

Replaced the sump pump. The sump pit has a radon cover which I mentioned when I set up the appointment. I didn't realize they couldn't reinstall the radon cover until after they had installed the sump pump and told us they couldn't by law replace the cover. I understand that, but it would have nice to have known that in advance. Also, the installer didn't leave the manual or any information about the pump. I contacted Isley's and Daniel promptly emailed me the manual and some information about the sump pump. It also included the warranty form, which I had to send in to the manufacturer for warranty coverage.

They were reliable, prompt and courteous. Scheduling was fine. I did find the price to be a little high.

They are expensive. They did an excellent job with putting in the gas grill. There was one person here doing the work and it took about 3 hours to complete everything.

The technician, Nate, has come to my home for several plumbing projects. This time he evaluated and snaked 2 drain lines that take water from the gutter downspouts to the ditch near the street. After clearing the tree roots that were clogging the pipe, Nate used a camera on a long cable to look into the pipe to see if there were any broken-down sections in the pipe. Luckily, the pipe is intact but the roots are creeping into the pipe at the joints. He suggested that a root killer chemical be put into the drain and I agreed to this treatment which cost $99.00. (included in total above) Nate was friendly, explained what he was doing, and showed me the monitor so that I could see the inside of the pipe at the same time that he was looking at it. He cleaned up the site. My only complaint is that he had to come out 2 times because he didn't have a large enough snaking machine on the first trip. This larger machine was needed for the 3"pipe that drains the gutter water. The company has one of the more powerful root cutting/ snaking machines and the technicians share it. A second man arrived shortly after Nate in a truck with the larger machine.
