Great. It required a new faucet and we went to buy one while he did another job.

It went very well. Isley had come out 6 mos. ago to fix a leak & a different guy supposedly fixed it but I had a leak in both faucets & around the base & he didn`t fix it correctly. This guy was good. He said a new one would be $323. I got a $20 Angie`s List discount, too.

Very well, prompt arrival, excellent service, quality work. My family has used Isley plumbing since 1974. I would not use another plumber. They are very knowledgeable and community oriented.

We have used them two different times now. They are very responsive and have been able to meet with us on relatively short notice. We will definitely use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

They came out within 24 hrs of being called. They went out of their way to find a faucet similar to the one replaced. Could have ordered one but would have to wait until Monday to complete. They were very professional and good to work with. This is the second time I have used them in a couple of months and was extremely pleased both times.

Team of 2 worked on issues independently. They communicated their findings and options. Cleaned up well afterwards too

Plumber arrived promptly when he said he would. Put booties on over his shoes. Checked out toilet to see what the problem was. Used auger to unclog the toilet.

Parts were ordered from Delta and sent directly to me. Scheduled installation. They were prompt and efficient. Discussed another leaking spray jet and am waiting for the parts to schedule installation.

I had a Culligan water softener and had problems with it softening the water for the past couple of years. It had lasted approximately 11 years but the electronics were totally shot. I read the reviews on Angie's List of Isley and called them out. The technician was prompt and courteous and seemed very experienced. I thought we might need some new plumbing surrounding the softener, but did not. He suggested a new unit that he recommended was one of the better ones. He was able to install it on the spot for a reasonable price and had it done in no time. He cleaned up his mess and couldn't have been more professional. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. They took care of it. It was all very good. It had to be done quickly. They did it. They were here and done. I would recommend them. If they need that type of work done, they can do it. We were happy.

The plumber was on time and cleared the drain quickly. He explained what had likely happened and why it was a tougher than usual clog. We have had no recurrence.

They did a water heater for us two years ago and once you have somebody it haven't done a problem for you, you tend to call him back. They are very responsive. They really did a good job.

The technician was on time, he changed the bathtub drain in tow bathrooms, and installed an hand held shower in the master bedroom. I have used the Isley and Son company in the past and I have been very satisfied with their service and the fair price. I would like to recommend for plumbing services.

The service was fine and quality was OK but the price for the work done was shocking. It was my mistake not to get a firm estimate for the work done. Originally I only wanted the one faucet to be moved but later asked to have the faucets changed while he was here. Big Mistake. I estimate the whole job took about 60 to 90 minutes. I would not use this company again due the very high cost.

They had to go into the interior wall of our home, cut the effected pipe, replace with new, weld new parts. Works fine now. Have been using them for plumbing for years. Always great work and no problems afterwards.

He came o time, actually a little early. He was polite and efficient. He looked at the problems. He got shower problem taken care of with a new set of knobs. I don't remember the gentleman's name off hand but I plan to ask for him again.
