Installation was very fast and efficient. While Rik Hilty, Service Technician, removed the old toilet and prepared the area for installation, a representative from Isley delivered the new toilet. I have used Isley & Sons in the past and I can honestly say I have been completely satisfied with their service. The price was also within the range of what I expected to pay. Rik Hilty is an asset to this company.

Fantastic! They called and confirmed day before, texted on their way, were on time and totally professional, knowledgeable,thorough, careful, neat. They explained options,asked questions, confirmed choices. We're very clear and concise about everything. I was surprised that Jordan wasn't the owner because he was so diligent.We have hired them 4 times so far and are always 100% pleased.

Scott arrived in the time period promised and after looking at our leak and the potential source he recommended talking to a tile person as he believed that the problem was not plumbing/pipes, but rather was due to failed grouting after 20 years of use. He did not charge us a trip charge as he was here a short period, did not do any "work" and he saw the $20 Angie's List coupon and felt that the $25 trip charge was essentially covered by that coupon. He was very professional and very helpful in his recommendations to seek other a different service provider. I would definitely call them for the next plumbing issue that we might have in the future.

Jordan and Gabe were very thorough and professional. Due to the odd size of the pipe that needed to be repaired a couple of trips had to be made to ensure they had the correct equipment. They were always on time and they gave me a fair price. The gas company did a separate assessment after the repair and the leak was fixed. I would absolutely hire them again!

Larry and Mike did an outstanding job. Larry explained every step in the process to complete the replacement of the hose bib. It was quite an undertaking since the plumbing was located on an inside wall in one of our bathrooms. When I had questions on concerns about the process Larry was eager to answer all my questions.

We discovered that our water heater was not working on Sunday morning so we called L. E. Isley & Sons, Inc. They returned the call on Monday morning, scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, but when their technician was running ahead of schedule, they called and had him come out at 12:30. Jordon was very professional, explained the problem, got the part and had us plenty of hot water by 2:15. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Everything went great. I called around 9:30 am and they said they would be able to get someone out that day. I was impressed with that. Larry was the technician that arrived. He was very personable, pleasant to talk to, and he explained everything thoroughly. It took 20 minutes for him to do everything he needed to do. He had to go to the hardware store because our pipe required a special connector. He offered to pick me up some foam protectors for the winter and they did not up-charge me. I felt like we got a great value! I chose to go with this company, obviously because of their reviews, but more importantly because they are a local family owned business over a "chain". I recommend this company and ask for Larry!

Everything went well. I called for an appointment and within an hour a tech arrived and took care of my problem. Tech was very professional and friendly.

Once again L.E. Isley was top-notch! Called on Monday afternoon and had a plumber out the next day! The prices were very reasonable and the plumber was as professional as can be!

They suggested that we put on an additional device that absorbs the fluctuations and pressure from the city water line so that was something that I wasn't expecting, but we did that. That was just a suggestion that we might get water right out of the water heater if we put it on, and we did.

They were supposed to come out and fix a drain that was backing up. Called them 3 times before I was finally told they were not going to do the work. In the meantime, I wasted a week waiting for them when I could have had someone else do it.

Called for service and scheduled for the next day. Arrived on time. Offered to replace 40 gallon or upgrade to 50 gallon, then quoted price for each. I appreciated that there was no pressure to choose. Plumber worked efficiently, finished in shorter time than he had expected. Left work area clean. Would hire this company again.

Scott did a great job. He was very professional, very knowledgable and easy to understand. He checked the sump pump pit and the back up sump pump. He explained what I could do to maintain the system. After a check of the basement plumbing he pulled out the upstairs refrigerator and identified a possible problem with the ice /water connection. What a GREAT company to charge me only $25.00 for the visit. This is why I will only use L.E. Isley & Sons, Inc.

Did not complete. Estimate given by customer was not what technician had noted on service order. Technician went to call office and left without communicating to me what was going on with call.

The plumbers who came out were great. They were able to disconnect the dishwasher that I had halfway pulled out from the cabinet. They replaced a valve that I had hammered on and broken. They installed the new lines that I purchased with the dishwasher. They were honest and cautious when they realized that due to the tile flooring being 3/4th of an inch higher than the subflooring within the cabinet, they would not be able to push the dishwasher back into the space without some type of flooring or shims. They also realized that I had jacked up the Formica counter in order to pry that old dishwasher out. That meant that the counter would need to be lifted a tiny bit to complete the install. (They did not want to ruin my ancient counter., but I was willing to do it! It is ugly!) They told me what pieces of wood to buy at the hardware store and how to lay them down so I could slide the dishwasher in. They wished me luck with that and with jacking up the counter. I have used Isley previously and found them to be honest, fair, and professional. While they are not the least expensive I have ever hired, they are worth the price they charge. A plumbing mistake can be disastrous and expensive.

Very responsive. Scott was the technician and he was great. Found the problem and was very helpful in guiding me to check to see if needed part is still under warranty. On time, professional, knowledgeable. Great experience from the phone call to service. Service call very reasonable and they will be back out once I am able to get the part.

L.E. Isley plumbers came to check out my leaky water heater and determined I needed a new one. The next day they brought the new unit and had the old one out and installed in an hour. They were courteous and professional, however there was a misunderstanding on the cost. The company worked with us and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

We were very impressed by how professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable the technician was. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

L.E. Isley Plumbing are great to do business with. They don't try to up sell you, however they do make sure you get what you need to insure your plumbing repair is properly completed. I have a toto toilet so most plumbers don't stock those parts. I furnished the parts, but when they got to my house the technician noticed that the flush handle was defective and the water line needed replaced. He had to go get the additional parts and was very prompt in getting back to our house. Everything went well, he cleaned up very well after the job.

It was wonderful. They were on time, and quick but very thorough. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Jake and Mike came and pulled the toilet and resealed the gasket (?). Pleasant personalities and did a quick and efficient job.

The quote that we were given was done by the same individuals that did the installation. They spend quite a bit of time figuring out what was needed for the job. Once they arrived for the install, they got right to work since they already knew what needed to be done. We could not be happier with the work that was performed and with the installers. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I would unequivocally use LE Isley for any future work that we need done.

Very quick in an emergency, very personable, as far as I know now very good adequate repair. I would give them a B on clean up and leaving the house as it was before they arrived.
